Person Person: Only sends one bill then sends you to americollect. Never a call or anything. No care given other than payment.
Vickie Elftmann: I am tired of not getting a bill from ft Wayne radiology the don’t send me the bill they automatically send it to collections. If I got a bill it would have been paid ! I would like to know why this is no phone call no nothing .
Busy Mom: Very thoughtful staff every time on the phone, at the front desk, at the follow call, and especially the nurse/technician who brought me back and walked me verbally and literally through a process you never expect to happen she was very explanatory and conscientious. Can't comment on the bill yet as I have not received it yet after insurance.
Matthew Johnson: so my father passed away last year and they did not send any bills out... a year later I get a call from a debt collector... probably the most unprofessional heath company I have ever dealt with.... and I have the same address as my father... so please explain how I didn't get any bills... PS not paying a dime to you guys...
Celena Doctor: My husband had an emergency event which landed him at Parkview Huntington hospital. He was then transferred to Parkview hospital on Dupont. As far as receiving services from Fort Wayne Radiology staff they did what one would expect in an emergency and Non-Emergency situation. However, about 2 months later we received a letter from a debt collection organization for $52.51 payable to Fort Wayne radiology. I contacted the collection agency explaining that we never received any bill from FWR, and that if we had we would have paid it immediately, as we had with all the other medical bills that came through. After reviewing the claim the rep identified that the address that the bill was sent to listed not CR 900N, but CO 900N. Everything else was correct. Now I highly doubt that the post office could not figure out this slight discrepancy. And somehow the debt collection agency managed to have the right address. So it appears that the account was sent directly to collection without any attempt to bill us. I attempted to contact a local representative about my concerns of not being notified of the payment due, however every number I called routed me to an off-site (read out of country) call center. In an emergency it is not always possible to choose your medical providers, but in a non-emergency situation I would be very wary about the billing practices of FWR.

Victoria Richards: Why is your billing department so TERRIBLE?! Any bill under $20, I will receive, most times fairly quickly. However, if it's over $20, I am never notified until it's in collections. The bill I just received isn't in collections (under $20), but it's from services provided July of 2020, yet I have paid for other services after that time. Get it together already!
Johanna Freehauf: I had a mammogram at Cameron Hospital in Angola. Cameron then sent the images to Ft Wayne Radiology for reading. I received a statement from my insurance company saying they would not pay for the reading because Ft Wayne Radiology was out of network. After some detective work by me, I find out that they are actually not out of network, but the DR that read my images had not been added to Ft Wayne Radiology's list of approved doctors for insurance billing purposes. My insurance company (Ambetter) tried repeatedly to get them to simply add this doctor to the list, and they would pay the amount due then. Ft Wayne Radiology has never replied to the request from Ambetter despite many attempts. I have never received any bill from Ft Wayne Radiology for this amount due. If I had not paid attention to the insurance statement, I would most likely be in the same situation as the other reviews for this place, and would be sent to collections. I am paying this out of pocket to avoid this. I just wonder how many people this is happening to? My bill was $200 but what if it had been a $5000 procedure? My advice. Stay away from this train wreck!
Crystal Jones: They continually send my husband to collections for a bill that has been paid. They have never sent us a bill, yet we are being sent to collections. Someone should sue them.
Kyle Patterson: I paid the balance of my bill in October of last year. Received a bill with a statement date of 12/15/2020. I thought maybe I did not pay the entire bill because I had a concussion, so I called billing services. The lady I spoke to was extremely nice, however she was just as confused as I was because my balance was $0, yet the bill was sent out in December saying I owed money. I am really glad I didn’t send a check in the mail for what the bill stated I owed. I would definitely go with a new billing company if I were Fort Wayne Radiology Associates LLC.
Beast mode games.: I have allways had 100% Medicaid my whole life back in 2018 they apparently sent a dobt to collections for $144.00 I dont even remember ever needing to see a radiologist never once got a bill.
David Moran: Never sent me a bill went to collections I settled with a collection agency and they continued to bill me it’s been three months they are still taking money from me and have said they will refund me and have yet to be refunded or have the payments stop horrible place I will make sure to never have any work they them again. I am NOT the only person they have done it to my wife also!

Staff were all very nice and kind. The technician who did my MRI was very efficient while at the same time very kind. The whole process was less than an hour, from check in to check out. I definitely recommend this facility.

Easy access off Jefferson Blvd. Plenty of parking. Check in was fast. My doctor had ordered a fairly long series of MRI scans on this visit. Gretchen was very kind and helpful answering questions, getting me situated in the scanner and running the tests.

Alex Ross: I had an awful experience here. The doctor didn’t even look me in the eye and preformed the imaging very harshly. Was in a lot of pain after and was rushed out of the back door. I have never experienced something like this at a medical establishment befofe.

Apoorva Nad: The wait time was very long more than an hour. But the Staff were friendly and helpful. They explain every step, and answer any questions you might have. I am very impressed with Gretchen. She was extremely kind and helpful. It was my first time there but and she made it easier.
Lisa Hiner: I had an MRI taken at this place and the experience was wonderful. The place was clean and everyone was very nice.
Michael Vorndran: I had a closed MRI here and I was a bit anxious about it since I am somewhat claustrophobic. The MRI machine that they used had a much larger opening than the last closed MRI that I had several years ago and I had no anxiety problems whatsoever with this one. The attendant was extremely friendly and accommodating, which also helped greatly. There was little wait time, which was an added bonus. I would recommend The Imaging Center for any of your imaging needs.

Craig Daugherty: Had a scan 3 weeks ago and haven't heard my results. Called my ordering doctor and the nurse said theres no word from The Imaging Center. Not good.
Courtney Hoerger: If you want to go somewhere that has absolutely zero respect for your time then this is the place for you. An 820 appointment should not commence at 9 AM. This is the beginning of the day how are you running 40 minutes behind. The entire scan took less than two minutes from start to finish. Did you have 20 other new people show up today that you decided to cram in before me? On top of that they do what’s called a pre-registration where they call you the day before and ask you a bunch of questions, only then to repeat the same exact questions when you show up in the morning. Why waste my time with pre-registration if it does absolutely nothing? The only positive thing about this place was the technicians were really nice.
Luci Moran: Accompanied older family member. Person at door very rude. “You have to wait in the car”. First of all, I understand that patients are the only ones allowed inside. She didn’t even give me a chance to tell her the current medications, of which I have a list. And don’t tell me where to wait. Just say, “I’m sorry. We’re only allowing patients in the building at this time.”
E. Wilson: Fast. Very nice people work there. Went out of there way to make me comfortable. This is where I'm going from now on if possible.
