JJ B: If you want a real review I suggest reading this one.I want to first start of by saying no I don’t work for the company, I don’t know them personally, no I wasn’t paid to say this, no I didn’t get a discount for leaving this review.If you are looking for a hard working, customer oriented, fun fence company then look no further. These guys are awesome!!! I just had a very large fence installed by Indiana Fence and Rail. It is probably over 1/3 of an acre that I had fenced in. Let me tell you the crew of Steve, Tony, and Pops worked long and hard to make sure it was everything my girlfriend and I wanted and more. They were very respectful, honest, and enjoyable to be around. Any question I had they answered and they explained things throughly. Sure they could have responded to my texts or calls a little faster but I understand I’m not their only customer. I also understood that it is their busy season and things are most likely hectic. But they busted out my fence in 3 days and did a fantastic job! I enjoyed just talking to them and joking around with them. This is a great company to use for all your fencing needs. But be patient if you contact them and give them time to respond. They work long and hard hours to meet every customers needs so it might take some time to hear back. But I can promise you that Indiana Fence and Rail is worth it. Best prices, best employees, and best fencing company I have ever used. I again highly recommend using them! The Flick Pick: Completely unprofessional and lackluster installation done wrong. Bought a new home with a brand new fence installed by Arrow. After moving in and being told the fence comes with a warranty (which we now inherited) we noticed the 1 month old fence was leaning on one side and most of the posts were installed crooked and bowing. I called the office manager Becky who couldn’t of cared less and dismissed everything mentioned. She wouldn’t answer simple questions about warranties as to avoid any liability and any responsibility. For some reason she works as the customer service for the office, but she has no people skills or professional expertise to offer. She’s in a constant state of frustration and anger. I then stopped in the office to show her images of the terrible installation (since she couldn’t comprehend the issue vocally) and she went into full meltdown mode with a psychopathic smile on her face and told me to leave and someone would call me. She then grabbed my hand and forced a handshake. A week later Jeff the owner calls and says he will eventually come out to the property and look at the issues. In the meantime I sent pictures and after 3 weeks of no replies I’m now leaving this review. I believe litigation will be the only fix to the issue as they do not service their warranties and offer no customer service to even communicate a resolution.The images are of a 3 month old fence and that this is how it should look according to Arrow Fencing.Service:Fence installation

Brian: Sent them a request for an estimate. Said they would not come out and give an in-person quote, but if we provided them with a survey/quote from other companies they would give an estimate. Provided them with two quotes and a survey to show them the linear footage, followed up twice with them, never heard back over three and a half week later.

After 2 more days i recieved it finally. Their estimate was the highest out of 7 companies by over $4000. And 12 weeks before it could be installed. I was very dissappointed in the way they do business. I guess they didnt need my business.

They quoted us $3,850To close off our half fenced backyard. 4 feet of wood where the arbor is on the side of the house andabout 20 ft of Chain link to close it out and said 10 to 14 weeks to finish😒 $3,850.00??!?! That Is insane.🤯 The guy didn't even use a meter wheel to properly measure the yard. He just looked around and thought up a price.We have a different local business coming out to do the project and we're paying $950.00 for the job to be done! Which sounds about right.I just wonder why does it seem like Arrow fence is ripping people off?

Walla Magic: We live next-door to a fence that was getting put in and we watched as this group of guys were they were doing a very great job taking their time very respectful looking young men but as they were working around 3 o’clock yesterday we watched as a lady pulled up in a white car and came into the yard and started talking to them the next thing we knew she was screaming and yelling and acting very inappropriate and very unprofessional and then we watched as she came around the front of the house and she walked up to the one Man and got in his face and started yelling we heard him ask her to get out of his face multiple times and she yelled she didn’t have to and made that same guy that was working walk back to the shop because she said he couldn’t drive her truck and as he proceeded to leave he starts walking down the block and gets about a block away turning off of our road and she pulls her car up and starts yelling at him again out of her window and keeps on back-and-forth driving by him yelling at him and pulling back up to him that was very unprofessional and there’s no way I would work for somebody that did that to me we didn’t even get a fence like I said it was our neighbor but I am never going to recommend this company if this is how they treat their employees I could never work for some1 like that the guy doing the job didn’t deserve that

Gloria Baals: After adopting a new puppy, we knew we needed a fenced yard. We called several contractors, and Jeff at Arrow Fence came out right away to give us an estimate. He advised us that it would be about three to six weeks before they could install. In less than two weeks, we got the call that they were ready to start! We now have a wonderful chain link fence where our pup can safely play to his heart's content. Natalie Schlorke: My husband and I put a deposit in almost 4 months ago now for a smaller fencing job and have yet to hear back from this company or have the fence put in. However, Eagle Fence cashed the check almost as soon as it was submitted. I have absolutely 0 idea where my money has gone, but it sure hasn’t gone into a fence. No one will call me back or stick to the 5 different installation dates that have now come and gone. I recommend you go with anyone else unless you want your money gone without a trace.

Another lady in the office can do nothing but take messages and it would seem the one who knows what's going on ( Rusty the owner) did nothing but evade reality and change dates on us for over 3 weeks. It was like dealing with a teenager who was not good at keeping stories straight. Don't waste your time . Call Duke in Indy or National if you need a construction fence.

Bronson Bachmann: I had to have my fence removed due to a emergent plumbing problem with my house and the plumbing company said I needed to have my fence torn up, not only did they come to my house the same day, but within HOURS of me calling even though they had a full schedule that day! I’m very impressed with the work they do, they did the best they could with how the plumbing company left my yard (it was a bit uneven but they also couldn’t level it out because everything froze the next morning) I’d definitely have them repair or replace my fence again!

Todd Johnson: I wish I had checked the reviews BEFORE I contacted them. They took my money in full and have had nothing but excuses ever since. We are almost 2 months past the estimated date of the work and still nothing has been done. Out of all of the phone calls I've made to try and find out what is going on, not once have they bothered to call me back to let me know what is happening or why it is taking so long. I will probably have to sue in court to get my money back.

Charissa Vela: The experience I had with this company was not from putting up my own fence but they did my neighbors fence. During the 2 weeks plus it took them to even finish the job, they made a huge mess in my yard all along fence line, smashed plants and shrubs, etc in my yard and just left the mess for me to clean up. Irritating as all that was it took them driving a heavy diesel truck through my front yard for no reason and leaving huge ruts in my lawn for me to call and ask to speak to manager. Was directed to owner, who is never there. I have been calling 3 days in a row to follow up and have been given the run around. My neighbors had the worst time even getting them to finish installation in a timely manor. They kept calling as well, never got a return call, and had to go in to office 3x just to get the fence completed. All in all, if I could rate this company with a zero, I would, it's the more accurate review.

erin dozois: Never dealt with such an irresponsible company as this one. It's been a YEAR and the fence is only half done. At first we were given excuses why they weren't out to finish it, and after a few months of that, they just ignore your calls completely.

I tried to give them a chance at my business, but I gave up after a week of just trying to get them to call me back. Apparently they don't need business. After reading other reviews it looks like they did me a favor.

Steve N: I had this company out to put in a fence and made the mistake of paying in full up front. They were decent up until then, after they had their money it took them THREE MONTHS, several angry phone calls from me and finally a threat to go to take them to court before they FINALLY came out and put the fence in.Well flash forward a year and the fence is falling apart, the posts are raising with the ground and the gate hardware is stripped out because none of it was installed properly to begin with. If the cement is poured right, then even with ground changes the posts should never have raised.A call to this company got me no where so a complaint was filed with the BBB over them. Once I got to the BBB I then realized they only have a C+ rating and lots of complaints similar to mine.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM EAGLE FENCE!!! They don't do good work, they don't follow through and will take your money and run.
