Joyce Dant: First almond crunch was burnt and hard on the bottom ...second (replacement) was just burnt....please don't cook the almond crunch so the bottom is burnt.

Denver Smith: Ordered online. Went to the Co there to ask about. All of the employees looked at each other when someone asked about it. It was evident that it wasn't startedOne woman asked how long it would be "7 minutes.". One turned to us and said it would be a few minutes.Maybe if the employees weren't standing around talking all day they would do their job. I don't know why they have 6 people running a tiny stand but also why not a single one of them can pay attention to doing their jobs

Brian Zigler: Pretzels are great but the cashier was one of if not the worst cashiers/customer service reps. Kids in the back where playing around and throwing pretzels at each other and playing baseball with them with a set of tongs. Deffinatly not the best representation of the company's values.

Sarah Oh: As a pregnant woman who was heavily craving their mini pretzel dogs, I am extremely disappointed. The dogs tasted like they had been sitting there for a couple of hours. Not only that, they were burnt yet doughy as heck in the middle. I could hardly eat them on my way home. It was like chewing gum...absolutely disgusting. I don't suggest this location. You'd be better off driving the extra 15 or so minutes to glenbrook.

Jonathan Lemmon: Usually really good, but you guys need to be more consistent about what kind of cup your large flavored lemonades come in.Also, how are you supposed to be professional when your guy at the register has his AirPods in and can’t fully hear your order?Not a fan of your crew tonight…Other than that, the pretzels are good 9/10 times, but some nights, the pretzels seem too well done.

Tamyra Alsudani: Pretzels are always worth fighting for but try the pretzel wrapped pig in a blanket. Oh my gosh! They are even kosher beef! Ask for a sample and thank me later;)

sherly jones: to be blunt, this is a bad review.my grandfather and i approached a black haired woman who was very short and impatient with us. she even told us to “hurry up” while we were taking our order. my grandfather has an albanian accent and when she walked away from the register and came back she proceeded to mock us with his voice. she was all together rude and inconsiderate. they should put someone better at the register or change their training policies.
Mark: I wanted a cinnamon sugar pretzel not nuggets but "She" said they were closing and could not make me one. They had several freshly buttered ones that just needed to be sprinkled but the poor customer service said "NO".

brent meeks: Worst pretzel I ever have eaten, even tried to call them at 7:55pm to complain, no one answered. Ordered reg. Pretzel with mustard packets. $3.34 I wouldn't of paid .04 for it! I bring alot of Amish friends here to shop, they'll know.
