Matthew Murphy: Worst supplier I have ever dealt with in my 12 years in this industry. From the operations manager all the way to the VP of the company, more than 5 individuals went out of their way to make our transaction with them a living nightmare. Five full weeks after we sent them a batch of 100 pcs for black zinc plating, and after they had been sent back to them twice for rework (which they openly acknowledged was their fault) they forced us to pay the freight/UPS charges on all transportation to get our parts reworked. That amounted to 6 transportation bills because THEY could not do their process correctly.The final straw was that they sent our product back the last time using UPS COD terms, which I found out is the most absurd way of handling a shipment. Our company has been in business for 45+ years, we have 5 UPS accounts, and we send and receive dozens of shipments UPS every single day.These guys went out of their way to make a simple business transaction a complete disaster. This is the last time we will ever do business with them and I hope others follow suit.

Mark Finken: I took a firewall in to have it Re chromed the 2nd week of Dec. They said I would have it back in Jan. At the end of March after excuses after excuses they said it was done. When I took the firewall to them it was smooth chrome with some pitting and faded down close to where the engine was. When I got it home and uncovered it, the chrome they did was full of ripples!! Never again will I use them and I will let everyone know at swap meets and my customers from my Hot Rod shop. Poorly done and looks completely rushed!!
