TaBi: Management is a$$. Speaking as a former employee, I’ve never left a job faster. Not only are most of the employees cliquey and judge you as soon as you’re hired, but the workplace is very unprofessional. I won’t bash on everyone because there were definitely some real ones in there..you know who you are. My boss treated me like garbage. She even provided underage employees alcohol after work. Disgusting. I really had high hopes for this place.

Everyone should sign up for the rewards if they want coupons instead of trying retailmenot bc they don’t take those. The staff is so great! Always suggesting items and offering online free shipping!! I love stopping in there just for fun!

Marissa Geimer: The customer service is garbage here. They are never helping or greeting customers and literally are all standing up front having loud conversations or laughing obnoxiously loud. The female manager is always the one participating or being the loud obnoxious one. Also if you buy clearance online and it doesn't fit too bad because those sales are final and they don't tell you until after you've bought it. Literally the only store who still does that. I once needed a shirt up top and what do you know no one around so I found a stick to get it myself and suddenly someone wants to come over and take it from me. This store needs new management that isn't children who don't know what customer service is or how to help people.

Porshea Gentry: I stopped at Rue 21 to do some christmas shopping. I spent 308.00 on 7 pair of mens Jean's. For the young lady with white and brown legging and a crop top to not give me a receipt. I will need to get my money back on two of the Jean's cause they dont have the size i need to exchange them and the items are cheaper online

Sarah Linser: This review has more to do with staff and stock, which is subjective to a certain day and time, so sorry if this comes across a bit harsh.It is painfully clear that there is some KPI behind the counter. We were pushed and prodded for any product that was 'limited time' or seasonal by the check-out. It took us almost 5 minutes of saying no as the cashier squirted different perfumes and colons on sample strips for them to finally ring us out. She kept directing us to the rack behind us and saying how great their products were at a discount the entire time, it was like picking up a spam call you couldn't hang up.Additionally, as a women between the size of L-XL, it was impossible to find more than a select few shirts and pants that would fit me. Everything in the plus sizes fitted like a trash bag, while the normal sizes were clearly too small. The problem I have with their stock is not this, but that its fall in Fort Wayne and 50% of their shirts are cropped. They had maybe 5-10 long sleeve shirts and all of their winter cloths could fit on one small display. It's getting cold, like really cold, really fast -- get with the times!

Tab Jackson: One of my favorite places to shop for clothes, they always have great sales. The clothes are made very well, and stylish. I went in bought a outfit for 21.00 bucks. A Warm sweater and jean🤯😍😍😍. I looked and felt great! Highly recommend😉.

Lexi Lynn: Went in there just now and was not impressed. Walked by two associates and neither said a word or acknowledged me. One employee was wearing a flannel unbuttoned with nothing but a sports bra/bralette under. That attire is not right. I've visited this location in the past and its the same thing. Or if someone does decide to talk they refuse to follow up and help when I ask for it. I miss the old location in the Fremont outlet shopping center.
