Donna Diaz: I took my dog, Tucker, there for the first time on 3/20/23. Tucker was a nervous and anxious little fellow but your professional care was wonderful. A special thank you to Miranda for doing an amazing job grooming Tucker, especially given the fact that he was antsy. Staff offered fantastic service along with being polite, friendly and professional. Already scheduled my next grooming session. I highly recommend Paw's-Claw's.Donna
Laura Pappas: Our Border Collie mix isn't a fan of getting groomed. The staff of Paw's-n-Claw's was patient and professional, and our pup looks amazing.
Jeremy Salm: Great staff very freindly. Jamie is best dog wisperer in the city. So if yoir dog wants to be happy all day. This is the place. Rest of staff is great as well.
Ed S: Our beagle mix loves going here for doggy daycare/ day play. It's the highlight of his week. Staff is very friendly and caring, they are clearly animal lovers and the dogs love them. They have special holiday themed events for the pups for an extra charge and the photos alone are worth the cost, plus they give you a doggie bag of treats to take home after the event.
Big ERN: Really nice place. The staff was super friendly, and you can tell they care about the well-being of the dogs. The prices are the best we seen too. We will continue to bring our pup children here.
Angela B: My dog had a 3-day stay at the pet care palace with the king suite and open play. The very limited hours the location is open makes it very very difficult for those traveling in to the area to drop-off/pick-up. The earliest you can pick-up on Sunday is 4pm. We had to check out of our hotel by noon and sit around for 4 more hours until they even opened.My dog has had raging diarrhea since picking her up. The staff mixed her with another dog by the same name and I am thinking they gave my dog the wrong food. They also had to give it 3 tries before locating her belongings. We ended up finding another dogs toys and dog food in her bag once we got home. I was sad to see they never gave her any of her provided treats they stated they would distribute throughout her stay - not one.I will be taking my dog to the vet this week to ensure her diarrhea will resolve. This was not the best experience and I don't feel they were organized at all.

Alex: Holly is very kind and has helped me with my dog Arthur quite a bit since I moved to Fort Wayne. She always send me a picture of my pup when she's walking him. Highly recommended. Very easy to schedule with, and extremely communicative.
Erica Sterner (Devlin): Holly is a great pet sitter and so very helpful! She came while my husband and I were on vacation for 1.5 weeks. We have 3 cats and theyre a bit... needy. One requires two types of medication for anxiety and another special wet food/medicine combination every couple days for arthritis. Both choose to use the space outside the litter box semi regularly due to their issues. It was great knowing that they, and the third cat, were all taken care of and the litter box area clean when we came home. She even sent us pictures throughout the time!

TAM THE REVIEWER: Have used Paws First before and we were beyond happy. We had never had a dog sitter come to our home, so we were nervous about having someone come over but quickly were at ease with the updates and pictures. Our fur baby was in perfect hands. Would highly recommend Paws First for your precious pets.

Robert Stack: Used for many pets but seems to be going downhill. Most recently, dog came back with kennel cough. Wrong bed was given back at pick up and doggo always smells like urine even though we pay for bath. Dog is potty trained as well. They raised rates recently, but added cost didn't come with better or even decent service. Finally, they keep track of stays and money with pen and paper and seem to make many mistakes.

Becca Davis: Todd, our 10 month old Golden Retriever just completed his “Puppy Program” for grooming and it was the best deal ever!3 grooming appointments for the price of one to slowly introduce him and desensitize him to the overall process. He loves his groomer Brittney and we were told he was a well behaved boy! He smells and looks fabulous! Win! Win!
Olivia Lopane: Please don’t take your dog here. I have seen so many injuries and neglect to the animals that are taken here. All these good reviews are fake and definitely paid for. The amount of pet deaths I have seen because of their carelessness is a disgrace. Animals get loose and injured constantly. They are so rough with the animals they groom they come out bloody and bruised and hair matted!! Ridiculous. This business needs to be closed down. Taking your sweet pup here is a death sentence.

Jeremy Denton: So I have an aggressive Cane Corso and this is the best place for him. They have big, private kennels for this specific type of dog. They have it setup where everything is hands off so no accidents happen with someone getting bit but yet he can still go outside. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Only negative thing I would say is that it is a little pricey but its worth the money knowing your pet is in good hands with a good safe place for him.

Garlitz I: First time boarding and for a week caused some anxiety on my end but I can attest from the moment the grounds came in site till pick up my nerves were relieved and any questions as to this facilities capabilities were answered. I won't send her anywhere else. Period. The price is very very reasonable. Staff is so so personable. This facility sets the standard in the business and most of all their pride in who they are shows in everything they do. THANK YOU!

John Miller: I have been using Von Aries for over 3 years now. I couldn't be happier with their services. I have a 4 yr old GSD and a 4 yr old Explosives K9 Mal/GSD mix that can be a handful. I often get called last minute to travel with my K9 and Von Aries has always tried to get him in for a grooming prior to travel if they can. I am extremely happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone. I deal with the public every day. During these times I know it can be tough to deal with people and you cant make everybody happy. Never the less, every time I enter Von Aries the staff has always been Courteous, Kind and Professional. Kudos to you and your staff!!
