Before I even stepped in the shop, they were very open and up front with everything price wise. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and understanding. The shop is EXTREMELY clean and sterile. My tattoo was done AMAZING and so much thought went into it. He went over the healing process and everything in great detail. I am so happy that he did!Kyle did an amazing job with my tattoo. It has been a few weeks and it has healed perfectly. Kyle was super friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The shop was very clean and welcoming! The only criticism I have is sitting in a folding chair during the tattoo was a little uncomfortable after awhile but with how the tattoo turned out definitely worth it!

Vanessa Pierce: Matt really lived up to all of his 5-star reviews. I went in for second lobe piercings as I haven’t been able to use the existing for years. He took the time to check if the holes really were “closed” and was able to get earrings in without repiercing or any trauma to my ear. I had brought my 11 year old daughter to watch so she knew how it was done if she ever decides to get hers pierced. Matt was great at explaining and I’d definitely go back. Saved me money! Jody Joe: Attempted to do a walk in for a piercing but they were booked. It was on me for the risk of a walk in. I attempted to call and book an appointment before going but no one answered so I went anyway to try. This was right before school went back after the holidays so it's understandable. The place was great though and the employees were very kind and respectable.

I was incredibly nervous and wasn't quite sure what to expect. WOW...Donny exceeded any expectation that I had!! The very first thing he wanted to hear was about my journey...what it was that brought me to his shop. I was so surprised; he was sensitive, kind, compassionate and genuine! I felt like I was talking to a friend.When it came to the design, he took his time in helping me come up with just the perfect tattoo, he was very meticulous and precise. I came with some ideas but he tweaked it to perfection. He made me feel comfortable and at ease...it was easy to trust him with such a big decision. This wasnt the only time that the entire place was this rude.So I felt the need to leave a review.
