Picked up some “drops” for a project and was blown away by the customer service and friendliness of EVERY employee I ran into, from the office workers to the yard workers!! Good customer service is hard to find, especially in this industry for some reason, I’m sure there isn’t a steel company that tops this one! They made me feel like I was spending a million dollars with them instead of the $50 I actually spent.They seemed genuinely interested in me teaching my daughter to weld and even suggested classes in town she’d enjoy.Top notch company!!!!Thank you!

If it's not broken fix it: Great place to go when needing some steel.The customer service is top notch. They seem to all like there job. The inventory is always changing out in the yard. The stuff in the warehouse is new. So you can always call them. To see if they have what you are looking for in the warehouse.They sell by the pound and is way cheaper than going to a store and picking it up.If you are going on a Saturday. Give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes.

I went ahead at the same time to cancel the order. Went and got my order fulfilled by another company. Now they keep harassingMe. Mike Overholser: I had a steel rule die that was damaged in the middle of a job. I called about having it repaired and let Shaun know what happened to damage it. He worked with Sipe's production team to get it in to rerule it and I was able to get the die back in a matter of hours. With the help from Sipe's I was able to avoid a serious delay in production resulting in missed deadlines. Everyone I spoke with at Sipe's was helpful and professional. Thanks again!!

After researching local companies to build it I decided to go to Sipe Steel Rule and Dies, INC and spoke to president, Steve Hatlem. After, literally being laughed at for coming to him with such a small project, I ultimately left in tears.I then got back online and found Beckys Die Cutting and quickly called and spoke to Becky. It was like a breath of fresh air! She knew exactly what I needed designed and told me to come right over. Wow! Not only did her company exceed my expectations in the quality of my die cut but their customer service was one of a kind!
