Mitchell Druckemiller: On 1/15/2023 I had a terrible and embarrassing situation when I was shopping for cat litter, cat food, and flea medicine…When I first entered the store I was checking out all the cool Carhartt stuff up front when I heard the woman at the cash register talking with her lady friend (who was not an employee) and the lady responded with “I’m on it”.The lady (and possibly her very creepy son and husband) proceeded to follow me through the store and as I was looking for a toy for my cat, pretended to be shopping near me—staring at me every time I looked up.They followed me to every aisle until I was finally humiliated enough to confront them and throw down the cat litter in my hands and tell them I was leaving because I felt uncomfortable, to which they feigned ignorance and replied “we don’t even work here”, not even having the guts to tell me why the cashier was having them follow me around.I was treated like a criminal simply for the way I looked apparently (which isn’t even all that strange in 2023) when I was simply looking to buy stuff for my cat and maybe a new Carhartt beanie for myself.I will never return to this establishment. Not that that will make a difference whatsoever to the woman working the cash register who had me followed the moment I walked in the store. I hope she feels good about herself.

Grace E: Update: Today I had another good experience at Menards.I was back at Menards for several items and some ideas. I often choose Menards because they are often less expensive than other stores of its kind. I found each of the items I needed. I was disappointed that the Halloween decorations were more expensive than usual. I need to get used to the inflation.I enjoy Menards because of the diversity of products they have. I also appreciate that they have maintained ♿ parking while so many stores have replaced it with online order pickup. Menards is a store that you can be left alone or find assistance almost always. I will return.

Jacob McClain: They offered installation and delivery on something I ordered. They delivered and made an excuse not to install. They didn't even know if my warranty I purchased would be void if I install it myself because their warranty isn't covered under them. I specifically ordered from them because they offered installation. Would have been cheaper at anywhere else. I'm sticking with lowes and menards. This is like the 3rd time I've had a problem like this. What really made me mad is they only refused to install 48 hours after delivery so I can't return and refund.

Connie Cole: Will not purchase another appliance from Home Depot. We purchased a washer/dryer set with free installation. Only the dryer was delivered. The delivery company refused to install the dryer because was not noted on their paperwork. Have talked with customer service numerous times trying to locate our 'lost' washer. They failed to call back every time they said they would. Now nearly a week after delivery they have found our washer - but we must wait another entire week for that to be delivered because they are all booked up. We felt that our delivery should have been moved up the line because it will now be nearly 3 weeks from purchase to delivery due to their error in misplacing the unit. Customer service was awful - one telling us to keep calling back, another telling us not to call - they will call us - which they never do! We understand that things happen - people make mistakes - but Home Depot dropped the ball on this over and over. So disappointed. No more purchases requiring delivery from Home Depot - every again!

We’ve ran to Home Depot several times a day on more than one occasion getting supplies that we’ve needed.The kids workshop is also great to do on the first Saturday of the month. If you miss the kids workshop, they usually have the kids kits in hand for the first week, just ask the customer service staff.The home & garden section has a great selection of plants. However, I wish they would get a better selection of hanging house plants. They keep getting golden pothos. Yes, they are gorgeous. But we want some other types & varieties.The staff is always helpful & kind. You can find an associate just about in every aisle you turn. The store is clean, so are the restrooms.
