Billy Felger: Did a job with this Speedway in July (we work with lot's of different concrete companies around Indiana and Ohio) First issue is that they were the MOST expensive per yard I've paid for in the past year. Second issue is a big one. One of the drivers (who was a really nice guy) bumped into our building with the cat-walk over the head of his truck. Not a big deal to swap out a dented panel. It was a cheap fix. The issue is that the manager who called me immediately started spinning the fault to "the concrete contractor" who was on site. The Speedway manager insisted it was my Amish guy who motioned to pull forward who was at fault for denting the panel. I was standing right there chatting with the driver in the truck when he hit the building. Only one guy at that job site had his foot on the gas and break of that truck and it wasn't the Amish dude. The rudeness and unapologetic spin this guy tried to stick on me warrants this public post. I was honestly taken aback by his confrontational tone and finally said just forget it, I'll pay the $50 bucks for the new panel and never do business with you again.

Zach Whinery: Speedway is my number one choice when it comes time to order ready-mix. Consistent, high quality concrete combine great with friendly and flexible dispatchers (Keith, Brad, and Anthony especially) always willing to work with a guy to get the job done . Prompt, polite , and professional drivers that know how to put the mud where ya need it is another plus that makes all the differance in the world to the guys down in the trenches , a quality that you don't find with a lot of bigger ready mix suppliers ( last thing you need to encounter on a sunny and windy day is the driver that just learned to spell concrete yesterday). All this is the reason why Speedway is at the top of my supplier list in northeast Indiana!!

anthony sleik: Speedway has been supplying concrete for our company in the Fort Wayne area for over two years now. We always have great service, and I cannot remember a single time they were not able to deliver concrete for us. We always get high strength breaks back from the testing company. Very good concrete supplier.

PWFC Team: on November the 4 2015 at 8:10 in the morning I was flowing a speedway concrete truck a large amount of stones came lose from the truck and bouncing down on the road at this point I tried to swerve out of the way but it was to late the stone pelted my truck chipping the windshield on down the side of the truck.I called as soon as I got to work and finely talked to a man called Pete he told me it was my reasonably to pay for the damage. he also told me that I should have been behind the truck 300 feet I think that is more than the law states. as ever one knows that 69 you don't get out and measure 300 feet. they should have insurance for this. and I know I am not the only one this has happened too. if I ever do need concrete it wont be from this company. if something this small they treat this way, well you can figure it out from there.

Robert “Rob” DeBarros: Indeed instructions stated that interviews would be held on a Wednesday between the hours of 9am-5pm. After a 40 minute drive, Google Maps lead me to the back parking lot of a Honda dealership, I eventually found the location on an entirely different street. When I walked in just after 10am there were several people standing around, I believe for newly hired on orientation because they all soon left to an area marked "training", but I'm assuming. New to IN and slightly intimidated by my new surroundings, I patiently stood waiting on one of the many employees to greet me or at least ask what brought me through their doors. I could have been anybody, a potential client, job seeker, anyone, but no one cared to prompt a conversation. Feeling uncomfortable and overlooked, I eventually realized that I should just leave. It had been 10-15 minutes of awkward standing in the front lobby office with no communication whatsoever. I felt like an idiot, resume folder in hand, eyes wondering the room, I finally decided to save myself from any further embarrassment.One employee behind the front desk talking to a gentleman couldn't at least motion "just a sec." Another walking right past for coffee staged just to the right after entering the front doors, didn't say a word. A third employee talking to the woman getting coffee, later retreating to an office located towards the back of the room. All 3 failed at potential customers interaction.The previous supervisory role's in my past made me feel ashamed at the potential loss this scenario exposed to this outfit. I hope in the future this is discussed and rectified for positive business practices. You never know who is walking through your doors. Complacency can only result in mistakes both minor and major. Good luck in the future, I hope the best. This business seems promising, just not a good fit for me, but then again, I am a bit particular and handle things maybe a little too precise. For that reason I'll rate 2 stars vs. the initial 1 star I was going to leave due to my discomfort in being completely disregarded.
