Joshua Schofield: Scam. They over-sell service, over-promise speed, and over-charge fees. They throttle there speeds! Tried to cancel service and was on the phone for an hour. Still not cancel because they stalled and "can't verify identity" without a pin number...they generated, and never gave me. I'm contacting the FCC, FTC, and the BBB. It's a scam company that is completely collapsing. Look up : "Frontier Communication lawsuits"
Eden Young: Heads up this company is going to promise you a visa rewards card, HOWEVER if you or someone with you has a disability and receives government support they will not follow through with that gift card. Apparently you don’t deserve a loyalty reward if you require government assistance
J Tritch: My complaint is against Frontier in general. We have had on going problems for years with our land line and internet, we live in a rural area with poor cell service and limited options for internet. We have been out for a week now and each time we call we get a promise to resolve the issue and they act like it’s the first time they heard about it and never follow through with promised calls from their Escalations Dept. We’re assuming they refuse to do repairs because eventually the REMC fiber line will be installed and active. We believe this because service has gotten progressively worse since REMC made the announcement the system was being installed three years ago.

James: Do not buy their internet services no matter what you do. Their internet speeds are so unreliable you might as well use dial-up. They won't fix the issue no matter how many time you call their technical support. My current plan is for 240mbps but I'm only getting 60mbps through a LAN cable. I get faster internet through my phone Hotspot. How pathetic can a company be that makes millions each and every year to not provide the services that we as consumers pay for. Definitely will be switching back to Xfinity cause at least their services are reliable. Hope your company goes outta business and never resurfaces in any way shape or form.
Brett Gallmeyer: 1 star is being generous. I call EVERY day for the last 11 days because my internet does not work. When calling the support team, they are no help at all. $60/mo for a service that does not work is extremely frustrating. Highly DO NOT recommend.
Daniel Betz: Internet sucks. We have had them out to fix it and it works worse than it did before they fixed it. Waste of money. Garbage.
Alan Falls: READ BEFORE CANCELLING SERVICE - I had Frontier internet service for 6 years and was happy with the service. However I was able to buy my own modem router and switch to the same internet speed with Comcast for half the monthly cost of Frontier. Before switching, I called Frontier on 4/1/20 to confirm there was no contract cancellation fee, they said there was not, but there was a $9.99 disconnect fee. Today 4/10/20 Comcast set up my new service and I called Frontier to cancel. I was told there was the $9.99 cancellation fee which I was aware of. But they also said that my new billing cycle started on 4/7/20 and that they do not prorate refund for cancelled service midway through a billing cycle. They said this is stated in their 'terms and conditions.' So I am made to pay for an entire month of service, when only 3 days were used. I asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to Wenford, he also confirmed the same policy. I asked why the Frontier representative didn't communicate this policy when I called last week. I asked if I could talk to a manager who had the authority to make an exception to the policy and he said no one did. I asked for an email where I could send my complaint, he said he could not provide me with one. This was a negative experience that shows Frontier team members are not empowered to make reasonable adjustments in normal policies. If there is a reasonable person at Frontier that wants to contact me about this the order confirmation # I was provided was 046823606 and the contact information on my account is current.
Hamilton McGuire: So, I apply for service on the website, 4 times in a row because the website of an internet provider does not work, the irony is not lost on me. Then, I call in, the person I'm talking to, his phone line is messing up so bad that after 3 minutes into the conversation I can no longer understand a single word he says. The irony is still not lost on me. Then, I call back a second time and am on hold for 10 minute, to finally talk to someone, that I can actually hear correctly. After a few minutes he has told me that I have been flagged for trying to falsify an account, and that I have to fill out a proof of identification form with pictures of my identifications and mail it in. I said thank you and decided that I've had colonoscopies go smoother than this and would just go with someone else because holy cow the level of incompetence is staggering at this point. But wait, there is more. The next day I'm called by a lady that works at this fine establishment. She asks for my birthday to confirm that it is me. I tell her it doesnt matter if it's me. I begin to explain the ironies of the situations to her and ask her what would she do. She then became rude, and told me, "I dont care about you, I only want to know your birthday so we can cancel the account". Obviously I'm concerned at this point. I was under the impression that I am no longer who I say I am, and at that I still want to work with this, oh so amazing business. So I ask, how can I have an account if you dont believe I am who I say I am. "Sir just give me your birthday so I can tell you what I know because we can just cancel the account". She was even more short and rude than before. Finally I cave, I tell her my birthday. She asks me, "sir do you want service or not". Now, I dont know about any of you out there. I would not stop to help these people change a tire, I would not apply CPR if they were on their way down to meet their maker, I would not call the fire department if they were on fire. Much, much less would I ever do business with them. Such a tragedy. A business gets so big, that they no longer care about anything but themselves. This right here though, is how these companies go bankrupt. Then everyone is jobless and wonder how they got there, and wonder why there is thunderous applause from the commonwealth. So no, you incompetent fool, I do not want your service. I can only hope and pray that I may be there with a fine cigar so that I may light it to celebrate the shambles of what this company will become one day. I bid you good day.
Sarah Fetla: They charge you, even after you disconnect services because they don’t care enough to fix WiFi when you tell them it’s not working. 6 weeks with no WiFi and I literally had to find a number to the presidents office. Which still was a struggle to simply get common sense from. How do you not have service for 6 weeks and cancel services to still be billed? I recommend finding anyone else to get service through. They’re going out of business, and apparently no one cares about the service they provide.
Coretta Staten: Had to submit several BBB complaints customer service rep offered me a rate and they tried to charge me full price all they kept saying is we don't offer that to existing customers. I said I didn't call ya'll she call me. They kept interrupting my services when I was paying what I agreed... Now they are charging me for triple play but disconnected my phone 😡, submitted another BBB I just want out not paying ETF cause they are not honoring what was offered, and yes bill is being paid late this time services are once again incorrect...very unhappy CUSTOMER all they do is lie and if you go for it they will have you paying for things you DNT owe. 💯 foul only gave one star cause it force you to put something the DNT deserve a 🌟

Junk Mail: Won’t answer calls, won’t answer emails, showed up to this location while online says they are open, no one is here. Been trying to cancel my service for 6 weeks now, no luck. This point I’m at a complete loss how to stop being charged for internet I’m not using for a location I’m no longer at
Evan Asper: Had Lloyd installing, went smoothly, internet 500mbps upload and download when testing hard-wired. Would be a 5 star if frontier was able to facilitate same day or next day burying of the line. Said 2 weeks which makes mowing a bit more of a difficult task and feel bad for neighbors who get back of yard it goes through.

I needed a technician to come out to the house and talked to 3 people and they kept sending me to the automated line. If I wanted an automated person, I would've asked for one! Matt Williams: Slowest internet I've ever encountered, by a landslide
Leah Dennison: 1) Was supposed to transfer account from previous roommate to my partner and I (end of September). Failed to add me even though SS# etc was given.2) Had to add myself because otherwise my $50 EBB credit couldn't be applied. Was charged a fee for adding my name even though they guaranteed me they wouldn't because it was their error 10/29.3) Somwhow now have two accounts. Was billed for both and they both are higher than we have ever paid. No $50 credit applied, still have $23 charge for adding me. This was on 11/30.4) One account is now closed out and according to them it was closed Nov 30th, but they took a payment for the closed account on 12/27. We apparently still owe for the other account.. again both Bill's much higher than it's ever been.5) They tell us they are no longer accepting new EBB effective 12/30 (today) even though we are already approved. We are on the phone with them still.. will update later..
Practice Practice: Lack of communication and poor service.
Pam: I have been waiting since July for frontier to bury a line. They showed up one day just to tell me a third party needed to bury the line.... ok. I knew that. Didn’t they??? Had 2 appointments since that no one has shown up for. Spent over 6 hours on the phone over the past few months and still nothing. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If I could give them less then 1 star I would.
