Julie Korpilahti: New management. Did not require waiver to jump. Well, better for customer- can sue. They said when they are busy, they don't worry about it. Also did not separate big kids from little kids (even asked). Both big, and little, can get seriously injured if big kid is doing flips, and alittle kid runs through. Pure chaos here....and really dirty.
Susie M: Extremely disappointed! At my last visit, I was mislead into purchasing a $45 punch card that was basically bound to expire before having a chance to use it. And of course, I find out there’s an expiration date at my next visit (4 days after it expires).I requested the manager and spoke to a young male that was rude and disrespectful. He held the punch card eye level to my face and said “You can read the expiration date right here!” as he pointed to the small print. His tone and reaction was very unprofessional and not necessary.I’m disappointed an employee would fail to mention an upcoming expiration date at the time of sale. I’m even more disappointed a manager doesn’t have the decency to speak in a professional manner. Because of this experience, I will not renew my membership or have upcoming birthday celebrations here.

Leslie Robertson: The only time that it's not totally packed is during the week. My kids love to play here, but I grit my teeth because it's dirty. I have never seen anyone clean anything while I've been here. Not tabletops, concessions area, bathrooms, lockers...nothing. Also, there are always a handful of disrespectful jumpers that constantly bounce/run across the entire trampoline areas. The first time we were ever here, my daughter broke her leg. Bottom line, they need to hire a few more people to concentrate on cleaning and policing the jumpers. Lord knows they can afford it with the amount of money they're pulling in. And is there any way to clean or replace the blocks ?? Yuck.

Mom Survival: I’m so impressed with this place. I went back when I was I high school and again in college and now this past weekend and they have continued to evolve and update things to keep it interesting and fun. We took our toddler to toddler time in the morning and I was worried he was too little for it but he absolutely loved it!!! The staff were so good about not only answering questions and keeping everything clean but making sure big kids weren’t being too rough where the toddlers were. Literally was the best experience. We will be back !

TK: I took my 13 year old here with some friends and his little brother and sister for his birthday. We had a great time and the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

kathy stoddard: Not real large, lighting in game room dark, had hard time reading machines for token numbers. Ticket turn in machine NOT accurate, had won 130 tickets at once, it was checked by me then counted by ticket eater as 120. So final count of ALL tickets may have been off by quite a bit. Ended up with 350 we had thout 382.
Ruthann Helton: No where for parents to actually sit and watch the kids. You were left standing the entire time. The times for birthday party's was too short when the kids were playing laser tags, there was no time for the cake or presents to be opened. Probably wouldn't recommend this place.

We had a birthday party there and when we arrived we were somewhat dismissed because we were 10 minutes early, which we did confirm ahead of time was ok, the organization was not there all the way down to getting drink orders.But the party was good. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic as you would expect. Facility was clean. About 3 machines were out of order. Would recommend still
Kris Church: Always a great environment for kids! Came in unannounced and was able order a pizza for our small party, even though they had a couple other parties going on. The employees are always kind and respectful. Hopefully Laser X can add to their arcade games at some point.

Levi Suffel: The facilities are really cool but the employees were awesome! I had a boy with me for my son’s birthday party who had some apprehensions and was a little overwhelmed. After missing one game, the employees noticed and offered to give him a private tour of the arena in between games. Their friendliness and patience made all the difference! The boy played the next game and had a blast! Thank you for helping a little boy with his anxiety and saving my son’s birthday party!
Miranda Zimmerman: We took our son to laser tag and had a blast! They recently updated the guns and have the option to utilize other weapons/tools synced to the weapon. My only complaint is, I wish the arcade was bigger. The lobby is small and crowded but other than that, we had a fantastic time. 4/5 would recommend.

My son likes it so much he wants to work there and is disappointed he's too young yet. May end up making this a monthly thing, it's great fun. Staff was incredible, working hard and keeping people served and not getting behind despite being clearly short-staffed. Well done everyone.

My great granddaughter always wants to visit this park.Playground: The playground is astroturf so it isn't muddy. The equipment is kept In good working order and the park is clean. The water park was off at this time,but we have been here in summer and it was in working order at that time.Restrooms: The restroom was clean and didn't smell. There was plenty of bath tissue and paper towels, and the floor was clean.
Momo Washington: I love this park. The scenery is relaxing. I love that my kids can play on the playground while I work out 2 feet away. There is a nice water fountain and doggy fountain. There are people there from various backgrounds playing soccer, baseball, and tennis. Family friendly, even has a splash park. Its easier to take them to the park during school hours cause it's not crazy busy and overrun by bigger kids. Last time we went my 4 year old daughter was being bullied by 12-15 year olds.

I have my daughter 50% of the year and every day Daddy has her we go to a park somewhere.Restrooms: Nice and clean restrooms. Jesse Holt: One of the best parks in town and a bit of an untold secret. It's big, and bright, and wide open, the equipment is all in good condition and the splash pad is a great size.
Aaron Clark: 1-15 year olds would love this park! Athletic teens, adults, and any parent would too. I've lived in a handful of states and we'll to do countries, and I love parks. Top 5 for sure. Near the Maumee too so you can unload a kayak or simple fishing boat . Couldn't be more surprised and happy to come here on a nice day in October
