NK Forever: Dealership was amazing and service center has never disappoint. I always have good experience with them.
Sir CES: I found their advertising and be very deceitful. They listed a Dodge Challenger had a full retail price and with all the pictures they took they failed to show the body damage and rust on the driver's quarter panel. It also was not noted in the description of the vehicle. I wasted my time driving all the way there for nothing. The salesman was really rude and dismissed the probably $3,000 worth of work that it would need. I wouldn't recommend anybody go to this place and to me that shady sales tactics. Since you were nice enough to reply to me I am updating my post I took the time to run over there and take pictures of the damage and rust on the gray Dodge Challenger you have. You shouldn't go trying to lie to people

Donovan Thompson: If I could rate this dealership lower than 0 I would. Don't expect a call back unless its for their benefit. The amount of times I got the, "yeah no problem ill call/tect you about it tomorrow!" Or the, "I'll update you through the process!" And NEVER RECUEVED UPDATES OR CALLS BACK. When I sold my car to them it took 39 days for them to pay me for it. Please if you read this make one thing happen, call your customers when you say you will call them. Give them updates through the process if you say you will. Just do what you say and it wouldnt have been an issue. First 1 star review on google how did i do?
Hank Borden: Purchasing a vehicle was quite frustrating, with communication from Logan and Sam very inconsistent. I left voicemails and sent emails for three days with no response. I was finally able to reach a different salesperson who kept me on the phone until he could locate Sam to speak with me. I absolutely love the MX-5 RF , but will definitely not return to O’Daniel.

He sells New and Used Cars, and you'll find him to be a first-rate young man.Years ago, we owned a Mazda Pickup, and my Brother in Omaha, NE, has had Mazda cars for more than 15 years. We were not impressed with the SUV selection at Toyota nor Honda. We have a 2003 Toyota P/U with 325,000+ miles on it, however, it's small, and my Wife would have great difficulty getting in and out due to an upcoming surgery.SO, should need a quality Car, make your first call to Luke.Jed & Becky Burlingham

Arick Crecelius: Matt Tillapaugh failed in my book.Matt Tillapaugh at first was doing a great job in assisting my friend in purchasing a new vehicle. The car was supposed to be delivered by the end of September, however, it arrived early. My friend was out of the country, until September 1st. Matt texted her saying that they are concerned with holding the vehicle at the dealership for 3 more weeks until she came back into the states. He continued to play with her emotions, she felt scared that they were going to sell the vehicle underneath her. That is absolutely horrible to do/make someone feel like that when they have no control of the situation/being able to come home sooner. This was her first time purchasing a new car and there was already anxiety and nervousness about the process of purchasing a car. My friend picked up her car this week, everything went fine at the dealership other than it took a long time.I am not impressed with Matt and his tactics (my guess is he used this tactic to help him meet his monthly quotas). If I had to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I would go with a different sales rep.

Fast forward a few more years called again to look at a truck! Made an appointment and drive there again just to be told they had already sold it!Absolutely terrible business ethics will never return my business to them

Taha Shaikh: They were nice to deal with , made a deal over the phone , they came and picked up the car, paid my lien holder and I was due $100. They were going to Venmo it but never did. The lien holder sent the title to me instead of the them and it was lost in the mail so I even paid $50 out of pocket for duplicate title and sent the title to them, they promised once the title is received they would send me the $100. They never did. It’s a small amount so I didn’t pursue them any further but dealing in bad faith is just not right.

MARK LONG: It's the kind of place that sets up an appointment with you to do a test drive at a certain time, then when you get there, the vehicle is not in the lot because they let someone else test drive it for the day. Then give you attitude when your upset that they didn't even have the courtesy to text and let you know. Told me that if I wanted it that bad I "should have put money down on it.."Then tell me they're running two businesses so they have a hard time keeping up with what they tell who.I want to find out what the other business is. So I can avoid that one too. Buyer beware with this place. Not to be trusted.

Every time I come in for service i am greeted by their mechanic Shane and he seems very knowledgeable and able to break down whats wrong so i can understand beter. T R: Bought a car 3 months ago. Over the last 3 months I fixed a leaking coolant hose from the reservoir, replaced the battery the starter and the power steering pump. The reservoir was installed rubbing on a coolant line, caught that before distaster struck. Don't let the website fool you... very sketch. Expect to put 1/2 the sales price into whatever car you buy in the first 6 months. Maybe they're good at renting Uhauls and doing minor repairs ... idk... i do know the cars they sell are POS.

My daughter bought a car drove it off the lot and the entire back of the car broke in half. frame rusted completely through. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. however I cant post unless I give at least a 1 star

Popped the hood and pointed out oil all over the rear of the engine fresh too. They said "it will wash off". "Are you sure about that"? "Yes it will wash off". It was a head gasket, it'll wash off then cost you some $$$...
