Deb Carter: Will definitely return for future repairs on my machine. After explained my issues, was told what they expected needed replacement,quoted the expected fee, and worked me into their schedule, so I wouldn't have to make more than one trip as I live an hour away. The cost was far less than I expected. While there, purchased a new machine as the one in repair was an older sentimental family hand down. The staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer, I'd be involved in their classes.

Juanita Oberley: I was about 7 months pregnant and a bridesmaid in a wedding. The dress came and was HUGE. I had no idea how or if it was even possible to make it look presentable. I came to RIte Alterations (she had done my wedding dress several years ago) to have the owner look at it. The top of the dress needed rebuilt, the hem needed over 6 inches off, straps redone, etc. With all that said... I picked up the dress and it was magic! It fit beautifully and looked like a completely new dress. So amazing and so thankful! The owner is super friendly and knows what she is doing.
