Casey J. Burk: As a Frontier customer, Precision is called whenever a DSL line is cut. This has happened a few times where I live and every time it's happened, Precision has always done a fantastic job in getting everything ripped out that's bad, installing the new line, and waiting for me to test everything before leaving. They're a great company and I have nothing bad to say about them.

John L.: Expect to do half their work for them. Very unprofessional. First off they showed up with three kids in tow. Ranged in age from 6 to young teen.Ran a cable with a trencher to neighbor three houses down. Trenched right through my limestone driveway and did nor rake or flatten back down. Hit about six rocks ranging in size from softball to 40 pounds. Left them on top of the lawn. Did not bother to refill major divots in the lawn or remove rocks.How much will I be paid for doing your job for you?
Jamie Barnett: These people came out to bury a cable for my neighbor Wednesday and turned my internet off. Well it's Saturday and I still don't have internet or home PHONE and they told me they would be out first thing friday morning. Well I'm diabetic and I've had very high blood pressure and can't call out in an emergency. No cell phone signal where I live. And they know this.
