LifeWorks Counseling & Consulting, Inc. (Fort Wayne): what do users think?
Crystal Kautzman: No one answers the phone or barely calls you back. We had one call back to setup an appointment but they never sent the paperwork to fill out. Never returned our calls asking about the paperwork. The day of the appointment we arrived 30 minutes early to fill out the paperwork but there was no reception desk or anyone there to talk to. Finally at the time of the appointment a man came out to ask if anyone was waiting to be seen. Didn't introduce himself but finally tracked down the paperwork. In which stated we had to pay full cost then file with our insurance for reimbursement. We had enough and left the office, the man from the office catch sitting in our car trying to decide what to do next. He barely apologized and said their assistant was out of the office for the last two weeks and would be gone for a long time.I'm sorry, that is not a good excuse when dealing with mental health. I would not recommend them until they get an onsite receptionist that can coordinate with patients.
Katlyn hart: Had some communication about being on a wait list a year ago. Was supposed to be two or three months and I never heard from them again. Went through all of the effort to get them the information they needed from me; and they ghosted me. 🙃
Nathan Getts: Love this place and the therapist that I have. Don’t hesitate to call them.
P Applegate: Very relaxing atmosphere
bethany: Fantastic! Sincere, caring therapists. They strive to find the best fit. They actually care about you and pay attention to what you say! Best place I have been!

Rodney Timbrook Ph.D., at Psychological Service Associates, Inc.: what do users think?
FeedMeCarbs: It was fine until I started venting about COVID. I guess me opening up about it was enough to set this guy off due to different opinions. He then started using manipulative tactics to try and validate his meaningless opinion?? Such as twisting my words, interrupting me, laughing at my concerns. Your opinion is not worth my mental health, nor a toxic debate. Therapists are not paid for their opinions, they are paid to listen. If you can’t grasp that concept, get another job or grow up dude.Unprofessional, rude, and definitely not worth $150
Patricia Cornflower: Do not see him if you have a dissociative disorder. Just because I decided to not talk about my trauma on the first session he told me I was faking my disorder and didn't care that I had a nervous breakdown shortly after seeing him.I'm now seeing a trauma therapist who confirmed that I was dealing with a severe dissociative disorder and I had to get disability because it was becoming that debilitating. I'm now recovering thanks to her, but if I listened to him I most likely would've end up dead.Only giving a 2 because at least their offices were clean and looked nice
diana martz: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Greg Buse: The website says that they are open until 8pm but when I called to inquire about services nobody answered the phone and I got the voicemail

Summit Counseling LLC: what do users think?
Jalynne Whaley: Can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve been trying to make an appointment with them for two days now.
Emmaline Smyth: Summit Counseling is an amazing resource and the staff are welcoming and caring. Neerja, my counselor, is compassionate, thoughtful and inspiring. She is an incredible listener and gently challenges and encourages me to do the work that I am there to do.
Dj Nephew: Neerja is the best i highly recommended her, she has tremendously help me turn my life around.
Kari Harmon: Neerja is amazing. I'm grateful for the referral to her; she challenges me and she is on point. A true blessing.
Jozy Garrison: Everyone here has been very helpful and welcoming!
Gaetes McGloughlin: They got my scheduling wrong. I was told I was scheduled at 2 today on Thursday over the phone. And they actually scheduled me for Monday the tenth at ten am. I was told by the front desk lady that I wasn't even scheduled there at all and that I was mistaken for even coming in. So I argued with her and explained to her I was in the right place. She then explained to me I was scheduled a different date then what I was previously scheduled.
Tanya Dalton: My counselor at summit counseling is amazing. I would recommend summit counseling to everyone. (Mrs Hartley)

Indiana Center For Cognitive Behavior Therapy: what do users think?
Nan Bailey: Inept.
Sparkles A.: If you want a headache from beginning to the very end then come here. The ONLY light in this office is Dr. Sharon Clevenger! She is knowledgeable, intelligent, caring and has taken very good care of my daughter. My husband and I trust her with her mental health. As my mental health goes, this office has made me lose mine. The Office staff is disorganized, rude as hell, they do not care about the patients. For seven months I did not receive a bill. Then I called my insurance company and they told me they never received a claim from them. So I called the office and they conveniently told me I never gave them the information that they needed seven months ago. You would think this information would be important and they would ask for it, but no I had to wait seven months for me to inquire why I received an outrageous bill. And when I did ask the office manager she gave me her email address it was very curt with me and then hung up on me. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with his office. Also if you’re looking for a therapist you may consider looking somewhere else, we did. And when we did we got the results we were looking for. And this was a bad experience with one in particular therapist at this office.
Gemma the SootSprite: Ive been going here for years and I always, always have a positive experience! Sharron is so kind (a bit intimidating in the beginning, but once you get to know her shes very caring) and is always on top of medications, ready to listen to anything Im struggling with and has never made me feel badly for needing to switch medications (which Ive done several times)! She literally looks at anything and everything to make sure that all the bases are covered on my health. Its very easy to access my information on the online patient portal that they use too. Very happy with them and always reccomend them to friends and family!
Artem Epishin: Sharon, just got off the phone with your receptionist, looks like you are still in business. Please give me a call, as I left a message with the lady I spoke too. We would love to resolve the balance owed to our company and go our separate ways!
Alex Thompson: I told them what kind of insurance I had when I called and set up an appointment, I had to drive all the way across town and when I got there they told me they did not accept my insurance. The woman at the desk was nice.
Brittni Vogelsong: I have experience at a few places but I was wondering what all is dealt with her? Thank u in advance. I'm struggling and need help before it's to late.
Sydney Shuman: I don't usually write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. I have heard that the counselor's here are decent, but I did not have a very good experience with (owner) Nurse Practitioner, Sharon Freeman-Clevenger. I felt like she judged me and treated me like I was less of a person because of my diagnosis. For a person that treats addiction and mental illness, you would think she would be understanding of people with those problems, but it is quite the opposite. It was her way or the highway. She would boast about her degrees, which she had every right to be proud of and I didn't mind hearing about it every once and a while, but overtime she came across as narcissistic, especially when she would bad-mouth other health care professionals. I felt like I had to tell her what she wanted to hear because I couldn't build a client/doctor relationship with her, since her bedside manor was so poor. At one point I went to another doctor for a different service that I didn't know she also treated patients for. When I transferred the information to her, thinking she should know about other medical treatments, she was very angry. I didn't know she offered that type of treatment so another doctor treated me for it. I told her I wanted to continue my treatment for mental health with her, but I wanted to stay with the other doctor for treatment of the other service, since I felt comfortable with them and had a good experience at that clinic. This infuriated her, so she proceeded to yell at me, speak very rudely to me, wouldn't let me speak, then belittled me and the other doctors and practitioners at the other clinic. I had never experienced anything like that with a health care provider before. Her tantrum made me realize that I didn't deserve to be treated like that. I stood up and walked out promising to never go back. I wish this never happened and wish I never went there in the first place. I would not recommend her to anyone for addiction treatment or psychiatric services.
Chrissy Miller: Let's see where to start. I worked for ICCBT for about 2 1/2 years coming into the practice not knowing a single thing about cognitive behavior therapy.. I learned so much working with these group of ladies and learned things about myself and other people. The main thing I can say about the center is that C.E.O Sharon Freeman Clevenger, NP and the therapists always put the patients needs first. They do whatever they can to help the patient get on a positive path. And they give their professional advice. Doesn't matter what your struggling with. They are there to help you and challenge you to want to do better. I don't know how many patients I've seen over the time of me working there leave the practice in a good state and happy terms. I've seen people go rock bottom, and these ladies are there to help save you. You have to want to save yourself, but they are very kind and loving and push you to want happiness and self-love. They personally helped me understand my biological mothers mental health which is bipolar paranoia schizophrenic. Not only do people come to the practice to help themselves, they also seek help and insight on how to work with and understand others. These ladies were like a second family to me. And the practice just keeps growing. Keep up the good work ladies. I'll always have love for my ICCBT family.
Froggy Cooger: They have the most skilled therapist in Northeast Indiana. Take some time to check them out!!
David Buss: IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SAFE/PROFESSIONAL PLACE, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! horrible place, horrible doctor, horrible therapist!! i went there in the past and i can honestly say dr.Clevenger and "therapist" Sarah Hoos messed up my life a bit. they only care about making money off of you!! dr. clevenger over prescribes people, does not listen to your concerns or issues, leaves you waiting for an hour then only talks to you for 10minutes before upping your dosage!! a therapist is suppose to be someone you can trust. not with sarah!! she told me i was going to end broke and homeless and that i shouldnt even bother attempting to go to school, when discussing my past and reasons for my PTSD she tried to get me to accept blame for my trauma!!! and when i complained about Sarah, Dr. Clevenger blamed it all on me!! her exact response was "sarah is only saying that because shes concerned and your just blowing things all out of proportion." they are rude, unprofessional, and way overpriced.
Brittany Lebron: I've been to a lot of different therapists, but in 1 month, Lydia has helped me make such a positive change in my life that no one else has been able to help me do. I feel like a whole new person. I'm learning more about myself and my beliefs, and what I need. I cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend this place to anyone struggling with anything.
Heather Mink: I have been going there for a few months, and I really enjoy Amber! Great sessions and very positive.

Willow Center For Healing: what do users think?
Amy Ikerd: I had a great experience doing an EMDR intensive with Jessica Zimmerman. I'm also an EMDR therapist and approved consultant and I wanted to work with someone who is seasoned in our field. I spent two days working with Jessica and was able to accomplish all of the goals that I had established during our initial meeting. Intensives are an investment, but most definitely worthwhile. Especially if your schedule makes it difficult to come to therapy weekly or biweekly. Highly recommend!
Rebecca Lilly: Very limited availability, staff was quite rude, insensitive and unhelpful
Dan Johnson: Not the worst ever, but it didn't really get bad until the end. I was told it was telehealth only on the one day I had appointments, and there were barely other slots available. This is extremely ableist, as some folks don't have their own internet available to them, or a quiet place they can utilize for a call. If you are going to push your clients aside like this, maybe you shouldn't be in therapy. Or at least give more warning than 2 days? Extremely rude. Also, if your front desk "assistant" is so overworked, maybe hire another person to help so you don't get a ton of angry reviews. Also, making sure your clients know that insurance prices have changed and suddenly tripled the cost of one appointment would be wonderful instead of just expecting us to find out on our own.In response to your response, this provider is switching one single day of the week to telehealth only, which has zero to do with any of what you said. If it was all her stuff, I get that. But JUST the one day? Not a good look.
Morgan Ferguson: I had an amazing experience with EMDR therapy working with Kim (and her therapy dog Toby). Kim was easy to connect with and open up to. She helped me find a place of peace and healing in my life that seemed unattainable.
Roma E: Terrible at replying, if at all. Would be better if they at least gave an update or 2 instead of ghosting entirely for weeks. Unprofessional and especially bad for those with anxiety.
Daniel Hart: They consistently fail to reply to messages/calls for days or weeks.Sometimes never replying at all.
sarah Mungovan: I found emdr in 2019 and it has helped me thru so much. Jessica Zimmerman is AMAZING!! She gave me so many tools to use to get thru times of struggle and my panic attacks. I tried so many talk therapy’s and counselors and i never benefited from those therapies. with emdr therapy and lens therapy i have found peace and comfort and love within myself which allows me to love and be helpful to others. I highly recommend willow center for healing and i highly recommend trying emdr and lens therapy!!
Tom M: My experience has been nothing but positive and deciding to see a  therapist was the best decision I've ever made. I would highly recommend Willow Center For Healing.
Matt C: will accept you as a new patient give you paper work to fill out schedule you an appointment then after you send the paper work back receive a text saying they're no longer accepting new patents and be told your old therapist shared private information from an older company she worked at about me now all of a sudden nobody here is accepting new patients complaints filed with BBB and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights beware very unprofessional if you need help with mental help go somewhere more trust worthy and not somewhere where co workers gossip about your own personal history instead of trying to help someone in need !!!
Jen McKinney: Our entire family has benefitted from the expertise of therapists at Willow Center for healing.

Behavioral Assessment Center of Fort Wayne, P.C.: what do users think?
Spencer-Michael Bexley: The lady turned me away because i had a “high fever” but didn’t tell me what it was. She looked at me asked said “it’s a cool day. Your fever isn’t going to go down any. We’re gonna have to reschedule.”
CYNTHIA KRAUTER: Very rude over the phone. Not sympathetic to my daughter with special needs’s needs. So disappointed. Even the ssi scheduler was shocked by her attitude. She should not be a doctor our special kids!
Kristen Ginder: I’ve never had such horrible customer service in my life. The Dr was rude. She didn’t smile (or if she did it was covered by the mask 😷). Her bedside manner was horrid. How about building rapport with the people who come in your office? I also didn’t appreciate her “know it all” attitude. She yelled from the front door out to the parking lot, “YOU CANT BRING THAT DRINK IN HERE!” It was an iced coffee….okay so I put it back in my car. When I got in with my child he had gotten sick on himself no sooner than getting him inside. I was trying to clean him up and she was adamant about getting our temps right then. So I stopped cleaning him up to get my temp taken. She did hand me a paper towel which was nice.During the assessment for my child she asked me a question to which I was answering and then she interrupted me to say I needed to not talk so my son could hear the assessment activities….ummm…. Just the entire experience was more than lackluster. Don’t recommend, but needed it for my son.
