VONEPRODIGY: Food is amazing, they're out in reasonable weather (misting) I only order one item on the menu and come back nearly every other day I wish I was lying, definitely stop by and experience it

Kristin Chester: Their food I had was incredible...just wish they traveled around to more evening events though, as it is difficult for me to make it to the farmers market or food truck alley downtown. Definitely worth another try....their veggie burgers, sweet potato fries, and CBD smoothie was AMAZING!!!!! Hope to taste more stuff on their menu soon!

Mirzzoni H.: While I always had nice experiences at this store , I believe that at certain times the store should prepare better for the day. I called the store at noon today to request a platter Because it’s super bowl Sunday and I was informed that the store is out of bread . It is Only noon and the store is open until 8 or 9pm. I am aware that they are probably busy , but the store should have thought about that in advance by prepping more bread for a day like today. Just some food for thought . Otherwise they do a good job . Thank you!
mike burgess: Monday night Subway and pinball tournament at Fort Wayne Pinball Wizard's World Arcade. Our next door Subway has become a staple for all of our pinball players. Tonight I enjoyed a pizza sub, baked lays and a new raspberry cherry flavored cookie (and a chocolate chip cookie too).

Hella Good: Always friendly, fresh, and fast. This is one of the best Subways around. Like a hidden gem. Soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile, and then the creation begins. There is a reason why they are busy. All the guys here are great. Kudos to you all!

I asked for my meat to be warmed up and the employee sighed and rolled his eyes at me!! Next time I came back the girl fried my meat then still tried to give it to me... then got mad and walked away when I asked for a new one! Save yourself the bad time and drive 5 mins to the Lima rd Subway where they are friendly and know what they doing!!

MrSynapse: The employees clearly have to deal with a bad manager some short black girl she tried to get them to overcharge me for a sub that is normal $12 for 18$ I don't normally write bad reviews but bc of this I'm going to the subway off Coldwater with a manager that won't try to overcharge his customers and respects his employeesShe was also mocking them asking for a raise saying they don't work hard enough for that everyone should make a liveable wage, I suggest the employees there talk to a workers rights lawyers because your manager did break the law by publicly mocking and disrespecting you.
Extreme quitters: Asked for extra black olives and veggies as a whole and was told that wasn’t allowed. duh tasted good, but manager needs to know the rules of how much veggies you can get per subways request
Isabell R: Everytime it’s something else at this Subway. Me and my kids showed up there today at 9:30! It says open. Workers are clearly inside. We knocked but were ignored. I did not try the drive through after. Didn’t feel like giving them any of my money. So we just left.

Casandra Stoneburner: Very irritated! My kids wanted subway for lunch after we went swimming and my 2 year old was sleeping in her car seat. I wanted 3 footlong subs which 2 were exactly the same. I was very rudely told by the employee that I should come inside with that many subs due to that driving up her drive thru time. There was no one behind me in line. When she handed me my order she rudley said "HERE" and shoved my subs in my face. Very dissatisfied with her customwr service skills!

E GO: I have gone in around the lunch shift on weekdays. The staff is always positive and friendly, the place is clean, and they make good subs. My only two criticisms (nothing to do with the people or facilities) are that the sandwiches are pricey and that Subway has added a "tipping" option at checkout; don't subsidize your employee's wages by asking diners to tip; just pay them a decent wage.

Chad Watson: Ordered online, arrived at my scheduled time and the app indicated the food was ready. Not only was it not ready but it wasn't even started. It took another 30 minutes to get five foot longs. No manager on duty, nobody knew how to contact the manager, only one person knew the managers name, one employee left leaving two teenage kids by themselves and one didn't know how to make sandwiches. They didn't know how to close the restaurant and had no clue if someone else was coming in to help them close. The worst experience and no one to even air my grievance to. $50 worth of subs and it took almost an hour to get our food and with no refund. Mismanaged disgrace to the Subway franchise.

Rabena Birmingham: Tried to go through the drive thru. No other cars and we could see no one inside waiting. We sat foe over 5 mins before the guy asked what we wanted. We asked for the boss and American club. We sat there waiting he never came back on to ask what veggies we wanted. After about another 5 mins we just said forget it and left.
Meganne Smith: The bread was SO soft and fresh, and all the toppings looked great. Best Subway experience ever. The staff were nice when I checked out as well. Truly AWESOME.

Madison Skelly: I really hate to be that person but the employee at drive through didn’t ask if I wanted to make my order a meal or have a drink added so when I asked when I got to the window she responded with “well you didn’t tell me this before when you ordered!” then she gave me the wrong amount of change, walked away without handing me my drink, and then I got home and my sandwich was made wrong (usually not a big deal but I have a food allergy and have a reaction to certain foods) the manager came to the window to give me the correct change and hand me my drink. I felt weird about the interaction and felt maybe I should say something.
