Steve Berger: They were pretty friendly and loaded pretty quickly. The 4 stars is due to the dock situation. You have to pull up into the dirt lot in front of the docks and back across the street. The best way in is to come up Independence Drive and then turn on Banner Drive. It will set you up better for a sight side back off the street if you need it.

This particular location is solid; the employees are nice and helpful and the customers that come in are seemingly just as friendly. You get what you pay for, but there are more and more hidden gems popping out of this place.

Drew Thomas: Been shopping here for a long time. Supervisor made me feel guilty when I wanted to make changes to my icon pre order. Really an odd customer service experience. A $5775 sale.. wanted to apply a 10% coupon I got in an email for icon boxes. She said it could only be applied to one item. Went to auburn store explained the entire experience and they took amazing care of me. I ended up getting a total of 20% off the entire purchase , and 5% in harbor freight money. I ended up paying $4765 which includes the $100 lightbar they forgot to ring up the first time. So in total I saved like, 1100 in cash and got like ~250 in harbor freight money. Just by going to a different store.

BMF Randomness: Came to town to pick up some pallet racking and realized I forgot my ratchet straps in the other truck. So, a quick stop at harbor freight and I reloaded on straps. Wasn't in there very long but, the workers I did Interact with were all very nice and very helpful.

Tom Hawkins: Great place to shop. I had an issue with a generator and Nicole was so helpful and professional to work with. All the employees go out of their way to be friendly and offer assistance. I will continue to be a customer and support this business.

Mitchell Druckemiller: On 1/15/2023 I had a terrible and embarrassing situation when I was shopping for cat litter, cat food, and flea medicine…When I first entered the store I was checking out all the cool Carhartt stuff up front when I heard the woman at the cash register talking with her lady friend (who was not an employee) and the lady responded with “I’m on it”.The lady (and possibly her very creepy son and husband) proceeded to follow me through the store and as I was looking for a toy for my cat, pretended to be shopping near me—staring at me every time I looked up.They followed me to every aisle until I was finally humiliated enough to confront them and throw down the cat litter in my hands and tell them I was leaving because I felt uncomfortable, to which they feigned ignorance and replied “we don’t even work here”, not even having the guts to tell me why the cashier was having them follow me around.I was treated like a criminal simply for the way I looked apparently (which isn’t even all that strange in 2023) when I was simply looking to buy stuff for my cat and maybe a new Carhartt beanie for myself.I will never return to this establishment. Not that that will make a difference whatsoever to the woman working the cash register who had me followed the moment I walked in the store. I hope she feels good about herself.

His co-worker seemed embarrassed by this behavior but he works with this guy.
