Liliana Cruz: I love this facility. The atmosphere is so tranquil and serene. As soon as you walk in it smells amazing and the staff is so attentive and nice. You feel like royalty throughout the appointment. My husband and I have received multiple massages and have been treated incredible every time. You can't beat the price for the experience.
Princess Sharp: So first time at Woodhouse they exceeded my expectations compared to the spa I been to in texas. Woodhouse maternity massage 80 minutes preferred by me mommies. They have a pillow just for us to “lay on our belly “ idk where they got it but I’d love to have that the remainder of my pregnancy!! Louis K did such a great job. I’m truly sorry if he got scared . I got a little fatigued and hot flashes. I should’ve ate a bigger lunch. I thought I would have to end my massage but he stepped out and I was able to cool down and then we continued. I dozed off a couple time I even caught myself snoring lol. Also arrive early as you can to enjoy all the amenities they have! I didn’t think it was too costly and it was a gift to myself for turning 34! It was extremely clean in there and after my massage a sat for a few in the quiet room which is so perfect ! And I showered which was a added compliment to the maternity massage! I definitely would like to come back post baby to keep my blood flowing and circulating since I’m “older”. Only thing the showers was missing was a shower cap for the women that don’t want to get their hair wet. Other than that 10/10 I definitely can’t wait til I can come back !

Jessica Aleman: Woodhouse is heaven on Earth. From the wonderful massage therapists, to the quiet room, to the sauna and steam room, to the amazing showers.. everything is divine. I always walk out feeling so relaxed. I also love that you can bring your own food and wine to enjoy after your service. It is the perfect place to have a girls day!

Kendra Russell: To begin let me say that I love Woodhouse Day Spa. I have never had anything but a completely positive experience start to finish, until yesterday. Due to the weather and several businesses closing early, I called to confirm they were open for my Appointment and/or if it needed to be rescheduled, which I was so happy to hear they were! Vicky, my massage therapist was amazing, and the massage service itself met/exceeded all expectations. She did amazing. My only complaint was during the initial reception. I was greeted upon entry and asked for my name which I provided. The younger girl at the front desk took my paper which I'm assuming is my "customer profile" or something similar, smiled, nodded her head and said someone would be with me soon. She then called a coworker over showed her my paper, both giggled and that was that. I thought it was odd but disregarded. At this time 2 other women came from the spa hallway to greet me and take me back to the locker room. The younger girl proceeds to show them the same paper, they all 3 look over in my direction (I am the only customer in this area) and continue to laugh/giggle. It was very awkward and quite honestly, very off putting. I felt immediately uncomfortable, and it had an impact on the rest of my experience. It could have been completely innocent, but again, very uncomfortable. Like previously stated, the massage service provided by Vicky was great, 5 stars for sure, but this initial interaction has me questioning my comfort level in returning.
unique king: I really love this place….it IS so relaxing. REALLY GREAT services and Staff as well. The bathrooms are equipped with everything you may need, just like home. I always forget one time of the day it is while I’m there…☺️
Tammy Remesnik: First and last time. While I understand “emergencies “ come up, I had a scheduled appointment. I should charge you ! While you offered an “ on call therapist” ie sit and wait or reschedule for a later date, I shouldn’t of had to solicit why I was left sitting in the quiet room for 20 minutes in a robe with staff coming & going. No thanks. So much for the hundreds of $ in gift cards I won’t be using
Carrie Haren: Such a tranquil and inviting place to go get pampered. Love every part of the experience at Woodhouse and the hospitality staff are always so pleasant and helpful!
Emily Warren: Went for a girl's day and had an amazing time. Only downsides are that the steam room was closed for maintenance and if you book for a couples massage you cannot do anything together besides (potentially) the massage and sit in a "gathering room". Everything else for men and women are separate. However, going for a girl's day is a great idea!

Sarah Lytle: Love!! It is a bit expensive but if you have the opportunity to treat yourself or a loved one the experience is so very rewarding! From the area to get ready, the heated shower floor, sauna, and place to get ready and cleaned up after a massage, just perfect!

MissManyTalents: Relaxing environment. Nice staff, facial was nice, but I wouldn't recommend the 90min facial. It was nice for the first halibut laying flat on your back stark still for the last half started to wear on mg back and hips. And after the second round of treatment my face more greasy than moisturized. I had to wipe alot off after I left. Now that being said I did have a lovely glow when it was all said and done. For place is a bit hard to find and out of the way so look for a very small sign.
Amanda Kline: This place deserves 10 stars...this was our 2nd couples massage, our first one was it a higher end spa in town and we enjoyed it so we thought we would try something more affordable. Well, Tranquil did a much better job in our opinions. Plus they were half the price...so, we will definitely be going back. Brook and Jodi were the best 💛

Laura C: Love this place but haven't been back in a while, If I had a consistent person doing my massage, that would be fantastic, but it's mostly different people each time, even though I scheduled on the same day once a month. They seem to lose employees a lot. The one on hilegas was not great at all. The atmosphere is cheaper, looking with not much charm, they couldn't do the type of pressure we wanted only a relaxing rub basically. Gave the hilegas location a few chances but won't go back to that one. Dupont if they could keep staff and I could have the same person for massage that would make me happy.

Nadia Boyer: Had an appointment scheduled for about 3 weeks to get eyelashes lifted and tinted. The appointment was at 12 and got there at 1145 and waited and at about 1205 they told me that Morgan the one scheduled to do my eyelashes was not going to be able to make the appointment time. I couldn’t believe it. I made arrangements for my kids and they waited until the appointment time to tell me that she wasn’t even there!! My time is just as valuable and I’m pretty sure if i cancelled without 24 hour notice they charge for the full appointment price! Terrible customer service and basically wasted my time. I live in auburn so not only my time but driving time as well. This is suppose to be a luxury spa experience. Hardly that!! Avoid Morgan as she doesn’t value your time!!!!UPDATE: went back to give salon another chance. Had service done by Sophia who was AMAZING!! Talked with “spa manager” multiple times from the salon and she said she was going to comp the service. I had a gift card that i used and i am still waiting on them to comp any service. I had tipped Sophia 50$ and the “spa manager” called to make sure that was the amount I meant to tip her. Sophia does a great job and will probably be the only reason I would go back to the salon. The salon did not make up for the original experience just disappointing, especially since they told me they would make up for it. Nothing was done to compensate my time or level of frustration. Probably the worst salon experience in Fort Wayne!!

Tried to reschedule my appointment multiple times, they wouldn’t contact me back and then when they did get back to me they said there was no purchase record of the gift certificate when they were given 100$ cash for said appointment. They’re a scam and just want your money, they don’t care about their clients!!!!

Rachel Nally: Had a deluxe package purchased as a gift. This was my first time at Tranquil Touch. After 5 hrs of massage I left in more pain then what I went in with. Mainly because there was no pillows for neck support and when I was on my belly the head rest was so low it put me in a weird position. It was clear to see that I was uncomfortable. I had 3 ladies working on me and the last of the 3 was honestly the worse therapist I had ever EVER had. She would spend more time moving her chair around me so she could sit during the entire massage then actually massaging me. There was moments when I thought she was falling asleep. If you like massages that are lighter than butterfly kisses with long pauses because the therapist is dosing off, then this is the place for you. And i was very specific on wanting a deep tissue massage. I left rubbing my own back and neck from the pain and actually cried in my car for the waste of time.

Desaree performed the procedure Electrodessication on my face – I Had Xanthomas under my eyes. I am pleased to say that the Electrodessication performed by Desaree produced remarkable results. Give them a shot and you won’t be disappointed. Just be aware that unfortunately the tattoo shop nearby is playing loud music on purpose to try to disrupt the service you are paying for. But this lovely business is trying their best with construction to block out the noise!
