Katheryn: Courtney did my microneedling treatment, and she is fantastic! She is SO kind and accommodating. The treatment went smoothly and nearly painlessly! Also, FWPSA was willing to give me a generous discount after the microneedling pen malfunctioned on the first try (which was not their fault at all, and no injury occurred). Super excited to come back in March for my second treatment!
David Burtch: Dr Gardener removed 2 patches of skin cancer from my face. The surgical procedure went very smoothly and relatively painless except for the injection of the local anesthetic. He completed the surgery, closed the wound and I looked a little like Frankenstein with the stitches across his face. The wounds healed and the stitches were removed one week later. I was amazed at how the scar seemed to almost disappear upon removal of the stitches. Healing continues and the scare seems to melt away a little more each day. I would highly recommend Dr Gardener. He is a warm & friendly man and does most excellent work.

Tashua Heckathorne: Dr. Sev and the gals are top notch. I had an allergic reaction to the sutures after my inital breast augmentation surgery on March 1, 2022. By April 22, both implants had to be removed. I had multiple procedures and surgeries in that month's time. Dr. Severinac, assured me that we would get through it. Not only did he come in after hours, see me every few days, pray with me beforr every single procedure/surgery, he ALWAYS answered my calls. Even when I called him at 10pm with a concern. He also stopped using the suture that caused my allergic reaction. With hopes that no one else would have to go through the same thing as I did. July 21, 2022, we were able to re-implant. Things healed beautifully and I have never been better. I cannot speak highly of him and his staff. They were the most calm, positive and reassuring people ever. You can tell that Dr. Sev truly is a good person. Thank you IPSC, for all that you did for me and all that you helped me through.

I have always wanted a rhinoplasty, but had reservations about the outcome not being what I wanted; however, IPSC made everything so stress-free from beginning to end. Everyone at the office was so warm and personable and made sure that no question went unanswered. Dr. Severinac was very upfront with me about expected results and never recommended any other procedures outside of what I asked for. Deborah Landis: Again going here is hell. They didn’t check my insurance, I owed 0 out of pocket for this service, they charged me $30. Still have not sent my money back it has been since April and it February! Hello….. I had to file this claim for you because you didn’t know how. They are rude and they out source their billing department and they are rude and don’t do their job!
Michelle Keener: I’m 11 weeks post op from a breast reduction. Going from a 36 G to a 36 C/D, I feel great. First couple weeks were very rough, but that is expected. Dr. Pflueger and staff have been amazing. I highly recommend them and I am very blessed that I was referred to a great doctor and staff.
Michelle Rininger: Physician Shambaugh, Matthew from Summit on plastic surgery in Fort Wayne, Indiana did a reduction mammoplasty a few months ago. He's a very nice physician but I felt was not listened too. I had some concerns about pain and areas of the breast that didn't heal correctly. I felt pushed off because I was either not able to talk or he immediately said is not from my surgery where it wasn't like that before the surgery. My breast are still very large spilling over a 38 DD after the reduction. The incision lines I feel could have been cleaner and looks rushed. I'm greatful to have had the procedure. I just had planned for a different outcome.
Brittany Mitchell: At the risk of sounding over-dramatic, Dr. Shambaugh and his staff literally changed my life. I have never had office staff, nurses, or a surgeon be so kind, caring, and communicative. Paula and Dr. Shambaugh went above and beyond to get my surgery scheduled in a time crunch despite multiple obstacles like a winter storm and insurance hurdles. I’m forever thankful for this office and this staff and will use them for any future needs 100%!

They told me I couldn’t reschedule and I wouldn’t be able to be seen by their practice ; and they were very rude when they said this to me . I feel being rude is unprofessional and uncalled for ; if the person can’t be seen anymore so be it that doesn’t give them a pass to be rude . I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone if the staff is rude how are the Drs there ?

David quinn: Very talented in what he does. I’d never choose another plastic surgeon in Indiana. I trust him entirely and he makes everything easy, before and after the procedure.
Lisa Bower: Dr. Lee and his staff were amazing! I had multiple moles and lesions I wanted to remove for last 10 years or more but I have always chicken out afraid of how painful it would be, boy was I wrong Dr. Lee knew I was super nervous and so did his nurse. They explained everything in detail and talked to me to keep me distracted and before I knew it they were finished 20 mins from time I came in to out door the procedure was a piece of cake with little to none scars. Virtually painless procedure. Highly recommend!!

Deborah Landis: He was very unpleasant. Was very rude and inconsiderate of The questions I was asking about my breast reconstruction surgery for breast cancer. He would not give me any information on what the breast implants would do to my body. He just told me I need to do what he wanted to do. After I disagreed, he got up mad and walked out of the room and told the nurse to schedule me for surgery. I told her not to worry about that!
Brandi Jones: I recently moved to the area from out of state and had been wanting to get my implants removed. I called the surgeon in Indy who did my surgery originally and the quote was way more than when I had the breast implants placed! I called around to other surgeons in the FW area and again, they all quoted more than I had budgeted to spend. A friend of my husband said she used to work for Dr. Shambaugh and recommended him. I called and got a quote and it was way more reasonable (thousands less than the others!!) and I went in for a consultation. Dr. Shambaugh and his staff were awesome and took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with the decision I had made to get them removed. The day of the surgery, all of the pre and post op staff and Dr. Shambaugh were super sweet, made me feel very relaxed and surgery went great. I had a wonderful recovery and was very impressed with Dr. Shambaugh and all of his staff throughout this entire process and the fact that they had affordable pricing was a cherry on top.

Lynette Calligan: Went to Dr shambaugh for breast reduction ended up having a bilateral mastectomy I know he lied about me having breast cancer.When I got the breast implants they where as heavy than my real breast I couldn't bend down at all He put his hands on me and said look at that he was talking about my stomach fat I started swelling after all the surgeries My last surgery he just left me in the Hospital after I told them I was to sick to get up the next day I left the hospital after having surgery and still throwing up with no pain pills The nastiest dr.I ever met beware
