Nora Tara: The star it’s for the people working there: nice and fast but the company and location and all the setting with backing at the scale, at the dock , at the scale again all from the street it’s a misery. Not to mention all the screws and sharp metal u can take with u in your tires. They should be able to find a new location and keep that yard clean and get rid of the going up and down on the scale. I don’t want to go back there 😡
Dragex: It's a rare occasion I'm forced to wait long here. The employees I interact with often are pretty great fellas. The backs can be tricky for newcomers, but that just means I get a show whenever one arrives while I'm there. I only wish they included blocks on the sides of the pallets so there's no risk of sliding, but that's nearly a nonfactor.
Beau Davis: When arriving, you must back, from street, onto scale (Gate 1) and check in with Scale office.Loading/Unloading docks (Gate 2), also back in from the street.Overnight parking is allowed on street, on opposite side, so long as you don't block any entrances.There is a turnaround to help you get parked.Street seems decently quiet.
Tina Vera: Been coming here for 3 or 4 years. These guys unload fast. You'll need your backing skills for the scale and docking, but unloading is always fast. Never been loaded from here, so can't say on that.

TheAidget: Dont enter yard nose first! Back into first gate from the street to scale. Quiet street, so no pressure. Dry vans, there are 2 doors. You ain't getting into that right side door if someone's in the left. Fast unload, so best to wait for both to be cleared to get it. Again, back in from street. Friendly folk, fast enough if you dont have trucks ahead of you. Scale again before you leave. Yard is a hot mess, so check your tires for metal before you roll.

Pete Lovell: I have been to several OmniSource yards, and this one by far is the absolute worst. It takes every bit of 2 hours on a good day to get a truck unloaded and if there's more than seven trucks in front of you you will be here 5 hours. The way they unload trucks makes absolutely no sense. They need to send their management down to OmniSource Indianapolis and take lessons from them. If you come here pack your lunch and plenty of things to drink and something to pee in because there's nowhere to use the restroom this place is awful.
Matt Prough: Place is so unorganized nobody knows from day to day where things go or get unloaded the lot is a massive mud pie not taken care of at all guess the money goes in the hi ups pockets not in some real gravel to drive on they get the cheapest gravel and have a old man grade out like some #73 drive way gravel a 1/2 inch thick and it's covered over by mud the second someone drives on it so dumb get someone in there to really lay some #2 stone and do it right

scott Adams: Over all good experience..I bought them a 6'x8'x5' trailer full of a metalic mess and they where quick to help.I don't see the aluminum on my ticket but I was told it was priced to weigh about the same as insulated copper I brought that had other stuff on it.They reminded me about the battery in the mower gaining me a fair $2 more I had overlooked.$34 total and I got my yard cleaned up 720lb total.Important note: they do not take vacuum cleaners.Norwill they take the seat of a car without the vehicle it was previously attached to.They wouldn't take it even for free. LoLFinal thing, they require a state I.D. and they intend to take a picture of you.
