chris wissel: I first saw Dr. Reecer and his P.A. Julie when I was having lower back pain with leg numbness. The receptionist got me in fairly quick. The office environment was nice. The staff was very friendly! The did a thorough exam. They first sent me to physical therapy to help me correct my problem conservatively. Also to teach me how to help myself for the long term. That helped, but didn't completely correct my problems. An injection was recommended. I had heard horrible things about steroid injections. I was told by several people that they were very painful. I opted to take the valium they offered. I was pleasantly surprised that I really didn't need it. The injection was almost painless. Dr. Reecer explained that going slowly and the technique he used was why. The combination of the therapy and the injection did the trick. I would recommend the Dr. Reecer to anyone.

Elizabeth Shcherbakov: The receptionists are incredibly rude. They don't say hello when you walk in, they are sitting behind their computers to where you can't see them and they don't even acknowledge you when you walk up to them to check in. Then when you do finally speak to them they are short and not friendly at all. Dr is kind the first appointment, then you're just another number after the initial appointment. I do not recommend.

Eddie Grace: Dr. Rustagi is the best psychiatrist I have had after trying Parkview psychiatry (poor experience) and Viking psychiatry (horrible experience). Dr. Rustagi is very caring and has excellent knowledge and experience. He has been available when I need him even in urgent situations. He came highly recommended by my clinical psychologist and now I know why. If you are looking for a great and caring doctor, don’t look any further!

B Hall: I've seen this doctor since I was about 7 years of age. This doctor makes great profit off of Seroquel. He will diagnose your child with anything he can to proscribe Seroquel,with dangerous dosage. This doctor does not respect his doctors oath. He is quick to diagnose you or your child with out proper testing.if you do not notice as you are sitting down in his office he already has Seroquel pre written up on his desk for the patients,and he has a great amount of samples in his office. This doctor is dangerous. If you see this doctor for any reason at all expect high dosages of Seroquel to be prescribed to you,no matter your issues. Also if you disagree with him any at all he will put you in Parkview behavior health and swear your dangerous because your opinion is different from his.

Ryan Art Music: Their intake forms don’t mark your progress, so you have to call to figure out if you need to finish others. Then asked me to get records from a previous psych before they could schedule an appointment. Then I had to call 3-4 separate days, multiple times a day. Finally 3 weeks after the first call, they say they can’t see me because I have a history of medication and wasn’t specifically recommended to them. AWFUL organization, AWFUL communication, and their response to telling me they can’t make me an appointment after nearly a month of back and forth is “try the walk in clinic”.Find someone who takes your health more seriously and avoid getting the runaround from these people.

Zion Moulder: I was recommended to Doctor Rustagi by my therapist after having a poor experience at another facility. Reading these reviews prior to my initial appointment, I was extremely apprehensive owing to the Doctor's reputation for being direct and rumors that I had heard about the customer service of this facility. But I needed help, I WANTED help, and as I discovered continuing to receive treatment from this institution, these rumors are completely false. Doctor Rustagi is direct, but necessarily so, and not in the manner that he has an unearned reputation for: Aside from the thorough intake appointment, follow-up appointments are short (which is an industry standard) and he needs to make sure he gets all the information he needs to make necessary adjustments and to render the most effective medical advice / make appropriate diagnoses. I can see how this might turn some people off, but at the end of the day it works, you just have to be honest, open to receiving the help that you came for, and commit to the often long journey intrinsic to dealing with mental illnesses and maladies.

Joseph Collins: Fantastic! Dr. Rustagi is direct and pragmatic. At first he may seem cavalier but he is not. I've warmed to him over the last 2 years and recommend him to anyone that is having issues. He nailed my diagnosis, with my meds I was feeling great within a few weeks. I always look forward to my wellness visits.He is always very attentive. I've had issues with dosage and finally became allergic to one of my meds. When I explained the situation to his staff he offered to give me a same day after hours appointment. He stayed at his office 90 minutes after he should have been home with his own family seeing urgent patients. We switched meds and I'm back on track. Could not recommend Dr. Rustagi more.

Jennifer Schaadt: I haven’t seen the doctor myself, a family member does. And they say they are good. Very much recommend. But I waited on the waiting room and could everything thing that was said. I myself would not like people in the waiting room hearing my conversation with the dr. The doors are closed and you can still hear conversations.

Amber Beck: I enjoyed going to Dr. Rustagi. He wasnt friendly, but he took the time to understand what I was dealing with and I felt his diagnosis and medicine prescribed worked. I left his office due to his staff. When I missed and appointment I was told I couldn't reschedule. I was not informed that all I needed to do was pay a fee for missing my appointment. I also had one of his front desk personnel shut there glass in my face as if I was a bother checking in. I personally have never been treated so rudely by staff I just couldn't bring myself to go back into his office.

Corry Miller: I've been seeing Dr rustagi for 10 years I look for 30 before I found him he is turned out to be a true lifesaver he was there for me in the beginning anytime I needed in all I had to do is call him and yes it did take several medications for us to find out the right one for me and as some of the rest of you put he's very understanding very patient but the man is very blunt and they don't pull any punches that's what I like about him he's the best one I've ever seen and if anything ever happened to where I couldn't see him I would be totally lost he's a very good man very professional very kind good staff not a long wait and Dr rustagi is a smart man I think the rest of these people that have left negative comments just didn't like it because he is direct and straight to the point and willing to help anybody if they had a bad experience then there's probably something Dr rustagi picked up on that just didn't settle with him. He's never been rude telling me he's been there for me for everything at night early mornings he's a good man and he's very good at his job I would highly recommend him to anybody he has excellent insight!

I had horrible panic attacks and couldn't even go to a store or restaurant. My life has completely turned around since we started going to Dr. Rustagi. He does say it like it is, but I do too so that's one of the things I like about him! Once you get used to his personality, he's fine. He is very smart and really knows his stuff!

tara rice: I was and still am in need of an EMG. I made my appointment and my insurance was accepted. I went to the Ft.Wayne office only to find that along with my UMR I also needed to include $700.00 out of pocket. I was shocked. I expected to pay $100.00 out of pocket as my insurance stated. They said it was because it was a procedure. I have had MANY other procedures none of which required such a large out of pocket expense. The only reason I gave them a two is because the office staff was very nice. I can't recommend a doctor that requires so much before insurance is even filed. Im a 64 yr old woman with limited income. I work full time and 700 is just unacceptable for an insured procedures out of pocket expense.

Dr. Zolman was very kind, he informed me when he was going to do each step and after each “zap” he asked if I wanted to take a break. Dr. Zolman confirmed my nerve damage, while I was there. I didn’t however care for how long I had to wait to be seen. My anxiety was very high and waiting over 30 minutes to be seen, made me a little upset. I would recommend Dr. Zolman to family and friends.

With an influx of new patients, he will be able to pick and choose quite easily. I intuit that he needs power: this will be a conduit for him to pursue.If he reads this ever, he will know who is writing it. True: I messed up. In hindsight, I can only offer that I felt judged and on the defensive the second I met you, and went to an animalistic protective mode. My gut sometimes serves me well. In reality, it may have done so again by ensuring that I will not be your patient.
