Simple question to confirm the make and model as it did not come up to register it and he became very upset yelling and cursing at me. I recorded the call to share with the BBB. If this is how they handle after the sale service I would never do business with them.

Darren Crow: I've been riding on and off for 14 years. This was my first rental through Riders-Share and Robert made the experience incredibly easy. I would give 10 stars if I could! I would HIGHLY recommend renting from Strictly 2 Motorsports! I originally had my eye on the Ducati Monster but I ended up on the Aprilia RS660. I originally thought there wasn't much need for a quickshifter, cruise control, or all the other tech that's built into this bike... I WAS WRONG! The technology package on this bike makes the experience of riding so much more enjoyable that it took the list of bikes I was in the market to purchase, and cut it down to only a few! I can't speak highly enough of the tech package on this bike. If you've never rode a motorcycle with an Up/Down quickshifter and cruise control, do yourself a favor and rent this NOW! It really made me realize the value of those seemingly small features, and I only had the bike for the day.
james wright: I had an awesome week with this bike. It checked all the boxes. I do a lot of touring on my Goldwing. It was really fun to ride something completely different. Robert was very cool and had several great bikes for rent. I can’t wait to do it again.
Mark Gloudemans: I rented the Aprilia RS 660 via Rider's Share.This was my first time renting and my first time riding a sport bike, so I wasn't sure what to expect on either count. My rental was a little spur of the moment with only a few hours notice but the bike was ready to go and Robert (renter) gave me a complete walk-through of the rental process, features and gear. I selected the Aprilia RS 660 partly because of its driver aids including ABS, wheelie control, traction control. These made the bike less intimidating for me as a relatively low-time rider. I wasn't aware of the quick shifter and cruise control until Robert pointed them out, but these turned out to be great features that I used a lot.Overall the bike was beautiful and very fun to ride, and Robert was super helpful and accommodating renter. Great experience for me! I hope to rent from Strictly 2 again soon and maybe even try some of the other bikes they have on offer.

Jordan White: Very friendly people and a cozy shop, situated right on the riverside. We rented a tandem kayak for 2 hours, got to paddle up and back with nice wildlife and wooded views. Had we gone the other way we could’ve seen downtown from the river. We’ll definitely be back.
O M: Nice experience. I will say, I find it odd that to be an outfitter shop of nature lovers, the customer service wasn't very friendly like usual places. Not rude either, just kind of cold and seemingly uninterested in answering questions or giving any helpful information.

Bella puga: We had booked 2 hours to go kayaking and the weather said it really wouldn’t rain and on the small chance it did It would just be a drizzle(even up to 12hours before) but about 30 minutes into our kayaking it started pouring and I mean downpour so we found a bridge to get underneath and called the shop. We asked if we could just get an hour the next day or even later when it’s not pouring and they told us to come back to the building to talk to the manager so we rowed back only to be told that we couldn’t do get an hour moved for the unexpected rain and couldn’t go back on since we got off even though they were the ones who told us to come back. If they had told us on the phone we couldn’t get the time then we would’ve simply stayed out hanging out on the river under the bridge but that wasn’t the case. Not coming back considering Fort Wayne weather can be sketchy not worth it. Their reason is it’s difficult to prep the kayak to go back out which frankly isn’t true easily done so if I’m choosing not to go back. Would be amazing on a nice day but we got unlucky and got unexpected rain and no help.

Fred Flynn: The company shamelessly requires tells every new customer that an email verification is required to complete the legal liability waiver. That is a disappointing manipulation just to confirm an email for future marketing purposes and potentially selling your email as a validated marketing tool. The liability waiver is understandably necessary, but all the personal information they require plus the signature is more than enough to complete the waiver, yet they tell the consumer we must confirm the email as well, which is simply not true.Otherwise, the kayaks are very good and the people working the location are kind. It is unfortunate that whoever is running the business side of it is overreaching on data gathering.
Bradan Taylor: Make your reservation online before arriving.They have a nice launching ramp to put into the water without having to get wet. The river was nice and enjoyable. Would definitely come back again.

From finding the right bikes for our riding style to the rack for the back of our SUV. Tim & Maggie walked us through all the minor details of our new bikes and accessories. Left feeling confident and excited for the adventure that awaits! Looking forward to our next visit to the shop.
Catherine Martin: I had a great rental experience at the Outfitters today. I hadn't used their online system before, but it was super easy and convenient. No paperwork at all when I got there, just a quick check-in with some very friendly and polite kids who got me in a kayak and on my way in no time! There were a ton of other paddlers and party boats on the water, so I would suggest going on a weekday if your schedule permits. I like it a bit quieter...but it's nice to see so many people enjoying Promenade Park and the rivers.

Robert Suraci: I have no complaints. Great car, the Pacifica. Only question is, when you rent a hybred to a customer and it has a plug, do you expect that all renters will plug it in at some point? I didn't and as such I probably didn't get the super mialage I was supposed to get. I have never had a plug in car. Enjoyed the drone like back up camera.

Chris Saylor: I've rented here multiple times and have always had a great experience, whether renting from an insurance claim or for pleasure. Most recently we were taking a road trip with some friends and wanted to rent a minivan so everyone would be comfortable. The team member who handled our rental was Q, he allowed us to select the vehicle we wanted from their fleet and did a great job ensuring everything was in good order before we left. This location is equipped with a night drop which makes returns very convenient and the manager even gave us a follow up call after the rental to ask if everything had met our expectations. I won't hesitate to rent here again the next time I need a vehicle.
