Steven Mckenzie: Always courteous and helpful. Gave me tips on how to choose the right shade of a color for outdoor trim. Suggested the proper brush to use for what I was doing. Their paint is a little more expensive than Menards or Lowe's but the quality is better. And you don't have to wait in line for service or somebody come to the Department.

Tanner Hile: I went in to get a paint sample from my office matched and they nailed it! It's like it was the original paint. All around a lot better than going to Lowe's for paint especially if you are trying to paint match anything. They took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted and wouldn't have to come back. They even have drinks and popcorn while you wait.

The office as a whole, however, runs so inefficiently. Example: I have been here for 40 minutes waiting. Still haven’t seen the Dr. Now this would be par for the course, except that I purposely scheduled the first appointment of the day to avoid the long waits.Speaking of waits: it typically takes me a MINIMUM of 20 minutes wait time on the phone before I ever even get the hear a human voice on the line. Whether it be for scheduling or to speak with a nurse...you’re going to wait on the line. For like, a ridiculously long time. As successful as parkview is, can they not hire enough phone receptionists or phone nurses?And lastly...everyone here is usually SUPER friendly. Above and beyond kind. But after that 20 some minute wait on the phone, I got a phone nurse named Missy and let me tell you......she must have been having a terrible day, bc she was rude, dismissive and condescending.As I have typed this, I’ve now been waiting 50 minutes.
