She informed me that Warren would not be of assistance, to contact ANOTHER agency...If she knew she was going to have surgery, she shouldn't have accepted my plans

Pat Lambright: I have been going through grueninger for years for my charter trips. As of today I was informed that my play is not high enough for them to book my trips. I found this to be a real slap in the face. Now you must be a high roller in order for them to bother with you! I thought they were a "travel agency" but I guess I was mistaken...

Would highly recommend them to anyone for there travel needs. Just returned from a trip out west and ended up in Vegas, called Grueninger from the parking lot had a room waiting for me by the time I walked into lobby. Shout out to Joe thank you

I asked about excursions and was told I could do it myself. No motel, no flights, nothing. I called another agency and everything that I asked for was booked within 2 days.

We live in Maryland, almost 600 miles from Alison's office. Being long distance has never been an issue. She and her associates are the BEST!

Toni Espinosa: Luckily I checked the airline schedule the night before to find our flight was cancelled. No notification number was given to Airline. Took two days to get confirmation for the Polynesian center only to find out we didn't have tickets for luau. The only reason We wanted to go there we wanted a worry fre vacation and have spent at least an hour on phone everyday trying to straighten it out. Not to mention check out 8 hours prior to flight?

Martel Harris: Had a horrible experience with Amy at Edgerton.. was very rude and when I didn't book with her because the deposit price went up she got upset because I was dismayed that she didn't try to save the sale and find another avenue that could possibly make my deposit go back down. She then sends me the nastiest email telling me how rude I was and she worked very hard and most people would have charged for he work she did! Can you say unprofessional! I'll never be booking through them again! DO NOT GO TO AMY UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE RUDE AND NASTY!
Daniel Piech: My parent's used this service and were highly disappointed in their trip to New Orleans. The day they were supposed to spend in New Orleans was cut out of the trip and was apparently due to bad planning and lack of checking by Edgerton's . This was the main reason my parents wanted to take this trip was to visit New Orleans. The compensation they received for this was poor compared to what they paid. I would not recommend this company to my family or friends.
