Philip Parkison: Good study work place. It does echo. Lots a little tables and some stools by the windows. Decent amount of power outlets by the walls. Has seasonal drinks that changes often. Good amount of Teas. Has good coffee as well. The best part is that they are opened late.Parking: It's a strip mall and sometimes there's not enough spots if a dance class is happening at a different venue

Lisa Randol: I tried Mocha Lounge for the first time. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I did have a sandwich, and tried the Tea. Both were excellent!My daughter had a Iced Coffee of some sorts, and said it was better than Starbucks!The atmosphere is inviting, and relaxing. They are pared back a bit without the veggie options they had before but they are featuring Turchetti's meats!I have been meeting a friend at Mocha on Saturday mornings for a while now and I still think this place has tasty food, a nice atmosphere, and good coffee. They are not doing sandwiches and breakfast bowls right now (June 2022) but they are possibly some of the best in town. They have many gluten-free and Paleo items to offer as well. Stop in for a visit and check out their seasonal drinks on the chalk board or the serve yourself coffee choices (pay for refills). Today I had French Vanilla and Mackinac Island Fudge flavors in my lg. coffee. They have a flavor called Jamaican Me Wild that is very good too! Mary Landrigan: I have been a customer here for several years and always love their products. I think Mocha Lounge has the best all-around options for coffee in town (& I’ve been to nearly all of them at this point 😂). Their lattes are excellent, and they have a very wide variety of quality flavor options. Additionally, I think their frappes and chai beverages are THE best in this area of any store. As a former employee, I also know they do a very thorough job training & mentoring their employees, with very high standards for cleanliness in their kitchen area. The staff members seem to enjoy working there as well so a great environment too!Parking: Full during prime breakfast/brunch hours. Best option is to try to beat the rush, particularly on Friday Saturday mornings. I find going inside for my order is MUCH faster than drive-through as long as you can find a spot in the lot!Dietary restrictions: Paleo vegan options. K W: I'll start by saying I love mocha lounge but this location is hit or miss with the drinks lately. I've had some great coffees here and some that were really gross. I order the same thing almost everyday and almost half the time it's not drinkable. Same thing has happened to my husband and sister. I'm not sure what the issue is but I've never had a bad drink at the north location.

They offer a few alternative milk options.Kid-friendliness: There's a kid menu for drinks, and dessert options like cookies.Parking: The parking lot gets a bit cramped and it's hard to see around the curves when trying to pull out of a space.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot has handicap spaces. There's a ramp to get people from the parking grade to the sidewalk grade.The door to the restaurant does not have an automatic opener.Dietary restrictions: There are always gluten free options.They regularly use peanut butter.

Alyssa Heidenreich: So, the food and drinks are great. I have been in three times, and I can’t describe it any other way than to say it was uncomfortable. The staff are unwelcoming and cold. This is not the the type of vibe I’m looking for when I’m choosing a coffee shop. This is a disappointment, because I love to support local businesses. I felt as though I was imposing on the person behind the counter with each visit. People can have bad days, that’s fair. But after three visits and the same experience, I left questioning if I had done something offensive because of how I was treated. I tip well, I am very friendly…so I can’t quite figure out how it’s that hard to be kind to a friendly customer that is buying a coffee. Just be kind. You can easily make or break someone’s day by how you treat them. Use that opportunity to spread a little joy in the world .
Andee Stoner: My brother was in town and we had lunch. We were trying to figure out what to do. We all decided we like some coffee. We looked up coffee house fortezza was in walking distance. We had three kids with us all teenagers. My nephew wasn't sure what kinda coffee he liked. After talking to the guy he figured out something he would like to try. He was very helpful and very patient with us. It was delicious and so beautiful I almost didn't want to drink it. Instead I took a picture and let my heart soar. I would order 2nd one but was getting to late to have more caffeine. We sat down talked about our plans we was there for long time they employees didn't mind us taking up space. If your in the downtown Fort Wayne I suggest trying it.
Brent Cox: This establishment was pretty good, however their customer service is becoming poor. Recently we were turned away at the door before closing time. Also not a fan of political coffeehouses either, just be good people! Anytime I visit, I have to go out of my usual way. A few incidents recently however make me not want to go out of my way to have their coffee.
