I will always use the terms small medium and large .. but it was late and I wanted a coffee so I stopped in hoping to have a good experience and a distinguished difference between other coffees. Kasey Lash: Went in to have a surprise me drink and the service at the counter says oh that gives me anxiety and then asked me what I wanted in general, she randomly added a drink that I could not have because of allergies and then I ask for for a different drink then says we can't make it and at the end I ordered a small black coffee and left never again will I go to this location. Jeff Albert: Hands down the best Starbucks in town! I really like the remodel. Service is always fast, friendly, efficient. I just don't understand how the service at Lima / Dupont is usually pretty bad, and this one here is so great, been coming here for years and nothing ever seems to change, I just don't go back to the one on Lima Road anymore, was there a couple weeks ago and seems like things are never improving there. Maysville is usually pretty bad as well.
Dawn Bowie: Great place to meet for coffee (and a nosh) and catching up with friends. Or just a drive-thru visit for something fresh - or even for some decent beans for your own morning brew at home! Always great service by the staff, the shelves and selections are amply stocked, and the place is clean as a whistle.I'm loving my local Starbucks java joint. Decent fuel for my brain. ;)

They could have a little more communication between employees I think but I understand the stress that come with fast food and ect.... Kimberly Squires: Edit: in response to "owner", I do ask them to remake it, but I get eye rolls, my drink yanked from my hand, and baristas hanging out the window to tell me that this is considered "light ice". Half a cup full of ice is considered light ice to Starbucks and I have to say "very light ice". So I do that and still get it half full. There is no need to be rude as my perception of light ice is apparently different than your "standards." Corporate was nice enough to refund me my money for the last three visits. I visit the Lima location now. They are faster and will ask before handing me the cup if there is enough ice in my drink. That is customer service.No longer will I frequent this location. Any drink I order, I ask for light ice and this is what I get. Half of my cup full of ice. I pay anywhere between $4-$7 for my coffee. Light ice isn’t difficult and often they miss this step.

Darrick McMurray: I dont know what to say here, the employees are very nice, and it's not their fault, but this store is just too busy. There are 20 employees running full speed trying to get orders out, but there are too many customers! Drive through, in store, mobile orders, it's too much!! I waited inside for 20 minutes for my food (drinks came pretty quick) and saw dozens of cars go through the drive-through. Finally left without my food.Again, employees are doing there best. However I will not be back because this place needs to cut down it's traffic or open another location next door.

This guy with a Harris sweatshirt told me to repeat the order two times and when I was done with order he decided to talk about me to his coworker about how I didn’t know what time it was. You complained about it but it took you two times to get my order right before it was even 12. just unprofessional.
Jessica Hopkins: What a disaster. I completed a mobile order, arrived to pick it up about 10 mins after the expected time to give a little extra time to prepare it. I was told they “didn’t” have the travel box I ordered. So instead of trying to figure out a resolution prior to my arrival they just waited for me to get there to tell them.The box holds 12 cups of coffee. Shouldn’t have been that complicated. They hadn’t even brewed 1/3 of the coffee to have it ready. I asked several questions to get only blank stares and “I don’t know”responses. After 10-15 extra minutes of waiting it was clear my order would not be ready in any reasonable amount of time so I needed to leave. I asked to just have my money refunded as I couldn’t wait another 20-30 mins I was told they couldn’t and I needed to speak to the manager. I called on my way out to get the manager’s information and was told it could not be shared. I then asked to have her call me and I was reassured she would. I called two times and she never returned my calls or was “there” when I called even though I called after the time they stated she would be in. I had to work with the Store manager of Kroger Josh (he was fantastic) to get my money refunded.

They deal with difficult situations and yes, difficult customers, level-headed and calmly. They deserve kindness and raises!
K M: I have a severe dairy allergy and I always ask for no whip and soy milk. At least 1/3 drink I get has whip cream in it. When I catch it I ask for another, but sometimes I think they mix it in bc I'll find bits of it throughout. When they don't add the whip the drinks are good, but not good enough to get sick and end up missing work over.Super good everytime it's made right. I just watch them closely now.
Lucas Dargo: This specific location continues to be out of just about everything on their menu. After waiting 20+ minutes in line for my wife, it is a bit frustrating not being able to surprise her with her favorite drink. The workers here are amazing. If you are going to be out of this many products I suggest placing multiple signs in the drive thru. No one wants to wait that long to be told you don't have that product available. (Yes, I know this is 100% a first world problem).

Catori Stewart: I order here weekly, if not multiple times a week because I work right behind them. Everytime I order on the app, I ask for no whip, it's always on my drink tag, & everytime I get whip. I try not to complain, I never say anything because I don't want to come across rude, but I'm autistic & the whip cream feels oily & leaves a film on the roof of my mouth that drives me insane.That being said, everyone is always friendly & kind, I just wish they'd read the tag for the customizations made to the drinks.I'm not seeing a place to attach photos, but I also have a photi of my tag saying no whip, with the whip right on top of my frappe🤣

Jonathan Agudo: Cashier rolls eyes. They push the tips too much. They even have a prompt they give you when paying with card requesting tips. Starbucks needs to pay their employees more and not let them ask for tips. They make way more than a server who usually only makes $2.13 an hour and little benefits. fun4 everyone: Very rude staff. Order was 10 min after pick up time. No one in store. Stood around for 10 min until I had to wave them down to find Out where the order was and I got eye rolls and told its in the works. No one ordering in store. As well as a mess of the bathrooms and lobby given no attention to since I’ve left this establishment. The workers on floor seem to care more about themselves than what they get paid for. And i truly can’t wait for the day corporate finds a way to save this store it needs it bad. Good luck to anyone who goes here.

Gmail Email: I ordered on Starbucks App (drive thru order) and when I get to the window the manager (Erica) said that my drink is behind 5 drinks. So she asked me to take another round of drive thru. I said it will take me forever. But she did nothing. Manager has no customer service skills. I left the window, parked my car and went inside, ordered and got out in 4.5 min. Marissa Napper: Just a heads up- if they are out of the brew that you ordered (ex. Pike Place) they will literally put a different type in your cup than you ordered. I watched a barista put a “dark” in my cup after realizing the “pike” was all out. If I’m going to pay this price for coffee I at least want what I ordered.Edit in response- I told the barista I saw exactly what she did. She then told me, “that’s our dark roast for the day “. I then turned the cup around so she could once again look at the tag that stated “pike place” in large print on the top. She then offered to remake it. I took the offer and said nothing else. I then left with my coffee.The point, she knew exactly what she did (see first part of my comment), but played “innocent”. Next time, just tell me you are out of the brew and offer another instead of trying to give me a decaf or dark.

Melissa Farthing: The slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. There were three cars in front of me and I waited close to half an hour in line. So literally 10 minutes per car. A huge line of 10+ cars formed behind me, and people started pulling out of line it was so bad. When I finally pulled up to the window, it only took 2 minutes (thankfully) because I had one item, but my drink was lukewarm by that point. I'm hoping it's because today is technically a holiday and people didn't want to work. But again, slowest service ever.

Megan Parrent: Someone please tell the young lady working there with dark hair and glasses that she needs to keep her hands out of her mouth. She was biting her nails the entire time I was looking at the menu to order and while I was telling her what I wanted. Then she was making drinks and serving them! Ewww!
Simo lidiri: The hours in this store never been accurate. On Monday 09/12/2022. I placed an order, when I got to the register nobody was there. I waited almost one hour before the Barista showed up and the you know the rest of the story. I had to wait for her to get her setup ready and then starts working on orders. Starbucks if they care about their Brand they need to have a follow up and make sure this location meets the company high standards.
Kelly Burnham: One barista there, specifically Cierra is absolutely terrible at customer service. Very rude and unfriendly, always seems to have an attitude and takes a very unnecessary time to make drinks. I probably will not return.

Justin Tackett: Terrible customer service experience. I walked in to get a drink, their door was unlocked so I assumed they were open inside. Every single barista looked at me like was intruding on their space and doing something very wrong. They said “we’re closed”. I reminded them their door was open and they proceeded to mean mug me and tell me they were closed. So I awkwardly walked out with one girl explaining they forgot to lock the door. But no apologies and no one offered to serve me. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Jenny k: If you are able to avoid this location then I would. The baristas are not friendly (particularly Ali) and when they run out of items to make your Oder they avoid telling you until AFTER you’ve ordered and paid! I wasn’t going to leave a bad review until this location dropping the ball has become a constant and not just occasional.
Google User: They are usually out of alot of stuff most days at this location. They can't do 50 star regular coffee here, it's 150 stars foe any free drink unlike the real Starbucks stores. They usually only have one person working so orders take awhile.
K M: September 19th they closed at 8. Online hours sat 9 and they had 2 staff behind the counter at 8:30. We were standing there for a few minutes before they told us they were closed. When they're actually open the drinks are good.

After the girl ordered it took both girls to make this girls 2 drinks??? We left frustrated. The people in front of us were frustrated. The girls working don’t have a clue. I hope they see this.
