Nicole Overby: I was running late.. so yes my fault. But their paperwork says 15 mins before rescheduling. This is not true.. if you are going to be late just reschedule they don't intend to let you still do your appointment. Save the drive, I drove through very slick roads to get there and nothing. Plus very rude front desk. Over all a bad experience. Makes me question the doctors.
Russ Yohman: Did you ever have one of those “Top Gun” doctors who knows what is or isn’t wrong with you before you even walk in the door? Who doesn’t actually listen to any input you have? Annoying enough with a seasoned doctor, but absolutely an appalling attitude from a 3rd year NP. If you like being dismissed as a person and don’t care if your doctor actually participates in your wellness, then this is the place for you. If you enjoy wasting your hard earned money and your days off then feel free to make an appointment with these folks. I moved on to a completely different group before the misdiagnosis was posted in MyChart. Seeing these people is not only a waste of time, but dangerous to your well-being.
