Megan Beeching: Never have I worked with a more incompetent, rude, and unresponsive business. They do not take their job seriously or care about customers. I've been getting the run around for months causing hundreds of dollars of charges and ungodly amounts of time. Even worse, not getting the medical care I need. I'm considering driving 2 hours to indy to avoid having to deal with them any longer, that's how terrible rotech is. They should feel ashamed.
Kim Walker: Don’t waste your time! The Fort Wayne office doesn’t know what they’re doing and will not communicate properly with the customer. I even contacted corporate and they are no better. Corporate has been contacted THREE times that my doctor needs the compliance forms that Rotech says they must have for insurance. I have asked them THREE times to fax the paperwork to my doctor. My doctor has yet to see the paperwork and Rotech refuses to contact me about it! Rotech is only after the quick dollar from the initial sale! After that, there is ZERO customer service!
Javier: Rotech customer service/billing is terrible!! Avoid if possible!! Got a CPAP through this company that they "quoted through my insurance". Got the unit, paid my deductible, and have had to resubmit my insurance 3-4 times and make multiple phone call because I show uninsured through there system. Nobody can seem to figure it out and I get a bill every month to start the process over again. This has been a terrible experience and I have asked my doctor to never use their services again. The CPAP app doesn't work to submit my report so that's a pain as well that hasn't been fixed. Just received another bill today so I get to start the process again.... At this point, Rotech is going to have to improve just to suck or get to "bad" service levels.
J J: Worst company ever! If I could rate them into the negatives I would. The receptionist is rude when you call. You are told you will get call backs and no one calls you back. When you want to get questions answered they do not assist you in answering questions. If I want to play a childish game of telephone go between I will go to a elementary school play-ground. When you need questions answered by the respiratory therapist you cannot speak to them to get the questions answered. Worst company and terrible customer service. When requested to speak to the operations manager too the lady "Debra" was very rude about not even connecting to me them, or providing me a way to speak to them either.

Rhonda Price: Go somewhere else!! Don't want to service their equipment no emergency help if issues occur with equipment not enough staff
D H: If I could rate less than 1 I would.We were set up through the hospital when my husband was released from the hospital after recovering from Covid. He used this equipment for 2 weeks. We contacted Rotech to come and get the equipment. We called them several times. The Dr called them several times. We had the insurance company call them. They even tried to get us to bring the equipment to them. After 2 1/2 months they finally came and picked up the equipment. Now theyare trying to bill us for the months we had the equipment even though we continuously tried to get them to come and get it. They even threatened to turn over to a collection agency if we do not pay. Never will I recommend this company.
J D: Please, please avoid this company at all costs. They lie and no I talk to is able to help me. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
Steve Cotton: My device is barely working. Rotech stopped coming out to service it and bring new supplies and filters months ago. I was told by their salesman that once I hit the maximum out of pocket for the year, I would not pay anything for the device but 5 months later, I got a HUGE bill saying I was months behind. These people do not seem to care about their customers who are in ill health and need someone who cares.

Peggy Alaniz: I contacted the company on 5/12 for an oxygen delivery,which was scheduled for today. I called and spoke to Matt who stated they have a company policy that delivery is only once every 90 days. If it is there policy it is not in their paperwork nor did any employee state so prior. I will be complaining to the hospital for setting me up with their services.
Eric Zolman: Not a good experience with Rotech. The equipment they provided failed after 2 days. When I called they told me "don't have anyone to send until next week, BUT feel free to drive up here and pick up the part yourself". They did agree to ship me a part via UPS which I thought was very poor service. This drove us to find someone local and we dumped their service after less that a week. BEST PART ... called them to advise this and ask they please come pick up their equipment. Its STILL sitting there and not picked up AFTER A MONTH ??? Sorry but I would not recommend Rotech to anyone!
