I know that I could have been given false hope and a big bill but Mercedes Benz of Fort Wayne was bigger than that. They saved me money by the work they didn’t do. Thank you all for being honest. Jan Roberts: The car was in for a $660 B7 or B8 maintenance and a $150 coolant maintenance for 150,000 miles. When we got the bill there was an addition charge of $115 for I believe an air conditioning filter. When I questioned it he did give us a $50 coupon. But it was a surprise to us. Also for at least 3 years we have been told our battery failed a test yet the car never fails to start right up even in cold weather.I find your maintenance charges are extremely high and then always trying to tact on a $400 battery and tires at very high price. We just had our tires rotated and checked a couple of weeks ago and were told they were fine. This happened once before when we were told we needed new tires. We brought the car back home to where we buy tires and were told that they were not in need of replacement yet. We paid over $800 today and the car was there being serviced for 2-1/2 hours. Then almost 2 more hours to clean and wash. Seems like a lot of money for just some maintenance work. Hate to see the bill if anything actually broke.

Then was told to maybe call back later. This is a very important matter and I feel it's not being taken seriously. Especially if I were to get into a car crash because of the recall about my vehicles engine possibly stalling because of potential water build up.

Wade Conrad: I bought my current vehicle from this dealer almost 3 years ago and had forgotten I owed him a review! Great experience here honestly. The owner even rode with me out to my house (which isn't exactly close to the lot) to drop my other vehicle off! He certainly didn't have to do that, but it was much appreciated. He and his wife were great to deal with. As noted I am still driving the vehicle I purchased here in 2020 currently with no major issues outside of normal wear and tear. Good seller and I would definitely recommend people here.
Sir CES: We stopped in there today and found a 2006 Honda Accord Coupe. We were just looking for a nice car to keep miles off of our good cars. The people in there were so friendly. We ended up leaving there in no time with a really great deal on a nice little Honda. I would recommend anybody go to this place.

Glenn Hazelwood II: Biggest mistake of my life.I would not like to thanks Ed and his wife. I called about a 2004 silverado asking price of $4500. Wife said yes its availabe with a 3 month warranty. Decided to purchase this Silverado and was told by Ed there is no warranty. After rewiring the stereo that never worked cause there was no ignition power properly wired. I was told the gauge cluster comes and goes...after inspection found black tape inside damaged stepper motors and in need of professional soldering repairs. After paying to have the gauge cluster rebuilt $225 I'm now left with a 2004 silverado I got to drive a total of 10miles with low oil pressure notification in drivers information center. Oil pressure reaches 20lbs on cold start and zero once fully warm. Engine needs to be replaced according to North Wells service center. Do yourself a favor and avoid this lot at all cost.You never offered me the warranty. If the gauge cluster had been working properly you and I both would have know the truck had Low oil pressure. Your black tape didn't belong in the cluster or on the radio wiring. True honest car dealership with any bit of integrity would have fixed the issue with the gauge cluster. I had it fixed and the service information was visible in the information center. Im just the unfortunate customer that purchased this Lemon from you. I honestly think you full well knew what you were doing end of story.
Claire Chapin: I wanted to send my sincere appreciation to the owner ED and his wife. I left my wallet on top of my car and drove all over and could not find it anywhere. I literally cried all day because it has my whole weekend serving cash in the wallet (Over $200 with 16 hours on my feet non-stop). He found it in the middle of the road (it must fall from my car top when I was making turns in front of his store). His wife Googled my name and found me. ED called me the next day and I picked up my wallet today. All the cash, credit card, ID, and check were still in my wallet. He did not touch anything. If an owner could step out of his way to return a stranger's wallet, I'd trust his integrity on his business!!! Thank you thank you thank you! I told my kids that they will buy their first car with ED and his business!!!!
Enigmatic World A new perspective!: Had some issues with vehicle and wasn't 100% aware of stipulations with the "warranty". They did their best on their end to make things right. Pre-owned vehicles are pre-owned vehicles after all. All and all our vehicle is still running strong after putting in alot of love and extra money into it. Wish we were cut a better deal at the end of the day.

Dena Cox: Was very disappointed with the car we got. We didnt get the warranty for the vehicle. But unbeknownst to us 9 days after having the car our check engine light came on. We had it checked at Auto Zone and it came back as the turbos. Now we are already going through a turbo situation with our other car so didnt want to do it again for this one WE JUST BOUGHT. We took it back to Ed and he took his car scanner out there and cleared the code right in front of my boyfriend! Just FYI dont buy the gray Ford Escape Titanium. We later looked at the warranty and it had specific things it would cover, none being the turbos.Was not offered to fix the problem when the owner cleared the code and then fought with us about buying it back, AND gave us $3000 LESS than what we paid for the vehicle a week before.

Faith Ramirez: I and my son went Monday and we looked around for a suv, we have had some bad experiences with other places that we have went to see about vehicles are have purchased vehicles, from the quality of how we was treated are how the vehicle ran after we had purchased it but on this day we went in and was looking around and we found a SUV that was very nice on the inside and outside and one that my son actually thought was stylish I wasn't sure about it so when the gentleman came outside he approached us and in a very kind and warming way he did not come up like most salesman's do all about getting you to purchase even if you wasn't sure he was not that way he answered both of our questions about the vehicle inside and outside then he even went with us on the test drive and answered the questions when we were driving and even answered questions that I haven't even thought of and he explained everything to a t in a way that both my son and i could understand, the SUV that we purchased is running very well I feel very proud and sure of my purchase for my family, , I wholeheartedly believe that God took us to this dealership we were treated with the utmost respect and what was the most outstanding thing to me was my son's opinions and questions matter, and I recommend if you're looking for a vehicle just come in and look around they have very nice vehicles in the quality of customer service is outstanding.. you will be very happy!!!

Bunker Pressler: A WIN-WIN EXPERIENCE. We recently bought a car from Jared and we feel so good about it. We had a pretty low car budget, but Jared had many cars and trucks to choose from within our price range. He encouraged us to examine and test drive any of the cars thoroughly, so we drove 3. The one that seemed best for us had a few issues, and Jared and his crew fixed them for us by the next day. He really wanted us to leave feeling good about our purchase, and we do. We also met his family while we were there, and they all showed that same integrity and kindness. I think Jared is a good man who is trying to do a good thing for other people, and we would recommend him to anyone buying a new car on a budget.

Le Rou Rou: Buying a car here is like gambling. You wouldn't know if the car has been tampered with just so your test drive was smooth or the vehicle itself is good. There are a lot of horror stories regarding this place but one thing you need to take into consideration is that you are buying a USED car. At the end of the day, it is your decision to buy or not. I bought a 98 camry five years ago. Still running without any problems except for the time when I have coolant leaks. The only real problem is have is the engine oil leak but been driving for 5 years and nothing really happens because the leak was so little. You can call it that I won the gamble for the cheap price I paid for the vehicle.
Jessica Cronin: Bought an 09 Vibe here last year. 2 days later thermostat went out. Took it back to him to have it fixed. Offered to pay for the repair, but he refused. Bought the car for a great price and he even ordered new tires for me and put them on. Last month I was involved in an accident with that car being totaled. He even let me borrow a car from him to let me go get my personal items from the car before insurance towed it. Very caring and understanding man. When insurance finally settles, I will definitely go back to get another car from him!For those of you complaining, these are USED cars... It's on you to check them out before you purchase them. Can't put the blame on the dealer!🤔

Anna Elle: I've been buying cars from Yared for the past 12 years and my cars have never had any major issues. I bought my most recent one in February of this year and lovvvee it! I haven't even had to have the oil changed. I know car shopping can be different for everyone but Yared stands by his word as long as you show up for what you say needs to be fixed. It's discouraging to others that some people can have a "bad experience" for whatever reason and act like it's someone else's fault. The bottom line is, when you buy a used car as-is from anywhere, you need to get it checked out before buying it, not complain after a few months of already driving it around. I can't speak for anyone but myself so of course, I've had to put on brakes or tires (when I wanted them) but out of 6 cars that I've bought, I haven't had engine, transmission or nothing bad go down. Hopefully, this helps someone. I challenge people to check things for themselves and know that business is always on a different level.

Brendan Granger: Bought a Jeep with the intention of a good purchase. Low coolant light was on so he filled it up and days later it was back on. No leaks visible. One month later and the engine is blown. Don’t buy unless you have the car fully checked out by your mechanic you trust.

I’d keep going to lots only to find out what I was looking for wasn’t even in stock. Showed up to Best Dealz and they had what I was looking for and let me take a good test drive before I signed anything.
Sir CES: Went to look at a car here and they asked full retail yet the front and rear of the car had been repainted. I couldn't buy the junk they tried to sell me.

Tameika Boyd: I will give the company 0 stars if I could I bought a car for my daughter and within one month the motor blew after fixing it the starter went out then after fixing it the axle broke and transmission went out at the same time I’m reporting this fake car company to the bbb I suggest you do the same if you have any issues out of your car I have had this car for 5 months total and haven’t even drove it at all and another thing don’t give them your credit card information they will charge your card without your permission

Sarah Randolph: Paul at the Best Deals Truck Store was fantastic to deal with. We bought a 2017 2500HD Duramax. We looked at a lot of trucks by finding the specs we needed on line and driving around to the dealers. A lot of folks at the larger name-brand dealers were so pushy and frankly insulting at times! But Paul was a breath of fresh air in comparison - he was really helpful, very friendly, and not at all pushy. The trucks we saw were clean and in great shape. We were able to buy it within a few days after our own personal mechanic gave it a clean review.We also bought a Nissan Armada from the Warsaw Best Deals last year, and are really impressed with this dealership all around!

Lacie Vanderford: Florida cars is the best! I got a great deal on a Lexus and couldn't be happier! Conner and Lois are so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this place to anybody. For a bonus my purchase even came with a gift bag and brand new rubber floor mats to keep my Lexus beautiful!
Sir CES: I went in there to look at a car and expecting a realistic price for a vehicle with the amount of damage that it had. I figured it would be a good fixer upper but not one they want more than what the actual retail could quite possibly ever be for that vehicle. Be aware of this place if you're looking for used up Vehicles this might be for you. Just keep in mind you're still going to pay full blown retail at the very least for a clapped out vehicle at this place. Better to save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Anyways heres my review: looked online and saw a beautiful infiniti sedan. Got ahold of the owner of the dealership as hes a small dealership so you dont have to do all the extra this that and the other thing and go through and talk to multiple people, just one. Big plus right there alone. Got ahold of owner and I live out of state so we arranged for me to come out and he would hold the car knowing that I was serious with a small deposit so I didnt have a single doubt the car would still be there when i fly in to buy the car on the upcoming weekend. He test drove it the day before, there were a couple of things wrong with it he called me the day after he was test driving it and let me know he was getting it repaired by the mechanic he utilizes and got it done right away. He even gave me the paperwork on what was done with the receipt. Very easy to work with, super nice down to earth guy that makes car buying an enjoyable process when you see something you like, very fair price on the cars too I had no issue with paying what he was asking, flying in to buy it, and driving it home on a 2 day trip immediately after. I love my new car and I sincerely highly highly recommend this dealership and guy to buy a vehicle to anyone. He even emailed me to make sure i got home safe the following morning that i got home. He genuinely cares about a great car buying experience, takes an active interest in what you have to say, and wants to make it as easy as it can be and it's just perfection. I'm just an average everyday guy. But highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone this guy is awesome!! I would never buy from someone else after this experience. Thanks again!
