Tiana Maclin: Lalos is an authentic gem for Northwest Fort Wayne. The food will never disappoint and the staff is kind and quick. I only wish it were bigger! Only other complaint is you cannot seat unless your entire party is present, which I understand when tight on space. I eat here often and get food to go which is always ready within 15 minutes. I always recommend this place.
Marshelle Schutte: I have eaten here a min of 50 times and last night will be my LAST visit. They brought us out 2 salsas and one chip basket, the chips had used WET straw wrappers, I sent them back she brought out a new basket… but it wasn’t it was the same basket with water at the bottom of it! Then later during dinner we asked for more chips and was told they would charge us since we had more than 2 I stayed we had not and that I sent the other basket back and was told well you have the salsas on the table to prove you had more baskets…. What!!!! Then I was told I couldn’t order two tacos on the combo plate when clearly the menu says you can…. And we did not get one refil the entire dinner on our drinks for our entire party of seven. Worst service ever!!!!!

amanda Ben: I usually don't leave reviews if they are bad but we had queso so it wasn't the worst. But I went with a friend and we sat at the bar at their request. I ordered a beer and my friend got a water. Well actual, she never got her water. I had to flag down someone to get her water and they gave her a tiny glass, like 3 swallows worth. The food was just ok. Not sure if I'll try it again as it was further and more expensive than 2 other generic Mexican restaurants to me.

Both dishes presented beautifully and we were sold at first bite. Well Done Kitchen Staff!! We will definitely return. There are many more things on the menu we are ready to try. The mojito, along with the salsa, will be among the 'repeats'.
India Barnes: Extremely slow service. Couldn't tell if if they were short staffed or just inefficient. Didn't like that my table was assigned a waiter that didn't speak English. I had to use all the Spanish I learned in life just to order and help others with their order. Now I wouldn't have minded all of this had the food been amazing. But it was just ok. I likely won't be back.

Gordon Londini: Had lunch at Tequila and really enjoyed the experience. Chips and salsa were served up front. The chips were firm, nicely salted and perfect for dipping. We ordered some queso which is a must for me at any Mexican restaurant and we were not disappointed. The queso was not too runny and had very good flavor. All of us ordered the fajita lunch special with corn tortillas and chicken. The fajita plate came out steaming and the chicken and vegetables were cooked perfectly. A second plate also contained refried beans rice lettuce sour cream and guacamole. I was surprised by the amount of items on the second plate. The lunch specials include a drink which was nice to see and they were very affordable in an era of high food prices. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. We didn't have a chance to try anything from the bar so maybe that's on the menu next time.

Rosie Easterday: I feel at home. This family owned Mexican restaurant is the best! It is obvious that they take pride in providing a personal experience. The servers had real conversations with us. The food is more delicious than my dad's (Don't tell him I said that.) Don't even get me started on the salsa; I was eating it with everything, even by itself. And the soda... it had the perfect level of carbonation. It was if I had pulled a can of soda from the freezer at the perfect time to enjoy its fullness. Bottom line - my husband will be enjoying more dates with me at Mi Parrilla.

The Mexican rice was delicious, with a hint of smokiness.Cons: For the price, you should be getting at least 50% more food OR the quality should be exceptional. Everything needed salt. The “bistek” was thin, chewy, with lies of gristle; I wanted to do a full on Wendy’s “Where’s the beef?” commercial series. The rice was portioned to about 1/3 cup. Everything extra cost extra (sour cream, lettuce, etc.). Good luck getting your server to check in. We were 1 of 8 tables with 3 front end staff but only got seen once. We had to call the server down while she was taking a nearby tracked order.For the same price, you can have exceptional Mexican fusion cuisine at Próximo with fantastic service & an inventive cocktail menu.

Joseph Vaccaro: The service was great. Management was great. I went in for lunch. I had the arroz con pollo and my wife had fajitas. The pollo was bland, no seasoning. Rice same, and really no cheese sauce. The fajitas same as the pollo. I hate to give a bad review for anybody and I have to be honest. I won't be back. We've had the same items like multiple places and they are so much better. I hope they get some recipes tweaked and we may give another try. There was also peas in the rice which made me think I was eating Chinese but also bland.

Krystal Dearman: Got a shredded beef chimichanga for dinner recently. A few hours later, I started feeling very ill with food poisoning symptoms. In the bathroom all night and next day. Sure enough, It was confirmed by my dr to be food poisoning. $85 worth of food that was soggy, lacked flavor, had missing items, and on top of that disappointment, a BAD case of food poisoning. I will never ever eat here again.
