Steve Wright: Andrew the District manager is the best
Michael B: Although this might be a better company than some others the managers do not look out for the employees but rather the company which has hired the security guard to protect.
Brandon Davis: Securitas in Fort Wayne is not a reliable company to entrust with facility security. Multiple times I have arrived at our facilities and no security has been present. Other times I have discovered the guard asleep while on post or in their vehicle. When you call the supervisor, they claim that a guard is on site when clearly they are not. I 100% do not recommend using this company.
don williams: Way overwork (70 hours a week) and under pay their employees, causing a very high turnover rate.

John Steele: I worked for the Merriville Indiana Securitas for a month and And four weeks. I was told that Fort Wayne was ahead of their office I spoke to them I could’ve got further with my garbage disposal. The lady did not listen to anything I said tried to treat me like dirt. I would not recommend this company to work for or to hire them for security. You could get better To get a Doberman and let loose.
Marc Sharfman: I have been with the company for over 5 years now and love working for them. The management is outstanding and whenever I need something they take care of it very quickly. Management is very professional, and provide a great quality working experience that no other can. They respond to my every need, no matter how minor it may be. Securitas is the place to be if you want to join a great team!

garren seifert: I've been working for securitas for almost 3 years now and I've got to say I've learned so much here. My field service manger that was here for my first year was awesome and understood that I was was dealing with some family issues and worked with me on my schedule. The workers in the office have always been nice to me and worked with me for whatever issue I have, and the district manager is one of the nicest guys I've ever met and will always pick up if I need to discuss something with him about the job. In my honest opinion working for securitas has been a great time in my life.

Myrisha Prince: Terrible management at sites and at the branch such as Thomas O'Brian. Not enough hours a week to even pay for gas, you ask for 40hrs and they give you 16.
Douglas Johnson: Great company to work for. I have been an employee of this company for 10+ years and have been given opportunities to advance. A job with this company can be a job, or an opportunity. It's what you make of it.

beth white: I'm a TinCaps season ticket holder since 2010. Last night as I entered the west gate at Parkview Field, the overly zealess security guard told me to let him see inside my cinda b coin purse. I just looked at him. He said it again and made the comment that it might contain a knife. I complied. I was so honked off. I have worn that lanyard to many games without incident. The coin purse in question is 4 1/2 x 3 inches. I wonder how many men at the game had pocket knifes in their jeans...just wondering. Two thumbs down, way down, for this company. If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would.

Paul Federspiel: I wouldn't hire this company very unprofessional I was rob more times with them than with out the guard dog I recently acquired has done a better job that they ever could they always have an excuse never a solution for what happens.
Anonymous Employee: TERRIBLE company! Clyde the Field Service Manager cannot be trusted. He sends an officer to a site, telling them someone will relieve them, but nobody is actually coming, so your stuck on a 16 hour shift. They don't care about your sleep, call you into work expecting you to be there within 15 or 20 minutes, you don't get paid for your hours worked, and when you go into the office they treat you like you are stupid. They do not train you other than a quick PowerPoint presentation, drop you off at a site and I do not tell you what to do, but yet punish you if you asked questions. I do not recommend working for, or hiring this company.
