SO DISAPPOINTINGORIGINAL: Absolutely terrible service related to their covid procedures. Had to call to get help even from the parking lot, no greeting, had to call to give them payment while in the parking lot. I wonder what if I only had cash- probably wouldn't accept it because it could be tainted. My experience was the following: Noted 'curbside pickup only' on google maps.Showed up Sunday (yesterday)morning 15min after opening and was the only car in the parking lot. From my car read as many signs on the door. 'curbside only', inside not open to public' ect. My expectation was someone would come out and help me. Watched someone come to the door mess with locks and press tape and walk away. After a couple more minutes I called the number on the door and said I'm in the parking lot-come out and help me Someone came out and asked to help. I said I need a gallon of paint and held out my paintcan lid and my credit card. He said he couldn't take it, he would have to take a picture of it and I call in with my payment. I let out a big sigh and rolled my eyes as he started back in the store for a camera. He said what? I replied (in a clearly annoyed tone) Isn't that extreme? He made some replies about safety and stood there asking -Is that ok a couple times. I wanted to reply yes that's fine, just mix my damn paint but I held my tongue because I was afraid saying anything else would further the delay of mixing my paint. After a minute I called to get the price of the paint (something I would have preferred before the mixing). While on the phone I gave my credit card info- something I don't like doing over the phone because of security but alas the only option available to me. While in my car waiting 2 guys came walking to the door with a file cabinet drawer and a gallon of paint. I told them they can't go inside and described the process I went through. Taken aback they left. Same guy comes back with my paint. I tell him this process is not very conducive to running a business. He says 'I'm sorry you feel that way'. I say 'you had a customer come to your door expecting to get in. I described the process to them and they just left.' He says 'I'm sorry you feel that way.' I say 'that's not a feeling, that's a fact. Did you even see them?' He responds 'No, and I'm sorry you feel that way' I said I drove up, waited, someone came to the door walked away and didn't help me.' He said 'that was me' I said 'Why didn't you come out to help me?' He said I thought you may have already been being helped' When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. I left very upset and disappointed. plus my paint didn't match - they didn't match the codes.

Michael Wiedenhoeft-Wilder: They mixed my paint the wrong color last summer. I didn’t know they screwed up the color until I was completely finished painting. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the correct color because the sales associate kept the original paint can. Now I have to paint all the trim on my house with a new color because of the mistake the sales associate made. I still had to pay for my paint even though it was Sherwin Williams fault. The sales associate I had this time couldn’t care less about what happened. I shouldn’t have had to pay for the paint. I’ll never buy anything from them again.

Daniel Wilson: Final Update: New floors are much better. Experienced installers make all the difference.Edit: Someone else came down to look at our floors and the situation. They have proposed a fix for us, and we are satisfied so far. I promise that I'll raise my star rating once this is resolved completely.Do not use. They hire sketchy installers. All we wanted was a little bubbling trimmed up and fixed and a tiny bit of glue cleaned up from a seam. Instead they sent someone out to redo the entire floor. They poured a 5 gallon bucket of glue down on the old floor, put down new laminate, and left it. It feels like you're walking on gel mats. Glue comes up at every seam just by walking across the floor. The installers were careless and got glue everywhere. Our freshly painted walls are sticky, our countertops are sticky, our sink is sticky, doorknobs are sticky.. The glue has been trampled and tracked through my new carpet. The last 48 hours have been a living hell. They send some poor lady out to try to clean it up by herself and they promised us a gift card for our trouble, but this needs completely redone. Our home has been disrespected and destroyed. We didn't ask for a new floor, we didn't ask for any of this.
