Sweetwater Band & Orchestra: what do users think?
Darren Barnes: . So a few days after getting settled in here, I realized my acoustic's 6 strings were sounding pretty faded and hopped on Google maps to search for "music store", "guitar shop", etc.Oh, Ft. Wayne has a Guitar Center? Okay, that'll probably work (although I generally prefer to find a local shop if one is available
Julie R.: Clean, great selection, staff can answer questions, and a cafe and cafeteria! Was able to find what I needed and get lunch too!
Byron Gillespie: *Edited*After writing my initial review I got a phone call from from someone very high in this company. He apologized and explained that I should not have had an issue with trying to return our unopened instrument. That was probably one of the most sincere conversations that I have had in a very long time after writing a review of my experience with a business. He took care of my request ASAP while we were on the phone and could tell that he really cares about taking very good care of his customers! Using Sweetwater Band Instrument Rentals can & will be a very good experience if you ever needed to use them. *edited*What a horrible company! We applied to rent a instrument, got it in the mail and have been trying for 2 days to return it! We haven’t even opened the box from the mail but we keep getting the runaround on the phone about sending the instrument back!! Don’t use this company even if your kids school says you should! It’s all a big scam and probably the schools are in on it!
MrJams321 Ingram: Sweetwater probably has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Especially Joey. Went above and beyond. Five Stars guys!!
Howard C Testerman: Great experience at the store. Very nice store and great people there to help you.
Tim Rowe: Very helpful and nice STAFF
Joe Barker: Friendly and knowledgeable
larry tinker: A Musical Wonderland.
Jeremy Hempel: Awesome place for kids and adults
Benjamin LaLonde: Amazing buying experience online
brendan ormsby: Mynett Music is great for those that play orchestral instruments. You will find brass, woodwind, and strings here, and a wide variety of necessities and accessories for them + lessons and repairs.
Michelle Hipskind: Very helpful and friendly. My daughter is renting a violin for lessons. Thanks Kevin for all your help.
Jaxon Tilbury: Love playing saxophone
Jeff Keim: Great place
DonutFriends Forever121: I play violin at a local middle School and they were such a great help with getting me started with doing my own violin
Joseph jdonner: Very helpful and attentive employees. Great inventory and clean organized store.
Anne Scofield: I'm sorry to have to leave such a low rating, but my questions after my cello was set up, went unanswered. As a result, I feel like I just threw $75 away in the trash. I picked up my cello and brought it home only to find that it was grossly out of tune. Every set up on instrumentation that I have received over decades has included tuning. I left a message to try to find out if there was trouble tuning the instrument or if they didn't try to tune it. The phone message went unanswered. I was trying to decide if it was a manufacturing defect or if the cello was just very difficult to tune. I finally figured out that it was a manufacturing defect, since the cello never reached a true pitch on any of the 4 strings. I would think you'd be able to determine this during setup, but I'll never know what their input or side of the story is. I returned the cello to the manufacturer.
Nicole: Very friendly
Patrick Nash: Great place!
Timothy Martin: Did a great job with my trumpet 👍
Erin Salyers: Not a good vibe. It felt like the lady working was annoyed that we came in to purchase something. Still made a purchase but will find a different store to buy from next time.

Quinlan & Fabish Music Company: what do users think?
Natanael Campos: Friendly knowledgeable people
Luis: The Fort Wayne Quinlan and Fabish store is not professional. The employees lack customer service skills and were not helpful during my visit. There were instances of unprofessional behavior, such as discussing personal experiences and drug use. The manager was uninterested in helping customers and spent time on his phone. The store has received negative feedback from other customers and local schools have cancelled contracts with them. I cannot recommend this store.
Matt Arnold: The staff is extremely helpful and will take time to help you choose the right instrument. 🎻
Robert Stack: Friendly company, helpful staff.
Kathy Kincaid: I have used this store for the past few years for my kids musical instruments. I have never had a problem with service or buying anything. They seem to always be in stock. The only down side is prices are a little high. However I would rather spend a few more dollars in my community than spend it on big box stores. Buy local snd the money stays local! They repair and maintenance musical equipment. They have music, instruments, and anything you may need for your instrument.
deathgirl 767: Friendly knowledgeable staff
Brymyson: Gavin was amazing, really helped explain everything to a first time band mom. Highly recommend!!!
B McKinley: Great prices and very high quality service and instruments. Definitely would recommend!
Kathi Schaefer: Was hard to find the location
Lucy P: Amazing staff! So helpful and knowledgeable. We upgrade from a beginner flute to an intermediate. They went above and beyond to make sure we made the best choice. We were not rushed amd able to take the time to make the right choice
Layah Gebauer: The workers were very helpful and kind
Bud Goggans: A great place to take your instrument for maintenance and what a selection of instruments to purchase from.
Deb Shumate: Personal service! Very knowledgeable!
Cathey Bowers: I rent my grandsons Trombone from this company every year.Great people
Ash Schoeff: Amazing music store, got a trumpet and it works really well.
Charles Sherer: Nice place... They have a few instruments (trombones, trumpets, saxes, violins) maybe more... They let you try them out too if you ask so... That's pretty cool
teho3809: Bought my daughter's trombone from these guys 4 years ago found out yesterday they've been taking payments out even though I've paid the trombone off
Xavria Vincinci: Good place to grab sheet music locally.
kelly ketchum: Answers questions real good. Freindly and easy to talk too and very helpful
Kevin Kelley: Great staff! Very helpful.
Josiah Kelly: Awesome experience! I went to another music store in town I wanted to purchase instead of rent, The other store was extremely rude and pretty much scoffed at me. Then I visited Quinlan and the salesman explained why rental is a better option for my sons size. I will only come here for my needs and actually just rented a second instrument. We have been customers for years now and I would recommend them to anyone!

Sarah Heiges: Wonderful locally owned music store, great service on my trumpet!
Quincy Sanders: Carey does a great job restoring vintage Saxophones, he's restored 3 professional level horns and the pad work is awesome! Being a player himself he really does well making sure the horn fits the player.
Matt Bosserman: Best place in Fort Wayne to purchase Musical Instruments and accessories. The owner is incredibly knowledgable and friendly. This is a true local business and has much better service than other music stores here in the Fort.
Andrew Wagner: Needed a quick repair on professional equipment and a fair price! Great company with an owner that cares about your needs!
Sean Wooldridge: Carey helped us pick out a great trumpet at a great price for my son. He also resurrected my trombone. The slide might as well be brand new. There is a great selection of instruments (way more than you see on the site). This is the place you imagine when you think of "the local guy". We couldn't be happier.
Sue-Ellen Hephner: Owner very helpful and pleasant. Was able to repair my granddaughter's flute while I waited.
Aaron and Amanda Harmeyer: I stopped in chance. This gentleman was super helpful in getting me picks. I will be back to shop more for sure!

Joseph Schafer: Great...
Tina Cessna: Great place to get all your music supplies and lots of advice.
Lucas Norton: Carey is my go to repair man, and this is the go to shop. By far the best locally owned music store in the city. Go here for individual saxophone and horn purchases/repairs and all more.

Eric anderson: Great little music store! Lots of used instruments, great service, and a very talented band and string technician! I recommend checking this music store out!

AverageCboy Leverett: A definite recommendation!! I purchased three different flavors, and none of them disappointed! Fort Wayne Guitar Exchange: what do users think?
Jacob R: Great staff, limited accessory selection and hours. Great amp and instrument selection though!I’d like to support a small shop, but working 9-5, it’s hard to make it in.
Jacob LaFever: Always friendly and helpful
Eddie Hathaway EVH: You can find it here if you need anything for the weekend special tribute show 😉🙂
Keith Herrmann: Quick, friendly, knowledgeable, professional.
Hakim Muhammad: Wonderful service!
Liss StayTru419 Newland: Great help great price
Paul Talley: My first time in this rare “old school” guitar shop! I’m a touring musician and needed some work on my Les Paul: he set it on the desk and started in immediately. He finished quickly and had me on the road in no time, but not without some guitar fellowship and great stories! I highly recommend this shop, some great guitars for sale and sort of a time capsule back into the 70s:)
Bill Erickson: Had a great experience shopping here
O Corey amerigod: Now here is a Fort Wayne ORIGINAL: ...from way back, now me being the master musician and master producer that I AM of Music 🤫😉😏 (the gift God gave me of Music & the production of such) oh how I love it so. ❤️☺️🤩..now this right here is a good place to go or should I say Is THE BEST PLACE to go In my town of Fort Wayne Indiana for Guitars & Services. the owner name is Skip Calvin. now he's been around a long time, he teaches guitar and does repairs & restorations. I learn by ear & was self taught myself. I can strum all the days long, but he's going to teach me to actually PLAY (or shall I say SLAY 😁😄🤗😊) and he's going to get all my time, attention, and 💲money for his renowned teachings of the his great craft of Guitaring...now the Fort Wayne Guitar Exchange over on Wells Street the address is 1517 Wells Street; this phenomenal Archive of a building and store has nothing but beautiful guitars that sound so crispy make you want to smack your mama 2x till Wednesday. 😆😆😅😄😳🤐 I got in there and seen those different guitars that he has in there it just flipped me out. 😲 I just couldn't believe it, so much so that I have two electric guitars 🎸 that I own in which I am taking both of them in there and their and hopefully come out of there with a beaut of a good trade on some acoustic guitars. Because I love the sound of a good acoustic guitar 🤤 to Mė ain't nothing like them in all the World. I can strum all day, but technically...I can not really play aesthetically. 😞Now the pictures that I'm going to show you is going to reflect the the beauty of this store and what he has in here in store for you as well. Honestly, I've never seen before the sounds that they make of glorious omnipotentcy. It is a good sound in to the ears of God. 🎶👂🏾🙏🏾 and I never seen some of the things I've ever seen in here. I heard of them maybe, but he got some guitars in here I have never even heard of before, never seen in my life. 😯😎👌🏽🤟🏽🤙🏽👍🏽 so if you want to see some cool stuff at a good price because most of what he has in here is used and reworked that he did himself. In that you can't even tell unless you know they're older somethin. with some being brand new and he has some new to order. but most of all in here is used. (awesomeness 😁🤩😲) he does buy, sell, and trade...so that's exactly what I'm going to do. Trying to see if we can show each other some love. and he was down with that. so go to see Skip Calvin today. (the owner) he is on Wells Street right off from downtown Fort Wayne, that's where I reside exactly that's where I reside.. downtown of the greatest City in all the USA so come on down y'all! I'm on my way tomorrow and the next day and the next day..😊 why not meet me there, and tell him that I sent you:O. C. Corey aka Amerigod ♉👑 😁🤓 😉😊 ❤️ 💯,000,000,000‼️
David Crick: Good people, good valve, not a lot of inventory.
Linda Buskirk: What a great locally owned shop! The owner is friendly and knowledgeable, and prices are very reasonable. We got a new guitar for me to begin again, but he had used options available. He also gives lessons and repairs guitars.
ben grossman: Great shop for all skill levels and budgets.
John Kobee: Great Guitar shop. Friendly Service. Thanks!!
Foxy Kitsune: A nice place to buy guitars and some other stringed instruments.
Carter Drain: Spent a good while chatting with the owner, Skip, and i really enjoyed my experience! The business is currently a one-man operation so it's best to call ahead, but definitely worth it. The service was excellent, the selection is eclectic and cool, and the environment has that hidden gem quality that us musicians look for. If you like old/unique/weird guitars then you will love this place!ALSO: Contrary to what the Facebook page says this shop is still alive and well.
Eric Spence: Super friendly and good sevice
Keith Calvin: Great experience
Phil B: Nice little store, took my guitar and amp there for consignment sale. The owner Skip was very friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting for his call that he has sold my gear.

Moore Piano: what do users think?
Gail Radecki: Ron did a fantastic job tuning our piano. My husband got the piano for free from a coworker—it’s a nice one, but had clearly not been tuned in YEARS. It sounds SO NICE. Ron was also a hit with our two crazy dogs. We’ll be staying with Moore to service our piano indefinitely!
Lee & Emily Cliff: Professional, quick, website is easy to use.
Bryce & April Isch: Would highly recommend Moore Piano for servicing your piano. Easy to schedule online and great communication. Ron and Zach were very helpful and efficient. The service was not as expensive as originally quoted and they let me know and only charged me for the services completed, which I know would not always happen elsewhere.
Megan Barber: Could not be more satisfied with our experience with Moore Piano! Their communication and expertise made the whole repair and tuning process run as smoothly as possible. We did have a couple hiccups, but Ron was upfront, honest, explained details, and navigated the issues deftly. Highly recommend.
rob klinkenberg: Great people doing great work!!
Shari Fiechter: We had our piano tuned by Mr. Moore and we were very happy with him, the process and a well tuned piano. Moore Piano is very easy to work with regarding scheduling, communications and an on time appointment. We have hired him to tune a second piano!
kimberly fenoglio: Ron was thorough and professional. I will never have anyone else tune our piano. I cannot recommend Moore Piano highly enough. It was a great experience. Our old piano has never sounded better!
Matt Christman: He's a great guy he cares about his customer
Carl Bleke: Professional, informative, and an amazing job on the piano. Highly recommended.
TAG Art: Great communication, honest service and a beautiful result! They have our trust and loyalty!
Kristin Gerhardstein: Very professional, thorough, efficient and punctual!
tlb: Why do we keep using Moore Piano? Because they give quality service and great customer service to boot. Why would you go anywhere else?
Joshua Harrison: Very knowledgeable, took time to talk with us about details. Was very nice to our children as well.
Jeff Wike: Very professional. Answered my questions, very helpful. Piano tuning made a big difference.
Caleb Young: Excellent work on my Steinway upright.
Luke Fries: They did a great job. Very knowledgeable and personable. Even though I don't have the most expensive of pianos or the nicest of homes, I felt like he still valued me as a customer. Don't bother going to anyone but Moore Piano. If his schedule is full, wait the extra time for him to be available; it is worth it!
Tin D: Only Ron can do this job this well!
Tom H: I have an unusual piano which most restoration people are unfamiliar with, however, but Ron was extremely knowledgeable about repairing it. Did a great job, was timely about his appointment and very friendly to work with. Highly recommend him.
Drew Adams: Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!
Robertson William: Knowledgeable, honest, dependable, fair prices, and an all-around nice guy. Highly recommended.
Joseph Nishimoto: The first visit he came and figured out the problem, but didnt have the tools on hand to fix it, so he had to come back. He did not charge me for that visit though. It is now in tune after coming at the scheduled time. The online scheduler is great! Some of the keys are now sticking, but I do not think this had to do with the tuning, so I am not taking it down any stars.
