He always treats the pond with great care.

My larges complaint and the reason I now treat pond myself was the fact PC killed an area of Cattails 3 years in a row. Area was roped off for animal habitat and information was given to office and onsite workers. The price also increased each year as well.

    Jacqueline Keyes: My husband and I have been bringing our dogs here for a long time to be groomed, the only reason I kept going is because they are able to get them in quick, but I won't be going back. They never groom them as short as I tell them I would like, and tell me how they were just groomed but come home with eye boogers still and looks like their faces weren't even trimmed. Then we go to the cashier to pay, she tries to charge us for a whole other dog and a half. Then when I catch the mistake she tries to argue that I'm the one who is wrong. The supervisor Terry came up and was also very rude, and didn't believe me when I said she had rung me up for much higher than was suppose to be. Ridiculous that someone who has been a paying customer for so long and tips well just doesn't matter. I will not be back!

    Francine Azgoune: The fact that it seemed there mostly really young people I'm going to let it slide that it seemed we were stepping into the feel of an empty store, workers doing their own thing not wanting to be bothered. I usually get the name when someone stands out to me but I didn't this time, but she apparently was the only one willing to handle a snake, and she was nice enough but unlike most stores they wouldn't allow us to handle the snake 🤔🤔🤔 we had to buy before we could hold! 😂 hmm.Prices seemed even more than the Uncle Bill's we visited so it's safe to say I won't be back, it's not because of the disconnect from the workers but that, the prices and the fact you have to buy a "pet" before you can hold it to see how it connects with you (all we could do is touch it's back, yea like I can really know if I want a snake like that 🤔😏). On the up side the store was very clean and organized 😊

We had to walk around and find another employee that just said it is in the third isle. It's a small store it's not like it would be a big deal to point us to the item we needed. I was hesitant because of the reviews. I walked in and was in awe, more choices in products, animals they have are very well taken care of. Very clean. Some of the comments on them walking around like someone is going to steel something was them beeing helpful and on standby also cleaning. I do not like when people at stores constantly ask if I need help but these people seemed very traind to notice if you need help. They allowed me to put my belongings behind the register this place is to small for shopping carts so I needed free hands which they also let me put up on the counter. Since I have been in this horrible state where everyone I have come in counter with has been rude. I was deffinatly happy to see nice happy people. I did look up stores that have the same name and they are not affiliated with this store this is a one owner shop.

They are knowledgeable & have a higher standard of care for their animals than chain pet stores. Their supplies & feeders are fairly priced, and they have a reward system. Their feeders are also bred in house which is why I really prefer this place over any other pet store around, I lost one of my geckos to parasites from petco crickets years ago & I will never get feeders from a chain pet store again. Did I mention they also display & sell local art there? I love this place♡

The Cages are rusty, birds constantly in bad condition, at one point they had a whole wipe out. They have two cockatiels without any sort of toys for enrichment. Budgies fighting and drawing blood from eachother. Honestly if you can't take proper care of these animals STOP SELLING THEM OR GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING IN THERE.
