Adam Steury: UPDATE: there is no update as I posted this 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone...Post-Covid normal, I guess.Wouldn't accept my Bogo FL 50% off. (This is a participating location.) He also didn't change his gloves after he made 3 sandwiches ahead of me. Mustard and lettuce on my sub that I didn't order...from his dirty gloves!! I won't be back. $18 for 2 sandwiches is ridiculous. I remember why I stopped going to Subway 8 years ago.

ßridget rorick: Doors locked an hour before closing time, drive thru has a cone blocking from entering. I triple checked the hours, they are even posted on the front door. One of the staff looked at me as I attempted to open the door and he just turned around and walked to the back and didn’t come back out... I’ve worked at a restaurant, I get that it sucks to have people come in before close but we all have to deal with it and it’s really unprofessional to deny service and ignore customers AN HOUR before closing time...
Hayley Smith: Honestly had to change my rating from 5 to 1 star because it’s just ridiculous how bad things have gotten. As a busy family of 4 we love to order online and pick up subway because it’s healthier than most fast food and we don’t have to wait in line. However, the last 4 times we have ordered not 1 sub has been correct. They are charging us for things that they aren’t providing. Almost as if it’s intentional. If we ask for extra of something it’s left off completely but if we ask for “light” toppings the sub is overflowing with those. If your employees cannot handle properly completing online orders please don’t offer it.

M Szaferski: Awful use of technology! They have a touch screen you HAVE TO use to make your selection manually instead of talking to a live person (that is right inside…). But their drive area is so TIGHT that you can’t just normally pull up to the screen…So you literally have to get out of your vehicle and stand there pressing the screen to make your choices. And if you press the button for assistance they tell you that someone can come out there and press the screen for you instead of just taking your order. It might be the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen.Inconvenient and unnecessary. I will absolutely never go through that location again

I ordered online gave special instructions for a couple sandwiches and also order extra toppings because they always put 5 pieces of lettuce on the sandwich at this location and here we are even with the added toppings there was barely any toppings and then they completely ignore the special instructions leaving my sandwich inedible. My children had nothing on their sandwich when there was suppose to be toppings and then my husband’s s sandwich is literal drenched in Buffalo sauce . Subway use to be an ok place but now I just don’t want to go anymore. Such a waste of money to not ever get what you order. This location especially is so bad. Nobody knows what they are doing.

Polite service my sandwich was on point. My kid is laughing at me because I talked about how delicious my sandwich was. I ordered a footlong and only eat a 6in I want to eat the other 6-inch just because it was that good.. kudos to the new employees. You guys are doing a great job!!!!Rude employees. C C: Subway has been terrible throughout the pandemic, but I wanted to give the new club a try so I left good judgement behind and headed in. Skimped on everything; every sauce, every vegetable, EVEN THE LETTUCE. The bread was under baked. The meats were flavorless, even the bacon. It was almost 10 dollars for a 6" that looked about 4.5" long. This would be a great place to open a sandwich shop.

Went to go through the drive through but there was a sign stating that the drive through was closed and to go inside and order. So I drove back around to the front of the building. I went to park as an attendant came out of the door and shouted that they wouldn't be taking any more orders due to staffing issues. Although I understand the worker shortage, the owner shouldn't be operating the store without enough staff. That makes everything harder on the current staff and isn't fair to them as they likely have to pick up more duties to cover for their nonexistent coworkers.

They were having trouble with the register so I didn't see that she didn't cut my sub. Usually they aren't bad and get really great service but tonight was absolutely terrible! And then one of the girls took her Vespa out the store and drove off... was that why she was in such a mood because she wanted to go? Still Unacceptable.

Dimelo Waterson: I got the #5 off the new menu, no modifications. I thought it was great, and there were lots of other appealing options. My partner got the Italian BMT, so classics are still available. I was initially excited about the drive-through, but when we arrived it was closed, so we dined in. The dining room is a strange juxtaposition of nice new decor and trash and crumbs from other guests. The staff was friendly and polite and greeted us as we entered, but the dining area could definitely use attention.Vegetarian options: Veggie subs and wraps are always a delicious alternative, and you can make subs vegan as well by being judicious with your toppings.

I was very disappointed that the store closed early and the worker stated they closed at 9p although online and the door states 9:30p.

Shortly after I walked in another employee enterer the restaurant and was greeted with the most cheerful customer service voice ever. Another customer entered after that and wasn't greeted either. When adding toppings to my order, I asked for extra onion and was told they only had one pan and the person didn't add extra onion like I asked for.

Jeremy Miller: Drive through time is absolute trash here. Went on my lunch break at 110 pm and sat there for 15 minutes After being asked to hold on. People eating on lunch breaks have to be there and back in a certain time. This means this subway is no longer an option for me. We both ordered flat bread subs with all the veggies except olives, but we received two subs with no veggies, just salami and pepperoni slathered in mayo. When I went in to ask them to fix our order, they refused to remake it and gave me veggies in a salad container to put on the sandwiches ourselves. So we attempted to build our sandwiches in our car, which as you would expect was super messy and our bread was soggy from all the mayo. They didn't even give us all the veggies we ordered in the little salad container. I understand mistakes happen, but they didn't seen to care at all or try to help us out. The lights and open sign are still on, but they say that they are no longer taking orders like an hour before they close. Carla Tam: This location never fills the entire order when a customer orders pickup or delivery. They make the subs only and then put the bag on the pickup shelf and the customer or delivery driver has to inspect the order upon arrival and then retrieve the chips and drinks themselves and ask the staff to get the cookies. And even if the customer orders a fountain drink the staff tells you to get a bottle drink from the fridge yourself.

Emily Mooney: Ordered 5 sandwiches for our family, three out of 5 were incorrect. A veggie with extra cheese and extra peppers made with no cheese or peppers, a ham and cheese with no ham, only lettuce, cheese and for some reason spinach, a spicy Italian with only the meat, lettuce and cheese… no other toppings. When we went to pick up our order the doors were locked, someone finally came and gave us our order, a girl waiting to come in and order was told she can only order in the drive-through. I was told bring them back because he wants to see the bread… I said ok, I am already home can I just get a partial refund or pickup new ones in the drive through, he wanted all the sandwiches and I said two were eaten that were correct. I was told “Well then thanks for letting us know, it happens sometimes.” I asked are you going to replace them then and he said “We have someone coming tomorrow to do more training. I said I understand short staffed and missing the cheese and toppings ok but my son literally has no meat on his sandwich. I heard another person bad mouth me in the background saying I am a liar, I heard the kid on the phone tell them to be quiet but they kept being nasty. I lost my cool said now I am pi**ed off and hung up. I calmed down and called back to apologize to the kid I hung up on and he said ok and hung up. My family ate at this Subway every Friday for lunch in the summer, that’s an awful lot of business to lose and we will or be back.

I ordered two foot longs, one on flatbread and one on Italian bread. Instead I got both on Italian bread and they were missing half the toppings I ordered. The employee did not seem to bother to read my order. I then called the store and after asking to talk to the manager, I was hung up on. Worst experience ever. I should get a refund.
