I'm writing this review because the driver just went the extra mile for us a few minutes ago. Our trash was picked up earlier today, but about an hour ago we discovered our freezer went out so we had a lot of thawed foods we had just bagged. My wife noticed the trash truck coming down the street, apparently to pick up someone else's late trash. She ran outside, threw the bags in the bin and started running down the drive with the trash can but she was too late... truck was already cruising past the house and down the street. Bummer. But he saw her, turned that big 'old truck around, and came back to get the trash! Wow! Thank you SO much!!!Service:Trash removal disposal

Yes it has pros and cons like any other work place but people fail to realize these men and women that work here are only human and mistakes happen these people are learning new routes and most efficient ways to clean and clear the community of proper trash and recycling. People always seem to complain about the small and simple things. I believe the city of fort Wayne needs to specify to the community about the bulk items people have and what to do with them.... End of the day I genuinely hear more people happy and pleased with this company compared to red river and hopefully GFL sticks around.

Then the one guy had the nerve to say that my can wasn't five feet from the alley.In reality, it was about two feet from the alley, so just admit you're lazy.
