Peanut Head: This is the best thrift store I've been to in Fort Wayne! Its organized, it's clean, and it has such a good selection. I will always recommend this place. I always leave here with something in good condition. You won't have to look hard at all to find nice items. The staff here are the icing on the cake with how nice they are!

Jennifer Lafferty: Renew has been my favorite store to shop at for years. It was clean, laid out and displayed in an upscale way and always has soft relaxing music. So today I donated 2 sets of dishes as we are downsizing, then went in to shop. I was greeted with loud rap music they claim is Christian. That was followed by other non relaxing music. And the layout and presentation made me feel as if I was at Goodwill or Salvation army, not upscale at all. I told management I didn't like the new music choice and was told it was policy and being more inclusive and said they were sorry I didnt like it. So, this is a heads up to others who enjoyed this calm store. It's not the same. I will not be donating or shopping at blue jacket Renew. I may come in from time to time to see if it gets better. So sad.

Lovely Soul: I absolutely love this store! I discovered it about a year ago, and this year I was able to get me a winter coat, prayer pillows and several Bibles and Christ centered books. The staff is amazing and one day I would love to volunteer my time to this business because I stand behind their purpose and merchandise. More shoppers need to support our thrifts by not only giving but investing into pre owned items. I appreciate everything about them! Many Blessings

Carrie Livingwellforless: I used to buy a lot of stuff, here. But my suggestion is: Go to garage sales, instead. This stuff is donated to them, for free. In general, people go to these places because they can't afford new. But...if you watch the clearance racks in the department stores, you can get new for cheaper. Oh! But you buy thrift to be a good steward of the earth? It shouldn't cost MORE to reuse and recycle. I used to buy my son shoes for cheap, here. Greed has taken over, and the used stinky shoes that need a baking soda treatment are WAY overpriced.

CK Conner: This was my first visit... I'd seen it when turning around one day. It's a delightful resale store, I was pleasantly greeted upon entering, and all staff members were very kind and helpful.I especially appreciate how clean the whole store was and how delightfully it was arranged.It was easy to navigate through, but the REAL bonus was how reasonable the price of the merchandise is!They offer a discount not only for seniors on Tuesdays but veterans as well, something very close to my heart.This was the first of many visits to come.

It is run mostly by volunteers with proceeds going to help refugees and 3rd. World peoples under the umbrella of The Mennonite Central Committee.

Char: The volunteers are nice and the store is always clean. The prices however are not reflective of a thrift store at all. This is the most expensive MCC thrift I've ever been to.
Lindsey Korthal: This is a sweet little thrift shop and there are so many good things about it I don't know where to begin! I've been going here for years now, and recently I've started to shop more sustainably. When buying used this is the first place I check. There is a good variety of home items, clothes, toys, tools, and decor. I've found that if I'm searching for something specific it only takes patience and a few visits (spread out over a bit of time) to find what I'm looking for. Everything they sell is in such nice condition, and the store is very well kept and organized. I bring my own used items here to donate, too! And proceeds go to missions. Best thrift store in town!!

While it is still clean and people are friendly, items are quite often priced more than they would be for the same item brand new at Walmart.

Madi: firstly, this place is understaffed, all retail stores are :(, and we should all be understanding of that! :)although, their signs posted all over the doors stating you have to leave your purses/bags in your car or with staff up front was frankly silly. i work at a fellow thrift store and we deal with alot of theft too, we even take big bags from people when they try on, but to not have any bags period? is silly. i left my bags in my car (which aren’t even that big) and when i came back a worker was talking to a customer something along the lines of how people who get upset about the policy are the ones who steal. they then said how people don’t trust them to hold their bags. i thought it was all fairly rude and off putting.their prices are okay for the most part, and i found some nice stuff! would really like to see improvements to this place, because i love to support a nice thrift store.

Pamara Kamp: So where do I begin...I was a employee for maybe a month until I seen what this place is really about. All the donations that are given only for employees to STEAL. We're talking sterling silver and gold, high end bags, designer perfume, Jordans, Nikes, to having a family member of theirs come in load up their cart and charge them maybe 20 if that's what they want to charge them. If only u could see w your own eyes what they take that never sees the floors. This defeats the purpose of what the donations are bring sold for right? The salvation armies program to help people right? And there telling customers I was stealing, no I QUIT!!!

Julie Currington: Prices are kinda high for being a secondhand store. The one movie I wanted, the DVD was not in the case (at least the cashier caught it before I paid for an empty case). And the cashier was friendly enough but was not wearing a face mask, which I normally don't care, but she was coughing all over the items she was scanning, and licking her fingers before touching the bags.. it was pretty gross. But she was friendly and the store had a decent variety of things. Overall, not too bad. Could've been better but could've been worse too.

I frequently shop goodwill and there prices come no where close to that high for any itemsI was so disgusting and disappointed to see a worker speak so I'll to customers how could her employer allow such hate speech on the sales floor I'll never shop there nor donate ever again I'll gladly give goodwill my money! Charles Sizemore: So I visited the thrift store on 3/11/22 , I was going to buy a simple plastic rack to hang my robe on, there were two prices on the back, 1 for .99 cents and 1 for 1.75, well either way I would have bought it, but the cashier added both Prices up and my total was $ 3.20 after taxes, needless to say, I left and bought nothing and from now on I will go to Saint Vincent DePaul, I also found a nice desk I would gladly paid $ 35.00 for, a child's desk mind you, mid century was priced at $ 70.00, I don't think so.Wake up, were in a recession, your store isn't Sacks 5th Avenue.

Maneater: They sell dollar store items over 2x the actual store price. I shop here often because more expensive things can be a bit cheaper, though my loyalty seems to mean nothing because after I spent hundreds of dollars I was yet again not reminded of my 10 percent off and when I asked the manager she was very condescending and didn't care at all. Very sad I've spent so much time and money on this place. Save yourself the trouble and go to the salvation army across the street.
