Randy Conser: On March 15th my wife called to RESERVE a van for 13 people to go to Indy Saturday the 30th, she gave her credit card for a deposit and was ask if she could pick it up early on Friday cause they would be busy. Well she called to confirm her pick up time Friday and they had no records and only a minivan available. ABC never took the deposit so obviously they wrote it down on scrap paper and forgot. After confronting them it is quite obvious they don't understand what position they put there customers in when they dropped the ball. This is the 2nd time we have had issues when renting from ABC. We wont be coming back. Maybe it might help there business to move staff around or replace them if they cant do there job. Also having some compassion would be nice.
Matthew LaFontaine: Our first experience with ABC Van Rental was excellent. The Ford Transit van was clean and well-maintained. The store personnel were polite and helpful. Prices were reasonable and there were no upcharges or surprises. We will use their service again and have told our friends with large families and with vacation plans about ABC Van Rental.

Julie Lykins: Van was defective after 1 day of driving, dangerously so. Called Vicki, and after two days of taking her van to mechanics and renting other vehicles locally to continue on our scheduled tours, we still didn't have a safe van to drive back home. We worked hard to resolve with Vicki to get reimbursed for all the days we couldn't travel safely in Van, but only got reimbursed 4 out of the 8 days. She seemed more concerned about us getting her van to mechanics, which didn't resolve the rocking dangerously on interstates and hilly Pocono roads, then the safely of her renters. We ended up having to rent at premium rates 2 vehicles to travel safely back home, for 8 people and luggage for a week. After the van was back in the hands of Vicki she told us the front struts were going to be replaced. We will never go to or recommend this business again.

You better know exactly what you need before you walk into this store because you become public enemy number 1 when you have a question.

Don Williams: My experience: called a week ahead and set up an appointment for 2 pm on a Friday to have a hitch installed. The morning of the install I was called and asked to come early so I came at 12:30. Was told it would be 2 hours. Four hours later and more interruptions than I can count my car was finally done. The employees are friendly and genuinely seem to want to help everyone, except the customer sitting in the folding chair waiting on his hitch.The lot and store are the most disorganized mess of RV’s and parts/supplies of nearly any store I can ever remember being in. It is the textbook definition of ordered chaos. I’m sure someone knows where everything is but the disorder doesn’t leave you with a feeling that this is going to be a good experience. And, it wasn’t.Eventually my hitch was installed and seems fine. However, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone except the most desperate of RV owner looking for the most obscure part. I’m sure this place has it and I’m certain someone knows where it is.

At All Seasons Yu ou do not deal with a salesman you deal with the owner direct. He never pressured us he was very knowledgeble and answered every question.

The owner was so incredibly kind and walked us through really through the RV being completely open and transparent with minor dings and scrapes. Extremely compassionate caring and just wanting the best for his customers this is me only RV store I would even consider buying from again. Thank you so much for our new getaway!

Lydia Martin: An amazing business! I drove from Bluffton see a fifth wheel I found on Facebook. I know most people would say I'm crazy for doing so, but I have spent the last 3 months for the perfect fit for my family. The one I originally drove to look at was close to wha0t I needed but just not quite. I did take the time to look at another through and it was a more than perfect fit. It was 6:30 P.M. before I got there so the possibility of finding a place that was open to get a fifth wheel to gooseneck adapter was slim to none. The owner actually allowed my family and I to stay in the camper on the property and was kind enough to plug it in so we had power. The next morning I got an adapter and he provided a recommendation for breakfast. By the time I got back from eating, the adapter was already attached to the trailer and it was ready to go. We signed what was left of the paperwork and he said a prayer and we were on our way.

They actually really helped us out we didn’t have a place to and didn’t want to stay in a hotel room because of Covid so they let us stay on their lot in the RV we purchased they were very helpful, pleasant, compassionate and friendly I definitely recommend making all RV purchases here!!!
