They were able to get my truck in a day early and within a few hours they got my APU fixed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Called ahead and spoke with Chelsea and scheduled me in for next day at 08:00 ( 1st come 1st serv ) , for a APU repair.Arrived on time , was pleasantly greeted , had me pull in and service man Brock took over from there...I explained the issue , and he diagnosed a corroded terminal immediately..BOOM - DONE ...I was so happy with the honesty ,, that I asked for some general maintenance to be done , and he did this all for a very fair price !Thanks ! Jan Solis: Poor communication and professionalism. Quoted a drive gear replacement, which I agreed to have them replace, only for them to call back, after they had removed the compressor, to tell me compressor was damaged. Knowing that 90% of the time a drive gear is damaged due to a stuck compressor shaft. They said this was a 7 hour job. At 2:34PM Jody called me to speak about the issue, and at 3:34 Chelsea called to tell me the job was complete. Utterly absurd. Typical highway robbery.
