Parkview Regional Medical Center: what do users think?
Jenny Hampton: I recently had a trip to the ER that turned into surgery and a hospital stay here. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and empathetic. They all did a great job at listening to my needs and worries, as well communicating everything I needed to know pre and post op. The staff went above and beyond all expectations and I’m extremely grateful for everyone who helped me while I was there. Thank you all!
Edge23: View from windows
Logan Lee: Very professional, caring, kind, and timely. Had no issues whatsoever. You people who rate it so low are the Karen’s of all Karen’s…. Smh
Yori Yasuhiro: It's an absolute frustration at the ER with the people that they had at the front desk. Extremely rude and literally talking about patient confidentiality right in front of patient. And being disrespectful to one another one of their own nurse's. I came here for my cancer mom, who had blacked out and collapsed on the ground. She is in extreme pain, from the moment as we speak till right now. And they still won't even bother to do anything to help. Despite the pain that the mom's going through. I hope, the owner of the hospital can train their nurses and employee to be more work ethical, professional, emphatic, compassionate, kind, gentle towards the patient. Rather than being rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, unsympathetic, unkind and publicly spoken about patient confidentiality.
kyle a. roach: Er was slow but the obgyn was fast and super helpful for my fiance and getting her help when she wasnt feeling well
H Marie: Starting coming here when my husband was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma. Have not had a bad experience at all. Drs and nurses are kind and has helped in every way with questions that we have had. Hubby was just admitted into the hospital and he hates hospitals but he seems ok here with all the support that he has had.Helen/Dan
jensen chaney: Er will get you in and out
Courtney: Evs department managers need a serious reality check. Upper management as well. People will get sick working in a hospital. People have lives outside of work. Turnover is terrible for a reason. People aren't dollar signs. Treat them just as well as the medical staff. If it weren't for them, you wouldn't have clean patient rooms/units. 'The sign on bonus' is strictly exploitation and exploitation only. They don't want hard workers. They want robots that don't question the system and have zero morals. Do yourself a favor and don't work in this department. You will just leave disappointed and used for your hard labor.
Robert Rosehorse: Two separate ER visits have proven that this place is worthless. Seriously, if you need help, go anywhere but here! The ER docs are woefully incompetent. They didn’t bother checking medical history that was already in their system and gave medications (Inepsine) that were clearly contraindicated by that known medical history. They (ER doc) didn’t listen, they didn’t ask questions, they just acted on very little info the nurse had collected and at the end of the day, we left worse off than when we entered. Never again!
Denise Kathleen: Worst Dr ever. Vivian just kept adding more and more meds to me without EVER seeing me or checking ANY med levels. She NEVER ONCE checked my med levels. She made me so much worse. Avoid this doctor if at all possible.
Jennifer Doe: Over many years we've had many bad experiences. This day in age, the doctor who walks in the room is the person choosing your fate. I've talked with patient advocates and nothing results from that. Husband goes in with unknown MRSA, they cut it open and sent him home with nothing. A couple months later I have it, and I got diagnosed. My son saw 3 different providers that all 3 provided the same prescription for an antibiotic that's not available, even after me explaining that happened previously. I took him to IU for proper treatment. This place used to be a recognized stroke center. Now they don't even recognize strokes until the family repeats themselves for days, then you'll find one good nurse who says, I think you're right. Well now he's a vegetable and it's a lot too late for treatment so they push him through a bunch of stuff he's not ready for. They just assumed he couldn't walk before he got there. 40 days into a hospital stay we're still explaining that he was a functional human before this. Get back to the roots of helping people and less concerned with their profits. Insurance and the staff you are served will determine your outcome. Unresting.
Roger Jetmore: I didn't get pictures of all my nurses, but you ladies were AWESOME!! Sam, Anika, Emily, Dina, Brittany, Hannah, and Kyleigh. You made my stay much better than it could have been.
Jeni Jetmore: Best of the best ICU nurses! Love them all! Could not have asked for better service for my husband! These girls deserve a raise for all they do! Very impressed ❤️ Hope I don’t miss any name but here we go Sam, Brittany, Anika,Emily,Dina, Hannah, Kyleigh!
Roger Hassig: Care of my love was good, however,For about three weeks now plus and extension on my FMLA paper work I have had little response to what happen too turned in paper work how was suppose to do it and inform of completion I’m still redoing my paper and trying to figure it outAll the while going through personal loss of said love one
Raine Wilder: Only cares about profit. Very toxic organization , run primarily by agency nurses. Unsafe.
Yuriy Freewind: It is a modern, innovative place with professional medical staff!
Sara Patterson: They have kept my friend for a surgery that they keep postponing now for a WEEK. She is in pain, missing her family and alone. They won’t give her reasons why she has yet to have surgery. How can a hospital keep someone for a week that’s in pain and no care to explain or help.
jaeden kidd: PRMC almost killed my grandmother by giving her a medicine that shouldn’t be given to people with Parkinson’s disease
Fred Frank: Extremely professional virtually everywhere throughout PRMC Campus. State of the art facilities with caring, compassionate nurses and staff. Most Dr's/surgeons equally so. Good food & great cafeteria.
DEB COWIE: My husband was recently a patient at the Parkview Regional Center in the cardiac care unit on the third floor. We found out he needed a pacemaker placed. He was admitted on a Thursday night and we found out he needed to stay until Monday for the procedure then another day for observation. My husband has a condition that requires someone be with him at all times so I stayed with him. There are no words to describe the amazing staff that helped us both. Not one bad apple in the bunch. We had staff from dietary, housekeeping, social workers, discharge planning, lab techs, X-ray staff, nursing assistance, nurses, and doctors. They treated us with such professionalism and kindness. Almost like we were their family members. The state of the art facility was kept so clean, the food was so good and served by an amazing staff.Did I mention the nursing staff? Such a wonderful group of women.I cannot say enough about the facility and staff members. They made a scary time for us into such a pleasant experience.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.Craig & DebPS: The nurses are rock stars!
Samual Lebowitz: Had a heart attack at 65 years old, and they saved my life. I was able to see the birth of my grandson because of them. God bless them for saving my life.

Anthony Medical Center: what do users think?
Neil Sowards: This is in regard to the laboratory. The sign on the door says 8AM. It is Good Friday. There is no sign that you will be closed. I waited half an hour for you to open, only to assume you were not going to open. It would have been a simple matter to put a sign on the door saying you were going to be closed on Good Friday. Your recording says you are open at 7AM. but the door says they will open at 8AM. It would have been nice to have a correct recording when we called to find out when you were open. Again, a note on the door would have been easy to do and helpful to your patients. Can you imagine the problem this would cause if someone came on the bus? Think of your patients. Not everyone is closed on Good Friday. Doctors were entering their offices but they just said "I dont have anything to do with that".Also the lab seemed to be very slow in getting the results to the doctor's office. I took people there 7 days before a scheduled doctor's appointment to have lab work done. When we had the doctor's visit, they had not received the lab results. I would have thought one week was enough time to do the labs and get the results sent to the doctor. Poor patient service.
Rhonda Eastom: I visited Dr. Shelby Kenner and used the lab for blood work. Visiting Dr. Kenner was a pleasure, I didn't wait long and the assistants as well as Dr. Kenner were helpful and professional! The lab tech was friendly and efficient so I was quickly on my way after my appointment!
Sheree Behrendsen: Dale is the best doctor EVER. I've been seeing him since he started, or close to, and I've never had a nicer, more attentive or more intelligent physician. He is the absolute best!

Family Medicine Center: what do users think?
Rhonda Englehart: Friendly and accomodatating
Mindy Gibson: Worst place to get medical help, the are narcissistic and will manipulate the situation to make you look like the problem. They are not honest people..
Niki Nak Paddywack: This place is awesome! Doesn’t matter what I need an appt for, I ALWAYS get in the same day, that to me is worth it’s weight in gold. I’ve never had anyone rude, and for this state, that is rare! Absolutely love this place, and I recommend it to everyone!
k Y: Thought I already gave a rave review for Zachariah Slattery. Apparently forgot. Zach is the best diabetic doctor ever, He helped me get to where I am at. He treats me like a friend care about what goes on with my health. Just found out that he graduated from his profession and will be heading to Auburn, IN. He will be missed. I also want to complement Joanne Ladowski for her guidance with diet and all she is also a good specialist and friend. And cannot forget Annette who welcomes me and checks my weight and stuff, she is beautiful as well. Very good crew!!
David Hollis Knight: Dr.'s leave every three years and also do what they want you can ask then to NOT do something and they don't listen then when you try and tell then they get smart with you making smart comments doing again what they want and ignoring what you ask them!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!! Poor attitudes!! Not for the people
gregory: They are very professional
Lydia Mann: By and large, these are good people.PROS:-they've never dumped me because I forgot about an appointment, and they always reschedule without making me feel bad about it-the parking situation is so good and easy on my knees. park in the parking garage on the right side, walk over to the elevator, zoom up the floors and bAM you're inside FMC-despite it being a residency program, there's rly nothing to worry about as far as drs go. they're all pretty good at their jobs and are basically ready to have their own practiceCONS:-eventually your doctor will graduate or whatever it's called, and then you have to get to know a new doctor all over again until that doctor is done and moves on too
toph: I've been going here a couple of years now. It's a teaching practice, so your physician will be a doctor completing a 3 year residency. The first doctor I had was aloof and didn't listen to anything I was saying so I couldn't get the treatment I needed, so I switched off of his service. The second doctor was just dangerous due to his complete incompetence in pharmacology so I switched again. The third doctor was great (Dr. Matthew Wells) he's since moved on to his own practice, after which I was put into Dr. Yekaterina Afonina's care and I couldn't be happier with being switched over to her; she's competent and she really listens to what you're saying, I've found that combination difficult to find in the medical field. The great thing about a practice like this is you have people who have just finished medical school and have just learned all of the latest info, with older doctors you have to hope they're staying current and reading medical journals. Another plus is if you're not satisfied with your doctor you can easily switch to another and they have plenty of residents.I'll comment on nurses too since they were mentioned in a review. All of the nurses I've had have been great; professional, courteous, affable. No complaints hereIf you're okay with having a doctor that you'll only have for 3 years max then this is a great place, but if you're looking for a doctor that you'll see for 20 years or more who'll be completely familiar with your medical history (which is a great thing to have) then this is not going to be a great fit, at least in the long term.
Spooky Crafter: I absolutely love going here, dr.giffen is an absolutely amazing doctor very caring and checks everything, he’s very friendly and kind.
Cayla Allen: This office is a joke.. they scam you for your money. They don’t have sympathy and don’t do much to help their patients.
kesha s: Me my son have always been treated well. Been going here since he was a baby. He's 11 now.
Amy Cotton: Nurse is very rude. Went to the doctor last Friday and I couldn’t get anyone to finish authorizing my medicines to be filled. When I called they got mad and told me I needed to stop with the calls! They are supposed to be medical professionals! Extremely disappointed!
Yossi Polinger: Doctor was a resident, had to answer to a real doctor, gave me a prescription and never sent it. Still in pain and sick
AnthonyAmy Azazel: I have been going to Family Medicine Center since 2013. I have had 2 successful pregnancies with them and I am on my 3rd. My 2 children and I also go here for our annual check ups. We personally don't go anywhere else unless referred by FMC. All the staff are great! From the person on the phone to the resident or Dr that you see, they are all amazing. When I have had an appointment my time there is a total of 1hr at the most. If I don't have an appointment I can usually get in same day and the total amount of time I would spend there would be 1hr and 15min at the most. So I would recommend FMC to anyone and everyone.
Sweet 2019: Some nurses are Disrespectful and Rude. Not seem to have respect to the confidentiality and passion to their jobs. Bad service.
Rhonda Baker: Dr. Khatri is amazing with patients
Teresa Thompson: I feel so cared for here. Dr Perkins is very thorough.
Dameon Curtis: Absolutely no care or concern for well-being. Disrespectful and rude nurses. Have to beg for treatment and when the primary physician approved my treatment. The resident staff director changed my treatment plan without discussing with me or my physician. Have severe fluid retention and had to beg for hydrochlorothiazide. The wait time from intake to seeing the doctor was over an hour...... The doctors are apparently students and are scared to make any treatment decisions or give referrals. On a 1 to 5 star scale I give a honest -2. absolutely repulsive
