Kevin Osborn: Today 4/6/23 3:45pm was the worst day we have had coming to Rich's. We never had a complaint until today. The food was great. The SERVICE was the worst we have ever had. We were never brought a second cup of coffee nor my husband a second glass of water. The waitress we had was too busy visiting with another customer that was sitting at the bar. To top it off none of the other servers didnt ask if we needed anything. She didn't even ask how our food was. We will go somewhere else on Thursday afternoons. We r regular customers that eat there at least twice a week. I do hope this gets read by Management.
Jessica Aleman: Nice, quick place to have a good breakfast. The coffee is hot and the service is fantastic. Even when they are busy we always have great service. Everyone is so welcoming and kind.

Kay Stewart: Waitress was nice but never offered more water or coffee. If I'm paying $2.50 for a cup a coffee I expect at least a refill. My breakfast was okay but the omelette my friend got was the worst! It was the Mom omelette and resembled a dry "yolk only" crepe with overcooked diced vegetables. We won't return.

Eric Angel: I really wanted to give Klemm's a higher rating. Their food always tastes good but unfortunately, they missed the mark on my last order. I ordered a Garbage Plate with 2 eggs over easy, add chorizo and rye toast. Instead, they sent the Garbage Omelet with chorizo. On the box, they wrote, "We're out of rye. Sorry." I have no problem with that but they sent rasin toast. I don't personally like sweets for breakfast. It would have made more sense to send wheat or white toast. As for the Garbage Plate I ordered, I guess an omelet technically has eggs but when you're expecting over easy, it's disappointing. Overall, the food tasted good, as always, but it wasn't what I ordered.

Travis Arnett: I've eaten there several times and not only is the food made to perfection EVERY TIME, the prices are straight out of the 80s! Two adults with large breakfasts and coffee: a $20 bill will cover the check and average tip, but we always leave a little extra. You can't get breakfast for ONE PERSON for $20 anywhere else in town let alone TWO! Oh, and inside tip: they have their own homemade hot sauce and it's AMAZING!! The only drawback is that you can't buy any to take with you. Trust me - I TRIED! I offered $20 for a bottle of it because it's THAT GOOD! No dice. So, try this place - you'll be back. John Weimer: I've been going here for breakfast for over 35 years. Great little hidden gem! Food is always hot and freshly cooked in front of you. The staff is always friendly and personable, regardless of their position (bussers, cooks, servers, dishwasher, etc) all are great to be around. Owner / coach Dan not only serves his community food here but also takes a good amount of his personal time to coach and mentor our middle and high schoolers in various sports as well!

Daytone: First time coming here. The staff were very sweet and welcoming. I'm not one to normally like onions, but the Hungryman's Omelette was delicious. Bigger than I expected it to be, but not disappointed with the portion size. 😁 Enjoyed a nice cup of tea with honey, which was also a first (adding the honey). And the Rye bread was delicious. Definitely recommend apple butter with it if you've never tried it!!! (I think Rye bread is underrated.) Overall, a nice experience.

Eric Bernard: I shouldn't have thought to get lunch food and not breakfast from here. The breakfast food is usually good. The steak tips I had at a different location were amazing. Good portion and perfectly cooked. But at this location they gave much smaller portions and they were supposed to have onions and they barely had any. The waitress had to point them out to me and said ohh it was probably a lot before they shrunk 🤣 Then I got charged almost twice what my bill was and she said that happens a lot 🤦♂️🤦♂️ it was almost like she tried getting me to sign the receipt really quick so I didn't notice.

My daughter got chicken and waffles. Chicken tenders were overcooked and waffles were very dry. Very disappointing since it was a daddy daughter night out and she chose IHOP. As soon as to 2 older white men walked in ALL staff was attentive to the entrance. They even tried to seat them before myself until I insisted to be acknowledged. I ordered my me quickly as I knew what I wanted, and it took about 30 minutes in a fairly empty establishment (5 other customers in the restaurant).
