J B: I first went here after I was rear ended the second time in 2018, just 11 months after the first time I was rear ended. I was completely stopped during my normal route to/from work both times. I started having bad migraines after the 2nd accident. My migraines eventually slowed down after getting a massage and going to a chiropractor. In 2020 my migraines flared up again and I had moved back to the area, so I started coming back. Some of my appointments are mostly therapy and no relaxation. There are some that are a mixture, depending on how tight my muscles are. My migraines have been addressed for the time being! I do go to a different chiropractor than the one located in the same building. I am glad they accept HSA!The owner is very nice and flexible to possible solutions to an issue.

Giftees went to website to attempt to secure appointments and received error messages saying gift cards were not valid or already used.What’s the issue?Well it turns out they have another portal called go-booker that you’re directed to through their website when you click different links to the same services.This website doesn’t recognize gift cards obtained through secure-booker… which is where I was initially directed to when I purchased the cards.I called the store initially about the problem to which the employee stated that I “must have a credit card on file to schedule, even with a gift card”. This is clearly not the case as immediately after I copied the link at the bottom of the gift card into my browser and seamlessly set up an appointment without a credit card… in a different section of their website.You guys have 4+ stars and your website is an unnavigable mess. Maybe management could peek at it once in awhile and offer some training to their employees on their programs’ shortcomings.I hope the massages they receive are amazing because I need one after dealing with this wonderful maze.Gifters beware.

Everything else was 10+! Excellent massage. My therapist really worked hard on targeted areas and got some really stubborn and deep knots out. Very flexible and customizable to your needs. Every staff member was very professional and nice. Very clean and comfortable facility. They have a membership program that sounds pretty good too.
