Christine Rost: I do not recommend this location for automotive care do to extremely poor customer service. While discussing which tires and services we wanted to purchase the employee detailed what charges were on the screen, that the cost was 573.88 before tax, and we were fine with this. We gave them the lug nut unlocked and got our ticket. We walked around for about an hour and half, which was expected and even purchased a new video game. At pickup time there was an additional labor charge of $26.26 that was not previously discussed at all. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied because there was nothing they could do. I stated that I am going to pay this as the work has been done, however this charge should have been discussed in the itemized detail of work to be done before hand. And if the amount of the labor charge wouldn't be known until the end then she would have said there is also this charge, but we won't know how much it will be until they complete the work which is also fine and understandable. I put every additional item back as I refuse to spend money at a location where the customer service is so poor they can't apologize for a simple mistake, because that is all it was, and they went thew out glove box as the lug nut unlocked was not in the seat like they said they left it but deep in our glove box for a unknown reason.

Half tempted to cancel this order and go buy it elsewhere.UPDATE: They rescheduled and the installation went fine. Still wish we would have been noticed of the new delivery date before wasting a Saturday.

Daniel Musser: The store is good but the automotive center don’t even waste your time. Took a vehicle in to get a tire repair today was told it was unrepairable. There was a nail in the center of the treads in the center of the tire. I took it to Belle tire. They had it fixed in under an hour. While at Belle tire got a diagnostics alert from the vehicle, saying the tire was flat because they took it off the rim and looked. Did not get that at Walmart.

In the middle of it they called me to tell me the oil I chose “ran out” and I would have to pay extra to get the one from the bottle. Didn’t receive good servings, as a matter of fact, they should have kept an eye on their reservoir and told me the oil I chose wouldn’t be enough before they took my car back. They did end up not charging me after I spoke and explained the situation to the manager, due to that not being my problem they ran out of the oil in the first place.

Same number same line 2 different results.The fax machine settings are off, they always been off and i don't know how to turn the error off to fax out.I can receive faxes, just cannot fax out 😡I use my fax machine. A lot.I'm not complaining about customer service but about the quality of product that was sent there.For $200, it is sooo is not worth it.I got ripped off.

So as I'm going to check out a total 148 items which was a total nightmare! Every 3 items it would call for assistance . Then as I finally finished which took around 50mins or maybe longer, I went to scan a coupon,it says rejected so I called for the assistance associate, she says it's saying it's not showing you purchased what the coupon is for. I had purchased the Jergens natural glow lotion, same type as on coupon (it was a clearance item), associate states that's why it's due to it being clearance, so I just paid and left store.So Walmart I read the fine print it states NO where on this coupon about combining with any other offers! It was only a 1.50 coupon, but this coupon was the only reason I was purchasing this item tho! Walmart you need to get this issue fixed either let us use the coupons or inform the coupon distributors your policy.
