P B: I am always greeted, listened to and encouraged by each instructor every class. If I have a specific issue it is addressed. Along with the many physical benefits I have gained, my brain is challenged and I feel more confident.
Krista Schloss: Having taken Pilates classes at Pure Movement for the past 5+ years, The daily Virtual class offerings have been a lifeline to normalcy, health and self-care during the pandemic. The classes focus on core muscle development as well as targeted muscle group strengthening and stretching, resulting in a great workout that leaves me feeling both relaxed and invigorated. The teachers are highly skilled and informative, encouraging and excellent studio space / equipment; continues to challenge and strengthen me even after 8+ years!

It has been a lifesaver for my mental and physical health. The studio worked with students to get the necessary props to make the most of the virtual classes. While I miss attending the studio Reformer classes, the Zoom classes are a great alternative until I am comfortable returning to the studio. The virtual classes have helped me maintain core and overall strength and given me a better understanding of key Pilates sequences. She understands the specific needs of each of her clients and tailors a plan to build strength and avoid injury. I have also done mat classes, Melt, TRX and Stretchfit at Mindful Movements and have found each of these techniques useful at different stages of my fitness journey.

Nancy L’ski: I’ve been a client of April Schultz, Premier Pilates for over 3 years. I had back pain and a hip injury. My physical therapist recommended pilates as a good program to develop the muscle strength and muscle coordination needed to feel better again, and she specifically, recommended April Schultz .Through the many various pilates exercises, April has been teaching me how to recruit the correct muscles for movement to get stronger and stop compensating with the wrong muscles. I've been gaining core stability strength, balance & better posture. April is very attentive to details and she has helped me develop the strength needed to do the things I enjoy. Becki Jacquay: This is the best idea ever. 15 minutes and I get so much stress gone and quiet time.Very clean and the employees are so very nice.
Annabelle Lessner: Without going into too much detail, I was introduced to HOTWORX by one of my friends right around the time of their grand opening, and never had any interest really in working out or getting any type of gym membership or anything related, but after trying out these sessions and meeting the people that work there, I fell in love, It's such a positive environment and all the people I've met so far are so genuinely nice and really have been nothing but helpful to me. I have just recently become a member, but I am already falling in love with HOTWORX. Jaymie and all the other trainers are truly so amazing!!
Rachel Gould: As someone who prefers to exercise alone, Hotworx has been my ideal place to workout. There are so many class varieties and the infrared sauna makes me feel so strong (24/7 access is fantastic too)! The Functional Training (FX) area has a really nice selection of equipment for those who casually exercise. I highly recommend this cleanly and friendly facility.
Pj Dean: This place is such a refreshing feeling. Going to the gym everyday gets boring and this is a place that you can get a great workout in a different type of atmosphere. From the cleanliness to the staff, everything about this place is great. The workout time is cut in half and you still get the same results as if you were at the gym. Highly recommend!!
