We also do a lot of work in kitchens. Our kitchen remodeling projects focus on kitchen countertop replacement, tile backsplashes, undercabinet lighting, and cabinet refreshing (both painting and refreshing stained finishes).
Our showroom features more than 40 bathroom and kitchen displays showcasing the latest tile, faucet, countertop and flooring options available! Many of our displays are designed just like you would find them in your home to help you visualize your new room. Our bathroom design software allows you to visualize your new bathroom prior to the first hammer being swung.
Our focus at is on bathroom and kitchen renovations in the Fort Wayne area. We offer free in-home consultations, free estimates, and 12 month same-as-cash financing. We have a 5-Year floor-to-ceiling warranty and a limited lifetime warranty on our Schluter System all-tile custom showers.

Deb Winger: We wanted to remodel our bathroom that had a vinyl tub/shower spa and replace it with a custom tiled shower, replace the flooring, and replace the counter and sink. We signed the contract at the end of September and the project was started on December 3, 2020. It took them 10 working days to get everything completed (except for the glass doors). O'Neill glass measured for the glass doors on December 18 and they were installed on January 8. The shower is perfect and we love the flooring and new sink and counter. The shower is 5' and has a bench at the one end. Matt did a wonderful job and was so professional and so precise with everything. He put down the flooring as well as doing the tile work, installing the counter and sink, and doing all the plumbing. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Steve Neeley, the owner, answered text messages promptly and was patient with us as we asked questions. Scott Federoff: This was the first real remodel when have done in our home and it was the replacement of a master walk in shower that was outdated. Steve was great guiding us through the design process. Our installer Matt could not have been better. He was always on time, never left a mess, but most importantly asked questions during the project when he came to a place he thought we needed to decide to go left or right. We had some very intricate tile work and other detailed items and he is truly a master craftsman. Our end result was better than we could have hoped for and I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them (make sure you try and get Matt on your project) without hesitation. There are photos of the end result on the Serenity Facebook site and are worth taking a look. I told Steve at the end of the project that the only downside was going to be my water bill going up from staying in the shower too long!Service:Remodeling
