Sam S: I am very unhappy with my experience there it started off okay they got all our information the lady's at the front desk were nice then they told us that someone would do a walk through with us to see the dogs the lady that did the walk through was rude to my children we got taken to a private room to see a few dogs one on one and the lady was just incredibly rude with my kids the whole time (there only 3&4) so it kind of just made me an husband unhappy with our experience that we couldn't even enjoy it and decided not to get a dog from there

They only brought us old dogs. We asked if we could see some dogs we saw on the web page. They initially told us no because we said we had a laid back life style. I told them we would adjust to the dog. We have had many different mixed breeds before. They finally showed us a few we asked about. He's a awesome dog that we fell in love with very fast. It's always a good experience when you add to your family. BTW, there's nothing wrong with adopting a older dog. We were just looking for a pup.

She won’t pick up the phone just like another comment mentions when she does reply she is mad you called and unless you found the animal on top of Kilimanjaro or the great Sahara dessert she doesn’t do domestic animals not sure what she actually rescues then cause Fort Wayne area doesn’t exactly scream safari to me….

Nut. ty: So I contacted these people out of pure desperation for my babies. I have two Albino Rats, and the person who responded was extremely rude and unprofessional, They treated me terrible and didn't even read my entire paragraph. They just "Assumed" I was doing it because I couldn't afford a Vet, which is not the case AT ALL. There are no Exotic Vets around my place of living, and I stated that. The mother of my babies was taken into the vets for a tumor and they refused to treat her, I have copied and Pasted the entire conversation below. We do whatever is best for the animals, not what gives us warm fuzzies. That's what the job, and pet ownership, requires. Rats don't live very long, and s high percentage of them get tumors. If you can't handle doing what is best for your pets when it happens because it's the KIND thing to do, then you probably shouldn't have pets.Also never said I wouldn't drive to drop them off.

Everyone was accommodating throughout the adoption process, and my kitty's former foster mom provided invaluable advice for acclimating my cat to her new home. Their volunteers truly care about the cats and kittens they foster and adopt out.

Nancy Laino: I can not say enough good things about EB Feline Rehoming! My son and his girlfriend found a newborn kitten abandoned by her mother lying on the side of our porch. The mom was nowhere to be found, so they ended up bringing the baby in the house. None of us knew the first thing about newborn kitten care and started to look for rescues to take the kitten. Finally we found EB Feline Rehoming and emailed them. We got a response almost immediately, and they walked me through the steps of what I had to do to care for the baby. Meanwhile, they found a foster mom who had experience with bottle baby kittens, and the baby went to it's new "mama". We are so very grateful to EB Feline Rehoming and recommend them very highly!
