Lydia Martin: An amazing business! I drove from Bluffton see a fifth wheel I found on Facebook. I know most people would say I'm crazy for doing so, but I have spent the last 3 months for the perfect fit for my family. The one I originally drove to look at was close to wha0t I needed but just not quite. I did take the time to look at another through and it was a more than perfect fit. It was 6:30 P.M. before I got there so the possibility of finding a place that was open to get a fifth wheel to gooseneck adapter was slim to none. The owner actually allowed my family and I to stay in the camper on the property and was kind enough to plug it in so we had power. The next morning I got an adapter and he provided a recommendation for breakfast. By the time I got back from eating, the adapter was already attached to the trailer and it was ready to go. We signed what was left of the paperwork and he said a prayer and we were on our way.

Michella Leas: DO NOT buy from this place. We just bought a $100,000.00 camper from them. After getting it home my husband climbed up top and one of the AC units was beat up and there were a few other issues. Made an appt (the day after bringing it home) to take it back to be fixed. Called over a week later and they hadn't even got to it. Why make an appt then? Then they called the next day saying it was done and AC was cosmetic. We told them the base of the unit was cracked in multiple places. Then they called back that they jumped the gun and it's not ready. Called back couple days later saying it is cosmetic and done from someone backing into something and they won't cover it. We didn't back into anything!!!WHY DID WE JUST SPEND $100,000.00 on a BRAND NEW CAMPER and now we have to pay to fix it when we didn't even break it. Once they get your money, good luck!

Melissa Ervin: I haven't even settled up on final cost of repairs but I would not recommend this rv center to anybody. My bill gets higher by the day and not told until we call to check up after our camper has been there for 3 months and counting. Communication is terrible, they just do whatever they want and then hit you with the cost, no oppportunity to ask questions or understand the additional repair. Apparently they have experienced some employee turnover for some reason and We have been told thats part of our problem with the bill. Uh no, that's your problem and after my most recent experience I can see why theres turnover. Save yourself the headache and run around and go somewhere else!

David Smith: My advice is do not use this dealership for anything In spite of the readings. I will say, everyone I interacted with, was kind. However, that is where the good experience ends. My wife and I were wanting to see Grand Design solitude, 3950BH-R. They called us to let us know after a few months that they had gotten one in. We had already contacted the dealership for a repair our camper a week prior. I did notice a slow response from the service department. But, honestly, that was not uncommon, as I knew the RV industry at the time was large quantity of service calls. My wife and I scheduled a time to go look at the grand design solitude we were looking for. The camper was exactly what we wanted with the options we wanted. Sales person really didn’t know anything about the camper so fortunately we had already done our homework, and we’re familiar with campers. We decided to buy the camper though at the time we weren’t even really planning to buy, we just wanted to see if the floor plan met our needs. It did, we love the camper! We scheduled a walk-through, and when we showed up they forgot about it and said they had it set as different date and time. Our walk-through they knew nothing about the camper and the walk to through was 15 minutes long for luxury fifth wheel. This should have been a 2 hours We were waiting on our hitch, so we were not picking up that day but, we’re scheduled to pick up at 10 AM the next morning. At the time they said we’re not able to clean the unit because we don’t have a detailer at this time. They also told us that Grand Design did not provide a power cable for the camper. “ but we gave you one, so you should be all set” as if they were doing us a favor. However, only to find out from Grand Design that the camper should have come with one and the dealership is not allowed to just give us a different power cable. Grand Design said that this should have been turned into them. We had a few things that were missing and wrong with the I don’t care what manufacturer you go with there’s always going to be a little things. However, after months of no communication from Colerain dealership, I contacted Grand Design only to find out that the camper had never been registered as sold so I had to send Grand Design all the documentation proving that the was legitimately miss sold. After I had picked up the camper, they reach back out to me and said hey, we need another $5000. The communication and lack of follow-through of this company and everyone there at the time is beyond the capacity of rational thought. We are coming up on a year and the things asked and parts they were supposed to be ordered. We’re never ordered we have since moved on to another for our service and warranty work. Nothing has been registered with Grand Design from the Colerain. The only parts that we received were not even the right parts. The oven light was and a latch to the shower door was missing. Part manager just went and grab some thing off the shelf from the show room and handed it to me, neither of those parts were correct. Completely useless to me. I took the camper to Lazydays RV in Elkhart and everyone has been extremely helpful. experience. I had at another dealership and even things that I didn’t think we’re a big deal they pointed out and are having fixed under warranty. If I could rate them with zero stars I would. If I had one message for Grand Design, I would recommend this particular dealership not be allowed to sell your products.

Andrea Douglass: The service dept for this location is a complete joke. We make an appointment for the unit. We take it in and it sits 2 weeks before anyone looked at it. Then they call and say nothing was wrong with it because they did not look at the work order and looked at the wrong thing that was not broken or even mentioned. Then the unit sat for a week and they decided to order the part. It sat for another week. No call back at all during this time. We had to call them the whole time to keep on them. During which I had to cancel a short camp trip while our son is off school. Then they say it will be done tomorrow. So my husband picks it up and the nside is not finished. All the panels are taken down that needed removed and it was dirty and trash left behind. I have no confidence that what was supposed to be fixed is actually fixed. I will not take our unit here again for any service. One star is to many for this location.

Carl Sommer: Took my 5th wheel to this Forrest River dealer for repairs to the bedroom slide. They fixed it with no problem. They also did a courtesy inspection and found there were areas on my roof that had never been sealed properly from the factory and resealed all the problem areas of which there were several! These folks do a great job and I highly recommend their service dept.

Roger Lehman: Service department is horrible. I was called twice that my camper was finished and both times is was not. One of my toilets was not holding water in it. They said both times that it did for them. Gary said he could replace it for $800. The camper still was under factory warranty. He said he would file it with Jayco and let me know. I waited for a call but I didn't receive one. I called them back and talked to Gary. He said Jayco told them to replace the bulb seal. I had the camper at home so they sent it overnight. I replaced the seal and it still did not hold water. I called Jayco service department and they said they did not have any warranty calls from them on my camper. Gary is a liar. Gary's fix to hold my outdoor refer done was a joke and was loose when I picked it up. Colerain needs to find a new service manager!

joy: Really bad! Don’t buy anything from them! We can’t get them to even return our calls! We bought a new 5th wheel and they already seen the the issues that needed to be warranted but once we drove it off the lot they don’t want to do anything!!! The sale guy got mad at us cause we didn’t want to buy extended warranty!!!

Luana Felger: We are seniors in our 80’s on a fixed income in these unbelievable years and our 2005 motorhome needed a new backup camera that shows what our trailer is doing. We should have been careful because of the name change but we went there and a camera that would fit was 600.00 and they said install would be about 1 hour. We came back and installer was reading directions. Didn’t know he never did one before. 1268.14 dollars later! 492.00 for installation!!! Sorry to say this is NOT THE RV CENER anymore!! BEWARE!! 169..00 turned into 492.00??? Also we wanted a bulb replaced. We were charged for 12. What do we do with the other 11?? They made us buy a whole package.
