Andy Kurzen: Overall positive first experience ordering a small run of screen-printed tshirts for an event. Good value and quality product. Getting my order by the time I needed it (and was initially quoted for) required multiple emails and phone calls to multiple people who were not necessarily communicating with each other. Be prepared to take an active role in the communication process if you have a specific deadline.
L D: Let me explain…. The quality of the service is great, if you can get past the lady at the front desk. She was very rude and confrontational as I was dropping off/ placing a good size order. We’ve been using AG Apparel for many years for our business needs. We will not be using them in the future.
Shawn Abercrombie: Was made to feel like i was a problem causer and i was the customer. Just picking up an order and placing one. I felt hostility for some reason. And i was being kind. Smh

Outdoor Detail: AG Apparel is a great company to work with! We didn’t have a high-resolution logo file to send and they just whipped up a logo based off of pictures from our old t-shirts, and even flipped coloring for the darker shirts.They let us order a la carte shirt brands/styles with no minimum pieces. Orders come back quickly. Pricing is fair and competitive. Everyone we've been in contact with on the team has been very friendly, courteous, and easy to work with.We had a small issue and the owner reached out to us and went above and beyond expectations to help. We can’t say it enough, they are GREAT!

Abby Tippmann: Critical:Professionalism,ResponsivenessI ordered a couple simple t shirts at the beginning of June and I didn’t receive them until middle of august! I had to call multiple times just to see what was taking them forever and they began blaming other employees about the situation. They never reached out to me when they were finally finished until I finally called.

Madelyn Miles: I was recently desperate to replace a soccer jersey lost by my close friend's daughter. Everywhere I went, I was told it was impossible to print just one shirt and I had to order a minimum of 15 or more. I went to Inkworks and explained my situation, and even though they too prefer larger orders, they were so gracious and willing to work something out with me. I got exactly what I needed and it was quick and affordable. I simply cannot sing their praises enough for the efforts they made to accommodate my need when no one else in town would (I had tried at least 4 other printing shops and was turned away with no one willing to compromise or work something out for me). This alone is reason enough to give Inkworks your business! On top of that they do quality work and I highly recommend them.

Just had our first company truck wrapped and these guys nailed it! I couldn't be more pleased with the results! And to top it off....my trucked was returned to me with all the embroidered polo shirts and yard signs I ordered as well!!! Talk about excellent service! 3 different orders all perfectly planned and staged for delivery at the same time completely exceeding my expectations!! Thanks Inkworks for a job well done!!
