Sandy Hilligoss: I cannot rave about this place enough. Every member of staff is so nice and accommodating and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to be there for their patients. The facility is clean and very nice and comfortable. It’s easy to get to. The parking is worry free. I had the best experience.
Abram & Kandice Bottles: This place was fantastic! It’s a very nice and clean facility. The employees were amazing! All were professional, kind, and caring! I would absolutely go here again!

Lisa Tamsen: An excellent ambulatory surgery center!! The nurses and staff were all wonderful - from registration to discharge: Cheryl, my pre-op and recovery nurse; Quinley and Sharon, my procedure nurses; Matt, my CRNA; and Dr Akbar. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I was impressed with cleanliness of the facility. One other thing that I really noticed was how quiet it seemed to be in the pre-op area as I was waiting, even though everyone was very busy. I found it very calming.
Stacey Huneck: I had outpatient surgery at DuPont Hospital. The nurses were all very caring and kind. That meant a lot to me since they didn’t allow me to bring someone with me because of Covid-19. The anesthesiologist was great. Everyone was super helpful and helped me get my pain and nausea under control after surgery. It was much better than my by last experience which was at Parkview. I will stick to Lutheran Health Network from now on when possible.
Marlene Gomez: I had a colonoscopy here. My doctor is private and uses this facility. Due to Covid-19 they didn’t let my daughter accompany me and I was upset but understood. The anesthesiologists and my intake nurse Amanda were very helpful. Nurse Dot was nice but Amy in recovery was just awful. As my colonoscopy was over at 11am approximately she called my ride and my ride couldn’t make it till 1230 and came to tell me that I need another ride or else I would be charged extra? Who does that? I pray that no other patients are ever treated that way after having procedures I work in healthcare field I am not ever going to practically throw out a patient after a procedure. My mom died in August I have no family in Fort Wayne just friends that felt awful and I certainly didn’t appreciate her attitude.
JENNIFER SMITH: I had surgery on 10/8/2020, and all my nurses were amazing. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and at ease. I couldn't ask for a better anesthesiologist, & doctor. I'm very pleased with everyone & want to thank all the staff who helped take care of me pre & post op.
Jennifer Bryant: When I dropped my friend off for her procedure, the person at the door wouldn't even let me in to the building. She didn't check my temperature or ask me any questions. She just said that visitors were not allowed in the hospital. My friend texted me and said the nurse told her that I could wait in the hospital lobby. But that was impossible since the lady wouldn't let me come in. So I had to sit in a 90 degree plus car while waiting for her to be finished.
Stratton: I'd give it zero stars if I could. I dropped my mom off for an 8:30 appt. Went to my appt can't back and told desk I was here. 9:40 i got here 11 my moms calling me asking where I am. In the lobby!!!! They didn't even start her procedure. They were waiting for me. The lack of the nurse doing her job by letting the receptionist know they need to know when I'm here was an epic fail. Nor did the nurse or nurses that stand behind the counter gaggling and just having great conversation of how their holiday went call upfront to ask the receptionist if I was here. I've been sitting here for 2 DANM HOURS!!!!! Go to the "better" side of fort Wayne and they workers slack even more. I have a daughter I need to get off the bus. Do your danm job!!! Your not in an ER so don't tell me your over whelmed as 5 of you stand not doing a danm thing but gossiping and giggling!!!!!!

Shonda Newsome: I went today with one of our special needs participant. And they had her waiting forever. So much so, she started acting out. We ended up leaving. Her appt was at 2, and probably did not get into an exam room until after 3..😑
